Casey Martin: I gave it two stars because the gluten free pizza I got, fantastic. The customer service not so much. I waited at the pick up window for 10 minutes, no one came. I walked inside in the rain, to go talk to someone. As soon as I walked in, two girls in the back were cussing up a storm packing and making pizzas. It wasn't the best customer service.
Zachery Dobberstein: This location will send you scam coupons to bait you into spending more money, I was sent a free medium 2 topping pizza coupon but upon checkout I'm not allowed to place the order unless I meet a 13 dollar minimum requirement, which I would have if it weren't for the coupon yall sent me to use at your store thus rendering the benefit of it useless and forcing me to cancel the order. Complete waste of time.

jessica acker: First time I ordered from this location and probably will be last they over cooked my pizza and the toppings where not spread very well leaving areas almost blank. I ordered chicken wings and the sauce was just squeezed on top at location I normally use they toss them in it.
Keith Owens: A typical Domino's. The drive-up window for picking up orders is super convenient, and the pizza is pretty darn good. There is better pizza in town, for sure, but the convenience factor at Domino's is very high.

Shelby Delcour: Was my favorite domino's in town. Today's experience makes me never want to go back. Ordered 2 pizzas, nothing special. Did this 1-2 times a week even. About 1/3 of both pizzas was just puffy dough. Never had that issue before so I went back and asked for it to be remade, no problem there. As I sat in the waiting room I watched 6-7 pizzas go through quality check, that looked like the 1st 2 I got, get boxed up and sent out. Then mine finally come, even worse than the 1st time. Requested my money back and I could tell the guy at the counter knew I wasn't going to be happy with it, nothing against him, was completely professional. But the quality check guy, easily had subtle remarks whispering back there. Saying this is gonna happen, when it never had before. So something wrong is being done. This store needs someone to step up and know that quality beats quantity, and takes ownership and pride in the service.

I will not be going back anytime soon.

When asked to remedy this the manager stated I was charged cash even tho my bank statement clearly says Dominos charged me 31.85. I deeply sickened at what seems the employees at this dominos are stealing from customers and corporate. Check your statements and maybe go to a different establishment the dominos of Springfield MO are tainted in already trying times.

This time they brought the wrong pizza, took it back then brought the “correct” one and they literally through some onions on top to try to pass it off as pepperoni and onion. The onions were barely cooked and just laying on top like an after thought. These aren’t the only things that have gone wrong when ordering from there. I understand mistakes happen but when it happens over and over, it’s just carelessness.

I didn’t put a tip on my card so I didn’t deliver my pizza and I was going to tip cash So they lied to me at first told me they knocked on my door which I was in my room and they told me the piece was left at the front desk so I walked to the front desk in the pouring rain. Peter was not there. They argued with me about it on the phone and eventually hung up on me. The manager of the hotel called them back and they tried to tell her that they deliver the pizza which they had not and they just canceled my order refused to deliver. The pizza will wait for the pizza insurance to gain recognition there no better than any other fly by the night little Caesars.

This Domino's had packets of everything before.Additionally the restrooms inside lacked toilet paper and paper towels. The paper towel dispenser looked broke. Owner/Management please step up your game. In the past you have done very good. Disappointing now. If this continues downword, I will take my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately I hadn't been there in quite some time (my wife usually picks up on her way home closer to her work) and I was blown away at the enhancements they've made over the years! It's a full blown restaurant and was full of customers. The team in the kitchen was huge and they were hustling! The pizza and sides we ordered were awesome and ready when promised. Domino's remains my favorite pizza!

He had been so busy he hadn't started my order yet. I told him not to worry I could see he was busy and it wasn't a big deal. He was so professional and polite. D.C. RED: Have to give 1 star for last nights experience. At around 10pm I put an order in for 1 medium pan pizza. Half pepperoni and mushroom and the other half just cheese with light sauce. Upon delivery, this had the worst pizza I've seen in my life.. literally. I looked at it and WOW. NO CHEESE. There was crust, sauce, and topping. And the topping had 7 slices of pepperoni and about 9 mushrooms. Yes I counted. I had my wife look at and she wouldn't even touch it. I didn't eat any of it. I tried to call the store a couple times and no answer. Very disappointed and hope other customers get better service than I got.
Ashlyn Collins: I haven’t ordered from here in a couple weeks, but only because every time I do they cancel the order and never tell me. I order online, put in my address (I live at 60 west) and it automatically sends me to their store because online I’m in their delivery range, but according to them I’m in republics delivery range. Rather than telling me, they cancel the order and place the order with republic store themselves and always order it wrong. They need to fix the delivery range online if I’m not in their range, because that is not my fault or my problem. It’s getting old.

MrsFlutterby4: I am not sure who the manager is now, but he is usually on nights and super friendly! He always sounds so happy and doesn’t make excuses for the company. He just makes it right and it seems to have flowed over to the majority of the employees. Years ago when I had issue it was sometimes very hard to explain that I had no control over what happened (whether food cold or not correct), but this renewed team has now made us want to keep using Domino’s cuz we know if anything went wrong, they will fix somehow! Even the $3 self carryout tip issue that isn’t done in this area. They are excellent!

Stay away from this place, they have ruined dinner more than 4 times, the $19.99 online special was not honored by the assistant manager Richard on 11/5/22, the worst part about it is he didn't even know what specials his employer has for it's customers, completely clueless! I had called in the order 1 hour prior to pick up, Nope, everything that could happen did and worse! Incompetent people that work at Nixa Domino's. My family and I will Never order from this chain ever again. Pizza Hut now has our business going forward.

Richard Mazzola: I guess there is a first time for everything. Never in all my years of either working for or ordering from Domino's has it been a "standard" practice to ask for a tip. That is what was told to us by a store manager after we called them to see why the delivery driver called us to ask for the tip. While I understand Covid changed a lot for everyone, that doesn't make it right to be unprofessional. I will say the order did arrive very quickly. That aside, I hope this is not the kind of interaction customers have with Domino's on a daily basis.

The order alone did not go through until the time that I had requested it be done. When I went to pick up my order some of the staff were rude, and acted like I didn’t place one. When they started making the order they made off of the items incorrect. I waited 20 minutes past requested pick up time, which made a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Brad Beach: Terrible in every aspect. My call was directed somewhere to a person I could barely hear, who did not speak English well and who took forever taking my basic order. Food was very late and I had to cancel as our meetings were ending. The pizzas were supposed to be delivered by 11.35am. At 11.50am they were "still in the oven". At that point they indicated they were still over 20 minutes from being delivered. I canceled the order and will not be using them anytime in the foreseeable future.

Aryez Draper: Ordered a chicken Alfredo bread bowl and when I got back to work to eat, the chicken and sauce was cold and the bread bowl itself was doughy in parts of it. I called to let them know the situation and she offered a remake and when I let her know I got it on my lunch break and couldn’t come back, she said she didn’t think they did credits anymore. She said she would leave a note for the manager and I have never heard back from them.
