Been There: As part of the repairs to our home, due to the water line issue below, I engaged R-R again to disconnect and reconnect our Kinetico water softener. This had to be done in order to install a new floor in the flooded room. Zach came out and did his usual great job and at a reasonable price! This is why I continue to utilize R-R for our plumbing needs! Thanks a bunch Zach! HT----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Recently we had an emergency situation. The main SPCU water line coming into our home broke its connection with our home plumbing. Over 30 gallons of water came pouring into our lower level. I quickly turned off the main water line off into our home and called Roto-Rooter (RR). After describing the emergency we had, they immediately started working on a solution to free up one of their master plumbers to help ASAP. In the meantime, Lucas, the RR Supervisor, rushed over to our home to analyze the situation at hand. Satisfied that no more water was coming in, Lucas explained the repair process as we waited for Taylor (master plumber) and his assistant JJ. Once onsite, Taylor and JJ immediately got to work and repaired the water line quickly. They also ran an analysis of water hidden under the floor and within the walls, especially in the water closet where the leak began. All things considered, I can’t compliment the Roto-Rooter team enough for their very timely response, plus, the cost of the repair which was also very reasonable! Verus Luciferum: Had a leaking valve that goes to the washing machine. It was old and rusted, and had finally given up. Called these folks and set up an appointment that was convenient to me. They gave an appointment window of 11am-1pm. At 10:45 they called telling me the tech was on his way out. They were here 20 minutes later. They fixed the issue in under an hour, and even helped me get quotes on some other stuff I’d been thinking about getting done. Dave Cates: I would give a zero-star but there is no such thing! We called him to come out and his helper actually came out and talked to me and by the time the word got back to the office somehow they said that we did not need their service! So I don't think I would trust this company to come out and do any work! Because we were in serious need and I mean serious need of getting some plumbing work done and they just refused to come back out! However the lady on the phone said that she will get a hold of David wood and have him come back out! That never happened and it's been 2 weeks now

Munga Karhoff: I don’t even know where to begin...the worst experience and job I’ve ever had done. Everything they did was done wrong. The new shower leaks as it was installed incorrectly which voids its warranty. The sink leaks and where he ran the pipe made the sink on the other side of the wall to leak. The toilet now backs up and didn’t before. The floor is uneven and I can’t open and shut my back door. A 2-5 day job lasted 3 weeks because they would come at 9:30 or 10 am work for an hour, have lunch for 2 hours then work an hour or two and leave. Couple of days didn’t show up at all. The master plumber told us we had a tail light warranty. Once we don’t see his tail lights no more warranty. Should have fired them then. As of now they haven’t completed the agreed upon job and are trying to change the price. Today they picked up the demolition debris and I’m guessing they’re never coming back or going to make this right.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous.... He could tell I was panicked and feeling overwhelmed. He was so polite and put up with my water-boiling, pacing, and was so respectful of me and my worries, even cared to ask about my 11 year old blind dog. :) Unit was beyond repair, and needed to be replaced. Gilly went from plumber, to advocate...making the necessary calls himself to my landlord to ensure approval for a new unit. That day.He went and got it, drained and pulled the broken unit, installed the new one. Even waited until the water was completely heated before cleaning up EVERYTHING before he left. You wouldn't even know he had been there. I am sure replacing water heaters is probably common in plumbing. But, I was in a panic with a situation that is uncommon to me. nocole fieker: Today's date is 10/3/22. I called the the night about an electrical issue. Said they would be here at 8 am. They were here and ready to get the ball rolling. Within minutes they had everything figured out. I had to get a new panel box and a few outlets repaired. Due to the state everything was in. My house was put on high priority to get done. And they did. Within a few hours my house is fully functional and absolutely no problems. They checked all outlets and just did a thorough inspection of all electrical. I couldn't ask for better service! High recommended!!!! Thank you Jasen and your sons for the quick repair.

John Guerra: The tech showed up when he said he would and he was professional. So, for that, I will give 2*. But he didn't have parts or experience with our dryer and quoted a price that was almost as much as a new dryer. It sounded like he was out of his depth. Instead, he suggested we buy a used dryer. In the end, I wasted two days waiting for him to do nothing. I paid $88 for his visit but I was disappointed.Fyi... I was able to fix the dryer myself using $30 in parts (cheaper if i wanted to order from Amazon and wait, but i was able to get the repair kit locally same day). It took me 2.5 hours (including the time to watch youtube videos to learn what I needed). Keep in mind I have never taken apart or serviced a dryer before in my life. Turns out an idler pulley replacement is one of the most common issues in dryers and relatively easy fix. The $30 kit also had a new belt and drum rollers, so i replaced those while i had the dryer apart. I would expect an appliance repair company to know how to handle this type of service for less than the price of a new dryer.Perhaps this company is more familiar with other types of appliances. But I wouldn't suggest them to fix a squealing dryer.

Tigerus38: They came the guy was nice but didnt fix the issue. Instead charged my card for over $400 before even doing any work and havent called me back to fix bill. Had to have another place come who said they differently didnt check or do anything that should have been done.

It looks great it works great and when we found the place where you hook on the electric cord didn't have enough screws, they came out and put the electric cord on for us. The tech was nice and made an extra trip and worked way past 6:00 to make sure our dryer worked just right. All this for just the purchase price. And I love the warranty. I will purchase from this vendor again when the need arises.
