Unfortunately like many businesses at this time they were having trouble getting the boxes to preserve the dress in. Although my dress took more time, I felt it was in good hands. Their text system kept me informed of updates and every time I called they were on point with their customer service and my concerns. At date of pick up, my dress was lovely and I was given instructions to keep it that way. I recommend you trust your favorites to them as well. I'll have fun with that. Don't expect anything less than a week to clean something. Too many other places can do same day. Appreciate the extra effort to clean more another comforter. Could have saved me a trip to pick up both at same time, instead of paying separately. Maybe a phone call to let me know what's going on?

I took my laundry to this place twice. 1st time just to dry because the dryers were broken down where I live and was charged $1.50 extra to only use the dryers only before I could even dryy clothes. 2nd time I went I washed my clothes and had blankets and was told I had to use the big dryers which shouldn't be just have to put more of my quarters to dry. The dryer she wanted me to use was $7.00. Then she would not let me use the bathroom even though I was a paying customer. And I couldn't to to another place to use bathroom because i couldn't leave my laundry. This lady is foreign can't understand her and she as a business owner needs to have better customer service. I will NEVER come here again.

She went out of her way and even iron my dress for free after she fix the slit for me. Its a husband and wife team and they really wants to please their customer and the price for dry cleaning is far. I had 2 black wood coat clean for $30. She took the time to remove all the white lint. I definitely plan to give them more of my business.

The machines are quarter driven so if you want clean clothes better go ask grandma for some change... Or the owners if you got bills to exchange for change. Tends to be empty the time I'm always there which is the afternoon so if your not a people person like me I'd suggest that time. Definitely the spot and I'm gonna continue to keep coming back.

AND they smelled like a sweat locker, I had to go home and spray with fabric refresher…… I will NEVER be going back.

Robb Woolsey: I always use them but... They are expensive and really old school in their policies. When I have lived else were, the cleaners bar coded my individual clothes with my instructions. I would drop them off in a bag and leave. Then pick them up the same day for a reasonable price. Here... I have to empty my bag, count everything give them instructions and name even though I drop off clothes each week and the inconvenience costs almost double. There aren't many good alternatives in Springfield, Mo though. So you get what you get and you don't pitch a fit.

I appreciate when a business takes the time to address their problems. When I went to pick up the shirt the second time the spot was gone.

Jeff Bain: On Sept 6th 2017 my Fiancée took her wedding dress to Vogue Cleaners on South Freemont Ave to be cleaned and pressed. She was told it would be ready Sept 15th. At pick up on the 19th, she noticed the dress was not properly pressed in several areas. She told the manager who said he was embarrassed and would take care of it. At the second pick up she paid $106.05 and left. When she got home to try on the dress, she noticed a large 3" stain that was not there before. She returned the dress and the manager acknowledged they were at fault and that he would take care of it. When she returned to pick up the dress again on Friday afternoon the 22nd, she inspected the dress at the business location and found very large wrinkles that were not there before. The employee at the location (Tall thin male with large earrings) acknowledged the wrinkles. She asked if it could be corrected. He said “Um yes, the only problem is, our boiler won’t be back up until Monday. Due to the wedding date of Sunday Sept 24th she took her dress to her seamstress to repair the condition. At that time the seamstress inspected the dress, which she was intimately familiar with, and found there was now a button missing. The seamstress was able to correct both conditions after approximately an hour of labor. After receiving a phone call from my Fiancée who was in tears, I contacted the store and talked to the counter guy. I told him I wanted to speak with the manager or the owner. He told me that was not possible. I told him to have them contact me that evening. After not receiving any contact, on Saturday September 23rd I went to the Freemont location to request a refund because the dress was now damaged and the dress was not pressed properly (Very large wrinkles present). I spoke with the guy from the night before and informed him I needed to speak with a Manager or owner immediately. He resisted and told me he was not allowed to contact them. After telling him I was not leaving until I spoke with a manager or owner, the manager magically appeared from the back. I explained to the manager the problem and requested a refund of $106.05. His response was that I was trying to scam him. I informed him I had pictures from the final pick up with the large wrinkles. His response was that we wrinkled it after it left the store. I tried to explain to him that the inspection took place in the store before it had left and that his employee acknowledged the condition. He interrupted me and told me to go ahead and sue him. This company seems to be completely incompetent and extremely rude. I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. They are very expensive, have very poor quality service and horrible customer service. There are much better options available. After the wedding we took the dress and suits to another cleaners who were able to clean and press correctly the first time and for 25% less cost.

Vonetta Medlock: While I've never had a particularly bad experience with Vogue Cleaners on E. Sunshine, this one on S. Fremont is the one to avoid. On separate occasions, they failed to iron a dress that I specifically dropped off to be ironed, a sewing job that I hired their seamstress to do was subpar, and they lost my blouse. They just lost track of it. Of course, a claim ticket was never offered me (they just took my name and number) when I dropped off my blouse. I had regularly questioned this way of checking in clothes there but never made a big fuss about it, because they'd always done a good job of keeping track of my stuff over the years...until they didn't. So now, I just go to the other Vogue location as well as other dry cleaners in the area. Whichever cleaners you use, though, always--always ask for a claim ticket for your stuff even if you're a long-time customer, like I was.

I put my trust into this company to handle my 20 year old wedding dress that my daughter will be using in October, it took two weeks for them to do no obvious treatment for my dress. When I opened the dress I immediately got a strong foul odor and my mother and daughter confirmed they smelled the same odor come to find out it was coming from the plastic bag that they had stapled my dress inside of. I’m glad that I opened it to check the quality of their dry cleaning services, I fear the dress would have absorbed that foul odor if I didn’t open the bag sooner. Taking my dress out of the bag I noticed how wrinkled it is and it is my understanding that dry cleaning service is supposed to straighten the material. I called to address my concerns and the receptionist that I spoke with had put me on hold to find out when management would be in. While she thought I was on hold, she chuckled and laughed at my concerns about the foul odor on my dress and was very unprofessional, not helpful at all. So I hope if you read this whole message that you think twice before using this unprofessional service. I am very dissatisfied and will never return.

I received my pants several days later with horrible wrinkles and double creases down the entire front and back side of the pants. Management offered to fix them and refund my money; however, I received them a second time with the same extremely noticeable double creases. Lloyd's nearly ruined these very expensive suit pants. I would not trust them to care for your clothes. I took them to Fulp's Cleaners in Aurora and they fixed them for free and did a wonderful job.

After the third time through Lloyd's (this jacket is seriously a food magnet), I'm still happy with the results. R Sapp: My fiance is desperately allergic to cats. Long story short, a cat rolled around on our mattress topper to our waterbed... causing our bed to become unusable. I called lloyds in advance and asked them if they could dry clean a mattress topper. They said yes and told me it would be ready in 7 days. I call a week later and it isn't done. I call 10 days later and it still isn't done. At this point I'm incredibly irritated because I've been sleeping on the couch for ten days. When I ask what the hold up is they tell me they are unsure and that they shipped it off to their factory to be returned at some unknown date. I call 14 days later. It is still not done, again with no explaination. Finally, 18 days later I get a call saying it just got delivered back to the store. I go there and the mattress topper isn't cleaned and on the receipt has a note on it saying 'CAN NOT DO' in all caps. You can only begin to imagine my rage as I demand some sort of an explanation and the workers were yet again unable to provide me with one. I will NEVER go back. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life.

Jared Davis: I enjoy going here to do a quick load of laundry as I can get there, do my laundry and be back home in ninety minutes. They recently switched to a system where you buy a card and load it with funds (paper bills or card only) and you use this to activate the machines.They have multiple washers, each with different sizes and are priced accordingly. I use the small ones, which are $2.45 for a load. Just load the laundry and detergent, lock the door, set the knob for wash temperature, insert the card and remove it, and you're good to go.I usually listen to podcasts or play games on my phone while I'm doing laundry, but last time I ventured over to a nearby pawn shop for a quick bit of shopping and had no problems.There's a few different types of dryers, also operated by cards. I use the ones that cost $.25 for six minutes and usually need eighteen minutes to get my laundry completely dry. So that means I spend $3.20 per load, which there are cheaper options around, but given the location, I'm fine with that. The prices have gone up recently, but only by a quarter.I usually take the bus there and back, but I can walk if I need to. It's not far from Line 7/27 bus stops, so it's easily accessible for people on the bus. Just get off at the stop by the Salvation Army thrift store or Planet Fitness across the street. It's just behind the Bin Crazy building.

Nick Hall: This place doesn't take cash only cards.The washer say 3.25 but then you get charged another dollar,so it's 4.25. not taking cash and adding charges you have to pay but not told about until later is a cheap move. Just go somewhere else that has cash as an option and what's on the machine is what you pay. Not extra costs of using your card,which you have to use here.

Christopher Story: Outstanding customer service!!My receipt ticket indicated that my dry cleaning would be ready today after 4 p.m. Unfortunately, I had to work late and did not arrive until, at most, a minute or two after 6 p.m. Even though I could see that the "open" sign was not illuminated, I still parked and walked up to the door to check their hours. The sign posted was clearly marked that they closed at 6 p.m. So, I turned and started to walk back to my car a little disappointed that I arrived too late when I heard a voice asking me to come back. I turned around and to my surprise, two employees of the store were motioning me to return. I eagerly presented my receipt ticket, paid the bill, and happily went on my way with my items.Thank you!

Dan Crafts: I am not doubting the bad experiences others have shared. I would only add that I have only had good experiences with Glo. Good results, convenient location and fair prices. In 24 years I have only had one incident and the Owner / manager promptly wrote me a check to replace the item - they stood tall and owned it. Still use them with good results.

Brandon Harris: Very very upset with the job they did to my $300 white tuxedo shirt. I had only worn it one time, they pressed heavy folds into the shirts ruffles and it came back more yellow than white. Luckily I checked it before my wedding and took it to vogue cleaners on sunshine. I was afraid Glo might have ruined my shirt forever but Kim at vogue hand pressed it and made it look good as new! Trust the ratings, I didn't, gave glo a chance and even talked to them about their reviews which they reassured me that those were few and far in between. Nope' you've been warned! Don't go to glo!

Madison Stites: Absolutely terrible. Ruined my $200 jacket from Italy. Picked it up with the stains still there and additional damage to the jacket. Do not go here.

Hassan Al Ramadhan: I have just left this laundry with a bill of $ 26.50 for 6 kids shirts. The reason for such unexpected high cost is ridiculous. They are saying that we had to send it to another facility because their facility is not ready for kids clothes. And when I asked the lady why you did not tell me so when I asked you about their cost at the moment I dropped off the clothes?? She have replied " we do not usually communicate this to our customers because we assume they know our policy". I told her that just two weeks ago my business shirt cost me only $2 thus I have assumed the cast of my kids shirt will be of no more than this amount.

Kevin Smith: I've been a customer for over 6 years and from time to time go back to Vogue after damage to my clothes or clothes coming back with stains (not from me), missing buttons, etc.. For several weeks they've had to re-do shirts because of lint, stains, wrinkles. I'm tired of wasting my time. I'll go back to Vogue, even though it's out of my way. Vogue always does a great job, very professional and go out of their way to take care of you, sewing on buttons, repairs, and replacing collar stays. I'm sure no one from Glo will take the time to read this and if they do read it, they won't make any changes. Update, I tried them again and this morning when I dropped off my clothes (about 15 shirts, 6 trousers and 1 suit) she commented "that's a lot" I said "I've been out of town" she mumbled "didn't they have cleaners there" ... no change

Clay Cook: I brought 15 dress shirts here and specifically asked for individual bags, that was not done so all the shirts have compression wrinkles. The attendant gave me a look like "so what do you want me to do about it?" Most of the shirts are missing in the collar stays and they have no idea where I can get them replaced. I will NOT be back.

Laila Sixkiller: The woman working the counter was extremely rude and gave me an attitude when I asked her when it would be ready. Will not be using this location again.

Matthew Vargas: They did an okay-ish job cleaning my coat. They said they'd clean the fuzzy bits of my coat as well, but that unfortunately didn't happen.

Sam Van Dielen: Good business, quick turnaround, but rude staff; woman called my marching band staff stupid over uniform policies. Removed sewn hems fron my clothes even though they had been cleaned in the same shop before. But, because they're inexpensive and fast, I'll begrudgingly do business here again.

Sue Tick: The beeper on the entry door was so loud I screamed. It really hurt.

Judy Stone: This owner owns several Glo Cleaners in town. Customer beware !! The owner does not take responsibility if they ruin your clothes. Even her employees agreed that they were ruined but the owner would have to contact us to resolve the matter. We left our phone no with her employees several times over the course of 3 weeks asking to have the owner call us . She never called us--- not once!!! And our efforts to contact her failed repeatedly. Very poor customer service !!!
