John B: Very understaffed compared to Springfield Leather. They were friendly enough but I waited at the register for over 5 minutes for the clerk who was on the phone with another customer to cash out. Not sure if there were any other employees in the store or not, but they should have at least 2 in my opinion. Not only for customer service, but their safety as well. It is in Springfield after all.

Skyler P.: Man, the customer service here is terrible. I usually go to the Springfield Leather Company, but this Tandy place is much closer to my house. Nobody working there ever says hello. They stare at you as you aimlessly browse their overpriced selections, and when you ask for assistance, they act like they're being bothered. Don't waste your time here. Go to SLC. Better prices, better people, better products, and even greater customer service.
