Tommy Smith: Place was great before new ownership. now they don't keep but like 3 colors of fascia. bronze is common but, they don't have it.They can order it I can drive across town, and get it today. They don't stock 3/4 osb anymore for roof decking. They try to sell you expensive tongue and groove 3/4 sub floor. I go to Menards now I have to walk to the back of the store to get a picking ticket but they have what I'm looking for.

Nickole Soto: Very hostile work environment. They hired a family member of mine and NEVER properly trained her. The lady that she replaced literally wrote down WRONG instructions on what to do, and Stephanie, was always rude and hateful towards her. When my family member asked for help, she was always bullied about asking for help and talked about amongst the office staff.The disrespect for someone willing to go above and beyond after being thrown into a position that she was not properly trained on is absolutely disgusting and horrifying.i do not recommend working for this company nor any staffing agency helping them hire. THEY DO NOT TRAIN YOU CORRECTLY and will fault you for it.
Ashley Murray: I sent over an email to get some Quotes on August 27th. I have followed up multiple times to see if they have the quotes ready and the response each time is "not yet" and "still working on it". As of September 30th I still have not received the quotes. I guess they do not want my business.

Chris Ewing: Not a contractor like this place seems to deal with mostly but they always treat me well and are very nice. I recently bought a crack chasing blade and it was over 100.00 with tax. It seemed high but I needed it and they had it. Most I see online are between 45.00 to 60.00 for other brands and the only one of the brand I bought that I could find a comparison of was a new/used one someone was selling for only 27.00. Im not sure if they are extremely expensive or if that's just the going price for this product. I will be cautious in the future.

Jon Slagle: I'm from out of town Atlanta Georgia to be exact. Needed some materials and safety gear. Staff at this HD Supply white cap in Springfield Missouri is fantastic they were very helpful and knowledgeable and stayed with me the entire time to help me find everything I needed.
Derek Coulson: Went in looking for a part for a dewalt shop vac. Since most places repair usually they sell parts. Even though it's sold at most places in tool section they said it isn't a tool. They could however get me part I wanted if I wanted to do all the work down to finding actually part # of what I wanted. By the time you track that down it's cheaper to order from that place. Probably same place they order from and mark it up for you to buy. Even after I did all running. Counter help could have cared less to help.

vic ger: Pick up a load there, and i got loaded pretty quickly.
James Davis: Arrowhead Supply grossly overloaded shingles on our roof which caused several rafters to brake, along with numerous crack in the interior drywall. This excessive load could have broken completely through, posing serious harm to my family. It has been almost 2 years and Arrowhead has yet to accept blame and or make repairs. I met the Arrowhead salesman through a Christian Men's Group and initially thought he would be a man of good character. Neither Bill the salesman nor the company should be trusted. The picture shows over 10,000 lbs of shingles stacked on their side, concentrated in one area.

Jennifer Sizemore: Quite rude. My landlord had told me roofers were coming week before and they didnt... He did not communicate why they did not come when he said they would, but I wasnt too worried about it; I had, however, put the whole thing out of my mind as I was busy with other things, so I was a bit surprised when someone knocked on the door this morning. It was the roofers.... the man did not say hello, did not identify himself, he simply stared at me for a minute and then pointed to my car in the driveway and said "um, you have to move your car so we can shingle your roof" like I was so annoying for parking in my driveway. They seem to be doing an ok job on the roof so I cant complain about that but the encounter left a bad taste in my mouth, when I am a homeowner next year I will make sure to select someone else for my roofing needs.
Bliss Brothers Solar: Arrowhead Building Supply is one of our main suppliers and has been for a few years for all our roofing needs. They do a great job ensuring we have the quality materials we need to get the job done right which helps us get our projects done in a timely manner.
Zach Goodman: I called and spoke to Larry asking him if I could purchase a few pieces of j channel from them over the phone. I simply ask if they could have it ready for pick up. I was immediately belittled and made to feel like my order did not matter because as Larry said “we have a warehouse that we’re loading and unloading trucks I can’t tell you if it will be ready or not.” I then said “ok never mind” and he said “ok” and hung up. In my past experiences visiting, there is virtually no organization in the warehouse. I spent 30 minutes on a prior visit helping one of their employees try and find starter strip. A good company if you are a contractor or spend a significant amount of money there, however if you are a home owner (which they say they try to appeal to) customer service is very lacking.
JonathanG: Arrowhead Is it really great company. They not only provide great product, but also great service and personality. The employees there are respectful and do their best to make their customers job easier. Their head driver and safety manager Jeff Grimm is one of the greatest man that ever had the pleasure of working with.

We paid less than half, for better quality siding, than what one of the competition chain stores wanted. And got it delivered free of charge! 🙂

Solid hardwood cabinets with soft closures. I have had the cabinets for 6 years now and they have head up perfectly. About to remodel another house and will for sure use them again for the kitchen cabinets!

This company is crooked do not trust them. Even though the invoice was paid for and written up by one of their employees they still did not honor it. I demanded a full refund and received.

mike cunningham: Really disappointed. Got a bathroom vanity, extremely low quality product screws missing, hinges loose Chinese junk. Went back to discuss and see other options. The guy chewing tobacco tells what you see is what you get they have no options. It was 350 PM when I arrived they first told me " we close at 4 so what do u want." If you are remodeling a rent house or a flip I am sure this place is okay, but if you are trying to do something nice to last stay away and no customer service.
