Hyphen Sibaschin: These guys are awesome! I’ve never left a review for anyone before but I was extremely motivated to leave this review. After over an hour of doing his best, Chuck couldn’t actually get my car working. Turns out it was an issue with my wiring and not his fault at all. Despite him spending so much time an effort helping me diagnose my problem, he tried to leave without payment. I forced him to take my money. These guys deserve all the praise they can get

Only one very minor critique: a little courtesy from staff to customers goes a long way (e.g.: "Hello", "how can I help you", "please/thank you").

Adam Wutke: Locked myself out of my home on Christmas day. I called KeyMe because it did not claim to be closed. The phone system connected me with their "partners" who then attempted to scam me throughout the following:I mistakenly gave them my contact info as part of the request for service. I was not given a timeline, but the call ended anyway. I called back and they said no one was available until 8AM or later the following day and that I could make an appointment -- which I apparently did not do already? That did me no good, so I told them to cancel my request.I was then told that "since a technician is already on their way, I was responsible for reimbursing their fuel and travel charges and would I like to pay now with a credit card?"I tried multiple times to clarify the situation and only grew angrier and angrier the more I listened to KeyMe's "partners" contradict themselves.
