Amy Kelley: DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Elysse Harley completed the trust for my Grandparent's estate. She used a template which included vast amount of verbiage that did not apply. Later, after my Grandfather developed dementia she changed the will at the request of my Aunt to make her the trustee. My Aunt put herself in a position to control the entire estate. My Grandfather passed about three years ago now and not a single beneficiary has received any distribution from the estate. We have now had to hire an attorney to try to get my Aunt removed for several breach of fiduciary responsibilities. Elysse has created a nightmare situation for my entire family and as a result attorneys are most likely going to receive the inheritance my Grandparents wanted their family to receive. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Steve Holley: There all really great, once they started on my mother's case I could call 4 or 5 times a day if i needed to for info they helped me so much that's been close to 2 years ago I heard from them a couple days ago something medicaid needed my daughter and mother in-law used them recently and they are very pleased great bunch of people

Savage Survivor: DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! My dad passed away in February. I went in March because I am the one that has to handle all his things. They did lead me in the right direction. Then I was told that if I need probate to call and let them know and I did just that. Brought in all information. Then today get a call that she can't take the case because she is just one lawyer and they had other stuff come in this week. They don't regard your time, your money or your grief. So Now I get to start all over, find another lawyer and kick up dirt once again because she decided she was overworked. They should have said something 3 weeks ago when I called and made an appointment. They knew exactly what it was for. There is no excuse for this. If you don't want to start over after you think that you have someone to help. DO NOT GO HERE. I hope nobody ever has to go through this.
