Glenn Bernard: Had them install vapor barrier in the crawl space along with treat areas for mold and spray foam insulation. From the inspection to completion of the project they were courteous and professional. Prices for services were reasonable as I had 6 companies do inspections and give estimates. Highly recommend and would hire again.

Holly Shaw (Haleighanna's Hands): I cannot say enough good things about this company. I suspected a mold problem and they promptly attended to it. Did a detailed inspection and, finding no mold, gave me several ideas on how to find the source. I had to remove a siding panel from my house and they were there to remediate the very minor problem we found. They are trustworthy and communicate exceptionally well.
Kasidi Vianna: We had a guy (I think Derek) come in to give us a quote on some mold we had in bedroom and bathroom. He was incredible. Way nicer than he had to be and measured the moisture with his ~fancy monitor thing~ in different parts of different rooms in our house. He came to give us a quote and ended up letting us know that their services weren’t necessary, rather than making stuff up that they could to just to get paid. We were very grateful for that, as we were hoping it was something we could remember ourselves but just wanted to make sure it wasn’t bigger than we thought.Thank you guys!
Frank S: When we discovered that the new construction would need mold and water remediation due to wet weather spring activity we turned to Dog Gone Mold for help. BBB accreditation was a must for us and they were already there with an A+ rating. James and Jessica were a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns before they sent the team to complete the task. Jeremy and the team came out the first week of March and exceeded expectations. Throughout the entire process the homeowner’s needs and requests were considerately addressed and met. I purposely waited until May to provide a review because I wanted to see what impact the heavy rains and humidity would have on the condition of the crawlspace; I could not be more satisfied with the results thus far. From the top down nothing but quality and professional grade.

Jennifer Creach: I cannot recommend Dog Gone Mold enough!!! They went above and beyond by sending out expert inspectors and crew members to assess, clean, and treat my crawl space and garage for mold. Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained every step that was being taken and why. I called on a Monday about suspicious black mold I found in my garage, and they had an inspector and crew at my house the same day. I definitely recommend calling dog gone mold for all your mold needs!
MO Drone Art: I paid to have some air samples done and an inspection of my home. I wasn’t sure what all I was getting but my family all had a long coughing issue forever it seemed. Wow! The guy they have that does all this did a very deep inspection. He was extremely nice and professional. Spent time explaining how it was going. When air samples came in, he went over ever detail of every room they did samples for. I learned so much about little things I could change on my own. Obviously they had bids for services they recommended. And I do feel I need it. But they did not act pushy about it. Just explained everything, gave a bid, and said “let us know if you need anything else”. They do have one of the best reputations in the area from everyone I talk too.Ryan

Travis Washeck: On the one hand, they did a great job removing the mold, and picking up all of their tools. On the other hand, they had to dismantle our cabinets in order to to do their job. And did not let us know that they were doing that and when we discovered that we would have to repair our cabinets and buy new lumber to do so, we were not happy. I would not be nearly as upset if these expectations were set before hand. The photos are how they left our kitchen after they were "done."

Brad Cavallaro: I recently sought out Dog Gone Mold to assist with a mold issue plaguing the interior roof of our home. We have had two other restoration companies come out and they were unable to provide any useful information in how to handle the situation. Although they were stumped, they still quoted $30-50K. Frustrated and disillusioned as to what to do, I contacted Dog Gone Mold. Unfortunately, I am outside of their service area but they responded quickly to my online request with very helpful information and a course of action they recommend. Even though they cannot service my home, they were willing to give me expert opinions and guidance. This significantly reduced our stress and gave us confidence in moving forward. Dog Gone Mold could have simply responded with a standard email stating that I am out of their service area and left it at that. Upon doing my own research from reputable sources, the mold count in the air was within normal, apart from the dead houseplants which were promptly disposed of. I politely inquired about the reason for this quote when I found very different boundaries for mold counts online and cited my sources. They stopped responding to me.
