James Turk: I asked if they could please throw a receipt away for me as I was leaving, and they gave a whole lot of attitude about it for what was, really, a pretty minor request. They were pretty rude about it. I'll rent overpriced tuxedos elsewhere.

Lori Glenn: I had THE BEST customer service experience at Karl's Tuxedos yesterday! My son and I were shopping for a tux for prom and although they were busy, the sales associates took time with us, got exactly what was wanted, had him measured and order placed and out the door in 40 minutes! And, they did all this with a smile on their face after what I am sure was an extremely difficult Saturday. This also included spending a little time at Linda's flowers to look at corsages. The gentleman there, after showing him a sample of my son's gf's dress flipped the book open to the perfect corsage to match her dress. ONLY 40 MINUTES TOTAL! As far as pricing....Karl's was BY FAR the most reasonable, compared to other similar establishments in the Springfield area! Thank you to everyone qt Karl's and Linda's for making this a pain-free, totally pleasant experience!

Amanda Baker: We rented vests and ties for my wedding, the best were black and we had 2 ties that were blue and 2 ties that were purple. One of the vests didn't fit and instead of a blue tie they gave us an orange bow tie. Would not recommend this place at all.

Mattilyn Choate: I had a horrible experience with Karls Tuxedo. My husband and I decided to use Karls since I purchased my dress at MK Bridal. The wedding was September 10 and we had the groomsmen, fathers, and ring bearer get fitted before July 10. When we set the date, my husband was fitted. We called after July 10 to check and make sure everything was good to go. At this time they informed us they had lost my husbands fitting requirements and needed to have him return to be fitted again. Frustrating, but we understood. The men were to pick up their suits the day before the wedding. We had the men get them and then head to the venue to do our rehearsal dinner. When the ring bearer went to pick up his suit he had been given a large shirt, large pants, and a men's size 11 shoe. The family had to make a trip back to the store to have the proper attire provided. At this time they informed us that they did not have a suit that would fit our ring bearer. They informed the ring bearer's parents that they have never had a size small enough for him. My husband and I called Karl's and all they would tell us is there is nothing they could do. After an hour of discussion with the store owners they decided they would alter the attire for him and have it ready by the end of the day. We did eventually get something that fit him for the wedding. It was extremely frustrating that they sized him, wrote down the measurements, and still never informed the bride and groom they did not have a suit for him. To tell a bridal party that they do not have the proper suit for them, the DAY before the wedding, is ridiculous. Not once did we receive an apology for the frustration or improper communication on their part. They had the same problems on MK Bridal's side of the store. I do not recommend either for anyone to use for any important event. There is no sense of communication from any individual in the store! As a former bride, do not waste your time, you have enough things to worry about!!

It was our first time and Abby helped my indecisive teen decide what kind of style and fit of tux he was envisioning. She helped him put it all together and he looked awesome! So many compliments! Everyone at Karl’s was very nice and helpful! Abby made our entire experience fabulous, easy, & stress free! We will use Karl’s for all our tux needs in the future!

Thomas Scott: Just picked up my tuxedo for my daughter's wedding. This place is a joke if you want to look good. Their tailoring is sad you can see every stitch. Also the ties are all presewed so you can't adjust the length for a taller man. The pregnant lady that help me had an attitude. Also kept helping other people in the middle of taking care of me. If I had a choice I would have just gone and bought a new suit from men's wearhouse. Wish I hadn't spent a penny in this place.
