I wouldn't give stars because I literally never got to have an experience with them so I can't really judge. But the review form requires me to give a star rating so 3 it is.Penmac by contrast got back to me the day I sent in my application and has been in touch since.Edit: They sent me a call the day after posting this review, so I updated to reflect that. Despite my background as a State Government employee in Baltimore, Maryland, with over 15 years of experience in clerical roles and typing (120wpm) and ten-key (14,000 kph) speeds and MS Office proficiency that pretty objectively exceeded expectations, they failed to provide me with job leads and still have not reached out to me for over 14 months.I think this had more to do with my appearance than my qualifications, as they have a reputation for deferring individuals from marginalized social/ethnic groups over to their Industrial department or just refusing to contact them when they have new opportunities.When I requested job leads that fit my preferences, they refused based on sophistry claiming that their job listings didn't exactly match what I said I *preferred*. When I asked them for other job roles available that suited my skills/experience/interests, they just kept parroting the same line about them having no listings for my preferred working conditions, refusing to cooperate with me towards our mutual ends. Despite my high level of engagement and exceptional performance on their assessments, Penmac Staffing did not seem interested in matching my level of effort and failed to fulfill their responsibility to help me.It's essential for staffing agencies like Penmac Staffing to find jobs that align with a client's qualifications, even if they aren't perfect. This allows the client to gain valuable experience and grow their career.I would not recommend Penmac Staffing due to their unethical behavior, which risks losing clients and damaging their own reputation, not to mention wasting time that could be spent looking for help through a credible staffing agency.

Chris Stacy: Absolutely wonderful experience. They were so kind and quick to get me in the system and going after I had been suddenly let go from my previous job the week before. With their help I had two interviews lined up in only a couple days at full-time jobs that matched exactly what I was looking for. I was offered a job the day after the first interview, not minutes after the second and have already been there thriving for 2 weeks in something leagues better that my previous work in all aspects thus far. I will say I did have multiple years of viable past experience that allowed me to get that job I have, but without the help and backing of the company I don't know if I would have gotten an interview nearly as quickly.

Lance Larkin: Literally incapable of getting me a job. Over qualified for every job they offer. Just because I have pending charges against me shouldn't make it impossible to get a job. One of the biggest factors that creates and encourages criminals is when they are incapable of getting work. Thankfully im Over qualified and have enough common sense to do my own thing.
