Extended Stay America - Springfield - South: what do users think?
Jimmy Wharton: After my operation I didn't know what to expect. Being in here was greatThe staff is accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. I felt welcomed. Thank you for a fantastic stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jessica E-H: The room was wiped down at best. The whole hotel smells of pet urine. I went to the room to rinse off and there was hair in the shower drain, and the shower backed up with water so I was standing in water, because it did not properly drain. Be careful if you book through a 3rd party site, as the 3rd party site didn't charge taxes and fees (not sure how that is my problem) So I had to pay for the room when I got there. I have been charged 2 times now for this room. Called corporate and they claim they will process my refund for one of the charges, but it could take 2 weeks. Just a joke. With this being an extended stay, I understand people actually live there. However, several people who just hang out by the front door is not ok. It makes it really uncomfortable to bring kids by myself. I thought the hotel being on the South West side of town it may be a little safer, wrong. It was so bad we did not even stay.Rooms: DirtySafety: Not too safe
Charles Crim: I never went here.
J S: Nothing good to say.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Amanda Hilburn: Rooms were ok. Was on 3rd floor and vary loud could smell pot all the time, refrigerator would constantly drip or make a vary loud pop.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kellie Deaver: Rooms: CleanNearby activities: Convenient store with McDonald's n Cox south HospitalWalkability: Rapid Roberts, McDonald's, Cox Hospital, Brahms n many more!
Eddie Mora: Clean and friendly service
Alexus Washington: They dont have real wifi, shouldn’t have to go through a third party to get a run around on wifi! I shouldn’t have to give my email and private info for wifi just seems weird. Tv channels don't work. Overall everything else okay. They just need to work on the experience of the guest.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Keane Fenton: Filthy. Unacceptable. Charged for days I never stayed. Still arguing about it between the hotel and the credit card company. Adding this to a heap for my attorney. Do not stay do not give them yours info. Go next door instead. Much better hotel and service.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More

Joe Hilton: First and foremost the staff makes all the difference. All of the interactions have been fantastic. They are especially pet friendly and greet and pet my dog and make us feel welcome. The staff also keeps the hotel particularly clean and I have had no issues during my stay. The prices are the best in the area and the rooms include a kitchen when most hotels do not. I highly recommend Extended Stay America in Springfield, MO.
Mack Harmon: I have a injured employee, and I was going to get him accommodation here. I set up a reservation for 14 nights, prepaid for them, only to find out that since he has a Springfield address, they would not allow him to stay. The desk clerk said it was "company policy", but both their website and their guest relations team said it's not. I wound up finding a place right down the road that would allow him to stay. Beware of odd policies like this if you're needing to stay here!
Chad Hagar: Excellent! We loved this place! Just no smoking!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
Karrilee Williams: Very Sketchy People. Changed hotels. I got a bad vibe. Very outdated.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Bridgett “B” Moore: I went with Crystal trying to give her some of the business but she was acting funny so I took my usb back now she had Jessica steel it or she did
Kristina Cowell: Worst place I have ever stayed. They had bed bugs and roachs. Thier works are rude.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Kyle Davidson: ROACHES,BEDBUGS, ANTS Unlike any normal hotel that sends housekeeping to rooms daily, this location only sends housekeeping once a week and they like to only change sheets on one of two beds and don't re stock toilet paper this unfortunately has happened on multiple occasions in multiple roomsRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Jason Michael: Been here a month so far and it's been amazing!! Ann and Sam along with rest of staff are amazing. Not stuck up and will talk to you. Other guest are a joy to actually talk to and not drugged up like last place we were at(Motel 6) and family feels safe here and we get out more here and can actually walk to store and or around block/outside without encountering a crackhead(s). Rooms are A LOT bigger and nicer/cleaner and a/c works better as well. Also no bugs of ANY kind here unlike Motel 6 which infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. Not to mention drug addicts and homeless
Joshua James (Compleximpact LLC): My Stay? I didn't even get to stay... I actually had customers that were more helpful than the hotel itself. Whoever was there on 07/20/2022 at 9pm - 12am was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never in my life had worse customer service than I did tonight in my entire life. Not only were they not there when we arrived to check us in, I had customers trying to help us out more than the hotel itself. Additionally, the personnel that night kicked us off the property after being offended we were there to check in after waiting for almost an hour to check in to their hotel. This hotel was absolutely garbage from just the start. The personnel working that night was terrible, I contacted customer service who sided with the person working at the hotel who then called the police on us and sent us away and did not offer a refund on the hotel. I will never recommend this hotel, nor ever stay at this hotel ever again.
Straight Shooter: I paid two weeks in advance but events transpired and I had to leave after one week and they told me they don’t do refunds… so out a weeks rent…rooms are nice but I don’t appreciate staff going into my room with me absent during the day to “inspect”. It’s run like a prison with searches at will,,,I will be warning everyone on every website to avoid this. The personnel appeared friendly but I was a fool to trust them. Behavior like this will reap some heavy karma…
Logans Adventurizing: Do not stay here they will not refund you your money even if you leave early.
Samantha Hayston: Such a s***** place to go. It's not clean. It has violent out of control tenants. None of the management is even there. Half the time to control said tenants nor actually watch after the property. As of lately, I've heard it's been getting a hell of a lot worse.
jeffrey barker: Very friendly staff. Basic rooms meeting Basic needs. Could use a couch or recliner in the rooms. Room Cleaning and linen changes are up to guests. But good location with convenient access to restaurants and supermarket as well as main roadways.Rooms: 4/5 …More
Lacey Holt: I give this hotel 1stars solely because I couldn’t give 0. Staff is rude to guests slamming the window shut in faces and hanging up on people. The rooms are not clean. They do not notify of positive Covid cases. I would not recommend this hotel for a dogRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Davine Nash: Horrible! Roaches in all 6 rooms I viewed! Mold and good behind the refrigerator, in the fan above the stove, and microwave. Blood or feces stained blankets, hair and dirt in the shower/tub! 0 stars would be more fitting! Ann was great, but this place is disgusting!
Jessica Young: Ann Sam and eden are so friendly. The whole crew is friendly. Very clean!! Actually feels like a home instead of motel. Very conveniently located to everything. If I need anything they are there to help. If ever need an extend stay again will definitely be back.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jacob Hamm: Decent for the money freindly staff tho no breakfast
DALLAS Wilkins (LILSATAN): I loved it here!!!!! Stayed for about 4 months and loved it. John, Ann and Sam to be more specific. Not only did I watch them go out of their day every day to help people but the did it with a smile on their faces. And that is amazing 👏Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tosha Farris: I got a call 2 hrs before check in and was told " Sorry your room was overbooked". I explained the situation about really needing the room and how i called weeks prior and made a reservation. They said "they would see what they can do". Did not get a double bed like we had reserved. We paid $125 for one night and my Aunt and mother (who has Cancer) (both in their 60's) was given one full bed and a hideabed. Outlet did not work in bathroom, no hot water for shower, room was complete empty otherwise. I called and talked to Eden and she was very rude about it and told me there's nothing she can do about it. She told me that her manager Shawna wouldn't be in "for a month". I say Good luck to anyone making reservations, you may or may not get a room or a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Welcome Inn Nightly and Extended Stay: what do users think?
Dave Morgan: Had a great time last night....thanks Rusty!
Jessica Barron: I've been here at the Welcome Inn for longer than I care to admit. The staff in the office are all very nice, sweet people. Holly is amazing. They have security every night and I think that has improved this place. It's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.
trisha haley: Location and price was good. Will never stay there again though. Rooms were not clean and management/staff were disturbingly rude. Very disappointed!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5Hotel highlights Great value …More

Sean Lyytinen: As a native to this town I know the best and worst spots to go and this is a chart topper for the worst class experience. First when you park ,park under one of the bright parking lot lights. It deters thief's, most the time. If you have anything of value in the car , put it in the trunk or cover it. Lock your doors , watch out for the roaches in the stairwell , lack of security cameras makes it feel real safe. If.KA You dont have a weapon, VISIT AT YOUR OWN risk
Claudia Oqueli: Buyer beware, this place is in a sketchy part of town and is mainly used to house the homeless, it is in need of repairs and has no visible security anywhere, I would not recommend this place unless it was the only one on the planetRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Sean Wilkerson: ah? it was okay I can't complain as long as you follow the rules then it's really not all that badRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Rosemund Holtmeyer: When i called about a room the giys told me to call back during regular business hours because he had no idea if there was a room available.

Candlewood Suites Springfield: what do users think?
Sanne Kure-Jensen: Clean room except fans were filthy - bathroom vent and between rooms.
Jeff C: This is one of the cheaper IHG properties to stay in the North side of Springfield. It is relatively close to the airport and a 15 drive to downtown. Check in is efficient and room was clean and well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. A bit musty smelling but not too bad. Not very spacious but about what you would expect for your money. The reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the Internet is barely usable. Averaging about 3mbit/sec. It is virtually unusable to do anything than read your email. It's barely usable for web browsing depending on the website you go to. Forget about watching any videos or managing your online photo album or downloading or uploading any large files for your work. You will be frustrated. Also, no free breakfast. Only good if all you need is a cheap place to sleep with a fridge, freezer, stove and microwave.
Jim Palmer: Only stayed a day, but it is clean and quiet. The facility is in good shape and is well maintained. The location is great for anything in Springfield. The staff was professional and efficient. I'll be staying here next time.
Michael Brown: Being an IHG rewards member there was still an incidentals charge. I was traveling with limited funds I needed to buy fuel with and a door year old. You would think that with those factors it would be waived. I ended up sleeping in my car with my little boy and his mom getting very little and poor rest with a 10 hour drive still to go the next morning. I work in hospitality myself and know that a hotel can be very flexible in situations like this. But they didn't seem to care about anything but money.
Storm Wolf: I was legitimately impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a semi and trailer, and the manager let me park in the back corner of the lot. Not supposed to, but I was in a bind. The room, which was a queen studio suite, was very clean, except for a muffin rapper in the nightstand drawer, and Tupperware bowl in the microwave. Not things they typically check, so I let that slide. They're pet friendly, and even had a treat for my pupper. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I've seen much higher places, that weren't as nice. No breakfast, but they have a little grub shop, and snacks are less than you'd pay at a truck stop. The location is a little iffy, surrounded by nasty motels. It really is an unexpected delightful surprise.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable. More so than some 4 star hotels I've been in. Fairy basic, not USB charging, but all the simple things.Food & drinks: Snack shop on 1st floor. Plenty of grabs, at really good prices.
Carrie M: Don’t waste your money! Walked in to the room to a large toenail trimming on the floor. The “leather” chair was pealing and looked like it had been attacked by a cat, bathroom vanity had a spot on it that looked like a hot pan had been sat down and melted/ burnt it, chunk of dirt on the bed, treadmill doesn’t work in the exercise facility and everything else is also broken or hanging on by a thread. Our key deactivated when we left the room, “that’s normal” the front desk told me. Lots of cheaper, cleaner options with better service in the same area.
Shelley Tuter: No pool,no breakfast,.The room was very small and had 2 little full size beds. The beds were very lumpy and short. hardly now way to get to both sides of the bed without climbing over or across the bed. We. had only 3 towels and the rooms was in need of rehab.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Rachael Hudson: We stay here occasionally while traveling, and it is generally quite niceRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kris Filippelli: The only good thing I can say is that the pillow was comfortable. The room was very outdated and was not really clean. The “leather” chair was literally shredding. To top it off, when I asked the desk clerk where the nearest place was that i could get medicine, I was told the two nearby gas stations were sketchy so then I didn’t even feel safe. I was quite disappointed overall and do bot recommend. The only reason we chose it was because we needed pet friendly.
Chels C: Wouldn't even give one star. The lady who manages this place is fake as a three dollar bill and she is mean. Someone stole from me and she refused to play back security tapes. Than she called the police on me. Not to mention my room had prior damages in it, and they refused to give me a different room.Rooms: Check your room before you pay for it ! Mine had damages in it and the stove didnt work. I had a reservation for a month and they didn't care.
Janell Norris: Handicapped bathroom's tub to tall to climb into.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Chad BOWER: Comfy bed and great customer service.Convenient location to a couple restaurants gas and the highwayRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeannie Hennig: Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. We got a suite with a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. There was a Cracker Barrel and a Steak n Shake within walking distance if it's not raining. It was raining so we drove.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Steve Scott: This place never fails to meet our expectations. Solid value delivered with a personal touch.

Arbor Suites At the Mall: what do users think?
kirbyfan 888: All the buildings were old welfare apartments that now have hotel key card slots. None of the carpet had been replaced, and most of the baseboards were scratched or chewed up from animals. There were no bugs, but there was a horrible smell of animals and stale smoke. When we asked for more pillows since there were only two for a room available for five they did not have any extra but offered blankets to fold up into pillows. They also serve breakfast but it was a bag with a muffin and an orange. No hot breakfast. Overall I would not recommend it even though it is across the street from the mall.Rooms: There was one big bed in a loft apartment and two futons, with two twin beds that normally functioned as a couch. It was a loft apartment. Very spacious but the kitchen appliances did not work. The refrigerator never cooled down but the freezer was working.Food & drinks: There were vending machines but a lot of restaurants in the area.
Joe Cox: Great price awesome amenities. Had another great stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Amanda Blair: We went here for memorial weekend vacation. Never again! Moved 3 times due to broken bed, ac not working/mold all over furnace room, and no lights in the next room. The first front desk lady was extremely rude. 2nd lady (Penny the night lady) was extremely nice/understanding and got us in a room finally at 12:30am. Called ahead to make sure there was parking for our trailer. Nope there wasn't. Was told the owner would tow it if on property so we had to park on non-parking street. Stove was broken. Bathroom faucet made a horrible noise. Fan swayed above my son's head entire time. No remote for the TV. Pool was closed the entire time. Jacuzzi was closed entire time. U get a bag breakfast...not a nice one like on their site! 3 days of hoping our truck n trailer didn't get towed, no swimming, no jacuzzi...it was awful! We did get to use the bbq grill that only has 2 burners working.Rooms: Outdated, ran down, under-keptNearby activities: Lots to do in springfield

Dusty Farmer: I felt like I was at home! We had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, a couch, and a hard bed. I should have brought some cooking wear for the trip so I could have saved money on eating out. I will definitely stay here again. I will know what I need to bring and I hope the pool is open.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Michael Barton: Was here for a church conference. Stayed alone, but if I would have had my family I would have left. The room smelled of pot, stains on all of the furniture and floors. There was hair in the sink and tub. The room was large, with a full kitchen. The bed was old, hard and the sheets were very scratchy. The location is tucked away behind a strip mall, with only a handful of other guests. People were coming and going throughout the night. I got the distinct feeling that this is a place where some shady things happen. My advice is MOVE ON!
Grant Boolin: What a nice hidden gem. Very reasonable rates and extra large rooms. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This will be our new "go to" spot in Springfield. 👍Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jacob Taylor: The futon in our room is broken. There are springs breaking through.Would like a replacement.., please.Rooms: Size and full kitchen.Nearby activities: Parks restaurants.Safety: Lock systemWalkability: Close to mall.Food & drinks: Good.

Cindy Salentine: Everything was good only complaint I have is the slamming of the doors and people talking very loudly. It was early in the morning and late at night.☹️☹️Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jason Long: Arbor suites at the mall accommodated our company while we did construction in Springfield. They did an excellent job while our stay. We felt safe at all times, and any issue we had they took seriously and made it right. Natasha at the front desk made our check in and out so simple and hassle free. She was always upbeat and eager to help! We even forgot some items one week and she let us know about it and kept it safe till our return! I would say she went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure the stay was friendly and hassle free so we could focus on work and have a great place to sleep.Nearby activities: Restaurants, fuel, and shopping are all very close, and the staff are eager to point you in the right direction!Safety: We always had tools and never had to worry about our vehicles or tools
Shalyen Nicole: My husband and I stay here monthly. Sometimes even take our kids. The place is roomy and really nice. It has a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dish washer, and sink. Lovely set up!
