Bailey Strohl: I just had an amazing experience getting 5 large poster prints for $80. I received a call from staff double checking the exact size of the prints, etc., and after telling the employee my plan for a strange sized frame, I arrived to find she even cut down the photo to those exact measurements for me. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Corey Bright: Went back 2 school shopping as did last year. This year is one for the books, as not only did they have great savings, the customer service was excellent. An employee named Bacak took the time and set us up for the rewards program, shared how we could save money, and had a kind spirit thoughtout whole transaction. Service like this is hard to find nowadays, and will definitely be going back!! Hope you do too!
Josh Stephens: I had a 530 appointment with TSA here. I drove an hour and a half from Neosho MO, sat at Mc Donald's next door with wifi for an hour to walk in for my appointment to be told they can't do TSA stuff after 3 and just come back tomorrow... A 3 hour round trip drive and an hour of kill time after a 10 hour work day. I had a scheduled appointment that I called and made. At the very least someone could have called me and told me the appointment had to be cancelled.

Renee Battles: Megan and Sam in the printing department were unprofessional and 3 separate times I was called rude after simply asking for 40 copies. I was talking with a customer as they continued to say to me if you want to keep being rude....I simply asked are you calling me rude because I have not done a thing but ask for copies. At this point I hear will you back me up to the manager and so the manager Hayley came over and was so sweet and apologized. I simply don't feel it's acceptable to call a customer rude multiple times then add an expedited fee on to my bill!!! Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had. This will be followed up with the store manager. I was embarrassed and shocked this was acceptable.

Jason Jones: I use to love going to staples, however this one is a waste of time and money. I go to use the printer there because mine went down and needing to get something done right away.I get there and followed all the instructions to print by emailing the file in a pdf form. All of this is what the instructions said to do. I hit print to get my documents done and it only printing the cover of my email sent. I talked with the lady behind the counter (lyn) she was no help at all. I wased over a hour driving here and dealing with this.I see why the parking lot is always empty at this store
Steve P: Went in to do a TSAPrecheck, there was a long line ahead of me. Watched the clerk multi task multiple times. She took care of everyone as quickly as possible, her computers kept locking up and through it all, she had a terrific attitude, and was very helpful and friendly. Don’t usually shop at Staples, but I will return just because of her great customer service, I was in the store Thurs, Sept. 16th.
Smokin Reptile's Homestead: Worst store I have ever been to rude and unhelpful never been in a staples walked in the door "where do I go to return this" get in line with a very rude manner and tone early that day they wouldn't tell me where to look just said go over there if I could give it a negative 1 review if I could save yourself the trouble shop somewhere else where the staff is less lazy and do something other than stock shelves and be rude.

Stacy Deal: Needed help with printing brochures and Jonah was an extreme help! He knew what he was doing and got me to where I needed to be. He talked me into doing color vs black and white. He was right. Glad I did. Little pricey but worth it! Thanks Jonah!! Will be back.
Jack West: They have a good selection of office furnishings, the staff was not the most friendly, the interior felt a bit depressing, the prices for things were at least 20% to 30% above what you would pay at other similar fare stores. They do have a few niche items that are reasonably priced. I did buy a desk from them, but used it as a more convenient temporary tv stand as its been hard to find just what I want for an Entertainment center as of yet. If this was the 90s or early 90s then you could get away with the prices and crazy markups...but its not so I would not recommend this store unless they are the only ones in town that have a niche item you need.
