She has been not only flexible and accommodating, but has gone above and beyond to advocate for my son at his school(s) spending hours of her personal time (i.e. outside the paid instruction hours) to attend IEP meetings. In addition, he has made huge strides over the last two years that we have used their services for reading and writing instruction. I would not recommend Sylvan to anyone.”....first, I would suggest that she learn “that lady’s name”, which happens to be Kristen, and take some time to get to know her and I think you would have a different perspective. Second, Kristen is justdirect and doesn’t fluff, so if you want Cotten candy then go somewhere else, but if you want your kid to succeed then Kristen can help!!!!!
