Laura Wulf: UPS is terrible and they know nothing about customer service!!!! A certain driver that has us on his route, decided he was never going to deliver to our house. We had to drive 42 miles (both ways), to get our frozen dog food ever since July 8th, and still going on. 1 box each month. His excuses were because of the bad weather, a bad dog next door and we were not home. I always stayed home when they said it was going to be delivered and it never has been. The boy doesn't even know us. Fellow worker said he has 10 customers he refuses to deliver to. And he is protected by the union so UPS REfuses to even slap his hands.

Bill Mattocks: In & out in less than 1 minute! Amazon return - walked in, they scanned my phone for return info, printed a receipt, and I was on my way. Great!
Sara Dunaway: Tried calling regarding a pkg to be delivered tomorrow I will be at work. Must have a signature. I get a recording every time. This is the worst experience. My heart dropped when I saw this was shipped UPS. Do something about the lousy service!!!!

Nature Hills: The rate system needs to be remove.It’s hotter when hot.It’s colder when cold.Bring snacks from home it’s cheaper than buying those expensive items from the Brothers Co. store that’s there now.Workers are not paid for accumulated time from having to clock in 7 minutes early for work or having to cut lunch short to make it to your department time-clock.The security checks are demoralizing and uncomfortable when told to lift up your shirt or having to take your shoes off.The geese outside get more respect and dignity than the people that work there. reality check: I reported packages left at end of driveway in a review earlier today-- reply was to contact via message... seems this is the standard reply however no link to the Facebook page that I can't find and I don't do twitter etc ... so I guess that's the end of that
MKEL_1327: I live 10 miles north of Bolivar Missouri ... most of us that live rural have very long driveways. Ours is 300 feet long and we cannot see the end where it meets the road. This is becoming an increasing problem where whomever is delivering just leaves the package down by the road.... This really makes me mad... our gate is open .. the big brown trucks fit through them with no problem as UPS has been bringing packages to the house for over 20 years ... this should not be happening... anyone driving down the road could just pick up the package and drive off .
Beason GbE: A bit chaotic at times, but given the vast number of packages they are handling on a daily basis, they do a pretty good job overall.
Kristopher Scates: I paid $200 for a monitor that I left VERY specific instructions for, yet I do not have it. Two days in a row I have not received a call they just took my stuff & left. I pay for things online so I can have them ordered to my house, NOT so UPS can hold my package in what I assume is going to be a stolen item. Never going through you guys again after I get my item.

Rachel Predmore: We CONSISTENTLY have problems with UPS at our apartment complex! Super lazy drivers!! Multiple times where someone has been home and no knock, just left slip on our door. I've signed the slips for them to leave at our door and slip was never picked up. Our office is also open from 9am-6pm and they NEVER drop off at our office when every other delivery service does. Its just laziness!!
Joyce LeBlanc: Had a driver claim he/she tried to deliver my package yesterday at 20:53 and that no one was home. WRONG. The package weighed approximately 60 lbs. Sounds like the driver didn't want to lift it!!! They want $1.20 for storage. Doesn't sound like much but think of all the packages the can hold.

steve farris: Good luck getting any help with these people. USPS drivers leave our packages at our mailbox, on the ground, 100 yards from our house, on a country road 5 miles outside of town with cars that pass by all the time. They even do it at night, on their last drop heading back to Springfield. We have gave them permission to drive down our driveway, and back into the yard even, so its not so time consuming or hard to do. No, they just drop off $$$packages at the road and don't care if they get stolen or not. Typically world we live in!!!
Clay Veurink: Worst customer service of any of the delivery agencies. Can’t even talk to local station to hold a package locally and online system is terrible to navigate and did not apply changes requested to package.
Michele Beal: I went in this morning to try and intercept a package that I would miss delivery on today due to work schedule change. The people I spoke to were very helpful and very respectful, even though I was interrupting their morning crazy schedule. I'm so thankful for their professionalism! Awesome group of people!

Shane Burks: UPS Next Day Air was a mistake. My bad! 4 days this time! Anyone looking to move freight look at other logistics solutions because it's a waste to pay for anything other than the most basic shipping. That's the only service level I ever receive from this location no matter what I've paid. Simply a poor experience EVERY time. Unless it's the only option, I'll always use another carrier and so should you. FTL, LTL, and now Air. Tried them all and thankfully this last shipment was just a personal purchase and not business or SOL I guess.

Lonnie Smith: Friendly guard... of course it's a little confusing navigating in cave.. but all staff was friendly...Overnight Parking.. clean restrooms near guard shack.
Rashaun Bell: Appt scheduled at 7am . I arrived 10 hrs beforehand. They were done at 7:15. The night time security were pleasant and professional. Can’t say the same for the morning guard ( the short guy with the ginger colored hair could use a customer service refresher he also has selective listening skills which caused me to drive unnecessarily back to the shipping office to inquire my trailer when it was already understood that the trailer would be in lot.The office staff was ok. On another note there’s plenty of parking and you can park overnight should you get there early there’s a vending machine on the outside of the security hub as well as rest rooms. Slide your tandems dock the trailer and bob tail out the cave until unload is complete. Docking is inside the cave plenty of room to maneuver both blindside or driver side parking .,

WhosYourDadzie LLC: When you come here, park first, then walk over to guard shack. I recommend being in the 6th hole coming here, it’s a tight turn next to the guard shack. Friendly guard (black guy) lol.My load I picked weighed 44k, I had to go to Perris Ca. I had to come back and be reworked with a scale ticket because I was way overweight being in the 6th hole. Now I weighed 42k, I went to CA with that through snow.2nd Time: Drop N Hook, my load weighed once again 44k this time didn’t need a rework. Went to Brundidge Ga Walmart.02/06/23: There exit gate wouldn’t work when I picked up my loaded trailer so I had to backup and use their other gate.

Fabiola Lambert: Absolutely disgusting, Arrived 2h after my appointment because I80 was shutdown, no contact with anyone, checked in by phone, was told to wait for a phone call, one day after I arrived and calling every 2h I had no answers. A day and a half after I arrived, they said they called my phone several times and I didn't answered!!, I asked for their call log and offered mine since I was right on the phone waiting almost 2 days!! Talking to the guard he told me once had a driver that wait 5 days!!! Bad management, rude people, no communication, total disregard for truck drivers wellbeing. After 32h waiting they told me they were leaving in 20 minutes and couldn't help me out, so I should wait one more day for some merciful employee unload my truck next day!! Will never come back here again! Ps. The woman on the phone from the warehouse told me she had way too many products on the floor, and didn't have space for my load.... KRAFT CHEESE?!?! no space for one load???? Unbelievable

Musca Khalaf: They’re a little bit slow but they have overnight parking. When you come in go to top of the hill make a left turn park your truck and get your bills and CDL to the guard shack. they will take care of you from there.

rondawn woods: We were a little concerned with all the bad reviews but it was the quickest loading we have ever experienced. Appointment at 6:30 pm, arrived 6:00, parked, walked to guard shack, given gate pass and door in building 10. Drove into caves, docked,chocked,slid tandems, disconnected, paper work to the door. Bobtailed back to the overnight parking. Barely had time to eat dinner and watch one program on TV. Got the call, back to the cave, got the seal number, signed paperwork and on the road by 8:10. Five stars all the way around, parking,time, restroom, vending,and pleasant employee with a fabulous red beard . Don't believe everything you read folks. For us this facility was perfect.

Arnold Jaramillo (BigBobJones): Owner operators stay away from here. Not a good place to pick up a load. I was there 9 hours not loaded yet so I cancelled the load. This place mainly ships there contracted company. I found out the gard way. I will never go back there.
