When I got home, I saw that one of my pants was damaged, maybe from the scissors. I wasn't able to go back because I was getting ready to go back to work. I never got a call to do a second fitting and called the day before I was supposed to go to California for the wedding and they weren't done. I got a call to come get them the day we left. The flower girl dresses were altered to small I had to cut the dresses straps and tie they around my girls necks to get through the wedding also she hemmed my dress to the floor when I told her I wanted a few inches so I could dance and people could see shoes.

When I took it out of the bag it had stains on it, the veil only 3/4 sewn on and the alterations that were done were not only hideous and not what I wanted but were done in such a fashion that David’s Bridal when asked to fix it said they had never seen someone alter a dress like that and they told me that it was ruined and no shop would touch it. And then I found this young lady. She told me to come right over. She listened to everything I had to say and told me immediately that she could fix it. My wedding was less than two weeks away at this point. She only had the dress for a few days and called me saying it was done. I came to pick it up and I was so nervous! They can do really complicated alterations and fix things I didn't think could get fixed, but they can also do simple alterations like pant hems, or replace buttons. One time I needed some jeans hemmed before I went on a hunting trip and they did them while I waited. I am astounding at how they can fix my shirts that see rough use, when I wasn't sure they could fix them. These are skilled artisans, and I think their prices are more than fair. I appreciate how they will always tell me up front how much things will cost, so there are not any surprises. The workers there are always friendly, and are efficient in getting me rung up and out of there quickly. They even have a drive-tru window for pick up! Considering that it was mid Spring, I didn't mind. It wasn't until about mid to late Summer when I called asking for it, which was well after the estimated completion time (and mostly after the ideal time to camp) and they hadn't even started on it yet. They offered to "expedite" it, but told me it would be another week. Cost was a bit high, imo. No one called me to inform me of any delays.

That's absolutely unacceptable, I NEED my jacket to ride my motorcycle safely. El L: I had brought a handbag for repairs. Brought it in early March and was told it would be done the following week. Week came and I called to find out it wasn't done and to call again next week. That end of the week came and I called once more to find out that nothing has been done and to call again. Well another week goes by and I call to speak to a lady who said the bag was not done and that they would call me to let me know when my bag was done. I gave them another week, no calls, nothing. It's been a month!!! I finally called and told them that I was picking up my bag regardless. I got my bag back and I am deeply disappointed at their services. I do not recommend them at all, they were not sorry for holding my bag up that long and I had wasted all that time when I could had sent the bag somewhere for a faster turnaround. Never again!

Alyssa Phillips: I have been coming to this shop on and off for almost 2 years getting alterations. I like the work for the most part minus a few hems coming out every now and then. The main complaint I have is they have not had my items ready with the date on the ticket nor do they call you let you know this. I live 24 miles away and when I drive into town I expect my item to be ready on time or to get a call stating it will is not and will take more time. I had had an item take almost 2 weeks longer and they still charged me full price and did not apologize! I also had an item I dropped off and when I showed up to pick it up they stated they were not able to fix it?? They did not call me to let me know this, they just waited for me to show up expecting it to be done. If they dont care about their customers enough to give them a courtesy call but still want their money then they need to have better customer service.
