Abdul Alrammah: Needed a part that only this dealer had and they were 3 hours away and they close at 7 and I left at 5:30. I spoke with Daniel and told him I need the part today somehow and he did what many won’t do nowadays. He allowed me to pay over the phone and left the part outside the dealer for me in a safe spot and sent me detailed pictures to know where the part is at. Daniel in other words saved the day because I had to get the truck done in the same day since it had a load booked on it the same day. Highly recommend this dealer and highly recommend speaking with Daniel when calling. Thank you so much Daniel.

We've had a variety of issues with parts, trucks etc over the years and never once did MHS not try absolutely everything in the book to give us all they possibly could.Great people, and skilled mechanics.ONLY issue is they are very busy and wait times can be upwards of a couple weeks, this is due to their amazing reputation, i'd suggest planning ahead of time for service/repairs.We will always keep coming here for what we need.

James Carr: I had to replace my transmission which is a 14 hr job, why did it take them 3 weeks to finish it… I dropped it of on a Wednesday and the pulled it in Sunday, confirmed it was the transmission and they dropped the ball dealing with my warranty company… Kevin the service rep went on vacation and then Good Friday so they couldn’t order the transmission, finally got it Tuesday and Friday I reach out to Kenworth to find out the the transmission guys don’t work on the weekends and all they had to do was put two hoses on and fill it up and test drive it.. they don’t communicate, you have to call, but one thing they did was give me a great price on a clutch and flywheel… I emailed two representative assuring them if they try to take advantage of me I will go up the ladder…

They changed my contract(trailers that were agreed upon) without any notice then kept several thousand dollars of mine. Thomas Drummond: Been having problems with my 21 . Transmission keeps lagging the motor down to 1000rpm in 12th gear on a small upgrade and it shifts down to 10th gear causing engine Rpm to get up to 2k rpm unless I manualy shift it from 12th to 11th they Said they can't find a problem with that . Plus the anti collision system keeps failing and haven't done anything about it . And then the sensor for the low air pressure went bad and they charged me for that when that should be under warranty since truck only had 120k miles on it. Only thing they have fixed under warranty so far has been the windshield gasket. Shouldn't be having This many problems with a truck that doesn't even have 150k miles on it .
Drex Yeager: I had my truck towed in on 12/21/22, was told they would get it into the shop on 12/26/22. PTG called me on 12/22/22 and said they would get my truck in on 12/27 or 12/28. I called PTG on 12/28 and was informed that my truck would go into shop on 1/2/23 or 1/3/23 and there was 6 trucks ahead of me and was told my truck would go into shop on 1/6 or 1/7. I called PTG on 1/9/23 and was informed that there was still 4 trucks ahead of me and they had no time frame for getting me into the shop. At that point my truck had been on PTG property for 19 days and I had been told many untruths...I HAD MY TRUCK TOWED TO TAG SERVICES THAT DAY. HOW PTG GETS 4 STARS IS BEYOND ME. IN MY OPINION THIS PLACE IS STAFFED WITH INEPT INCOMPETENCE.
Mario Rampani: Had my truck for 2 weeks and STILL didn't fix it!!!FCFS my tail! Worst service I've ever ever had!NEVER bring your truck here. My first experience was awesome here. But I dropped my truck off on December 21st!! It's now December 30th and still not done or even diagnosed right. And only open half day on new years eve. Truck came in for air leak, seat manufacturer quality issue, sensor recalibration and a fuel sensor short. Since the 21st....they ordered a part for the air leak....they claimed the fuel sensor is fine cause they measured the fuel level to the gage...it has a short...in the actual sensor...so why we comparing it to the gage!!!!!Mind you when I dropped my truck off I was told by the 23rd early evening my truck would be complete. No respect for a drivers time, then treat you like your a liar and you don't know your truck. Then want to charge you money for so they claim outside of warranty work. Yet 10 days and you put me on a back burner and it's still not done! For simple fixes!!! NEVER EVER bringing my truck back here!!
