Laura McCaskill: I have been in the medical field for over 35 years and have never encountered a more professional office or kinder physician. I also appreciate their policies in protecting patients vulnerable to infectious disease.
Tiffany Piatchek: 1000% recommend. Very nice, friendly staff, the office was clean and organized. I LOVED Eric Adkinson. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Had amazing bedside manner.
Mandy Lindsay: Scheduled an appointment on my lunch hour, showed up about 5 minutes before my appointment and stood at the front desk for 18 minutes waiting to be checked in. All while hearing someone laughing on a personal call in the back. I ended up leaving without seeing anyone as nobody surfaced when I called for someone and I can't be late getting back to work.
Lisa Murphy: My husband and myself have saw Dr Dimmick for years. Not only is he an excellent physician, he is very friendly, smiles alot, is kind, and makes you feel like you've known him forever. Trust me when I say he will be your new favorite Dr. The staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Dimmick.

Luke Miller: The definition of what's wrong with health care in the USA. Just moved here from Denver, all I want to do is get a standard skin check up, but they require a referral. Why would I need a referral for an elective, preventative procedure? Why would I spend money/time to see a doctor to tell me to go see another doctor?
jennifer Schurke: We would not recommend this office. Every time we call we either do not receive a phone call back at all, or it is a day or two. Our PA said if we called and mentioned the medication our child is supposed to taking, every person in the office would know what we were taking about because it is a time sensitive prescription. So far all of the nurses we talked to know nothing about this medication being time sensitive. If all of the things that need to be done are not done in 7 days, they can’t call in the prescription and we have to wait another month. This should be her first month, but nobody is getting back to us. Her lab work was finished and sent in Monday and they still have not started the process on their end. The doctors and PAs have been out most of the week and the nurses don’t have access to our account. Super frustrating!!

Gemini 86: Saw PA Erin York yesterday. It was an amazing visit. The nurse was super nice and polite. Erin was down to earth to treat my issue and she sure did very well. I would definitely recommend.
nicklisa hilbrich: Very upset previously was seen at there clinic and went to a Dr who left the practice and so I scheduled an appt 4 months out thinking that they took my insurance and got to the appt and they don't so now I can't get in to a clinic for 6 months when I have concerns. The person scheduling needs to do her job correctly and make sure that someone's insurance is accepted or not before the appt instead of making me waste my time and gas to drive all the way across town. Not very happy. Not good customer service
Coryg55 Hardison: I had to have a cancerous growth removed. I was very nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. The whole team was very informative and explained Mohs Procedure very clearly. The RN, Brandi, the PA, Ashley and Dr Seago were all just fantastic. I was in and out in a couple of hours.VERY good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Then as she got to my hair she tried to undo my bun and yanked at the hair tie and said frustrated ‘do you have any concerns here’. I was so frustrated and intimidated I forgot some trouble spots I wanted looked at. When I mentioned my melasma she didn’t confirm it. She just said ‘the joys of motherhood’.

Lori Davis: Dr. Naugle is a wonderfully talented Mohs surgeon and I highly recommend him. I had a significant basal cell carcinoma on the front of my nose and was nervous about the Mohs surgery and the outcome to my appearance. At my request, I met with Dr Naugle for a consultation 2 months prior to surgery in hopes of easing my fears. He was very compassionate, reassuring, and thoroughly explained the procedure, the repair possibilities, and what recovery and healing would be like. On surgery day and for all of my follow-up appointments, he and his nurses were all kind, encouraging, and took time to answer all of my questions with a smile. I know that I wasn’t, but while in the exam room they made me feel like I was their only patient that day. Dr Naugle is quite skilled and excellent at what he does. I had a complex repair, but it has healed very well. As I write this review, it has been 7 1/2 months since my Mohs Surgery. Thanks to Dr. Naugle’s skill and care, I am cancer-free, my scar is now slight, and people don’t even notice it unless I get really close and point it out to them. Although my review has largely focused on Dr Naugle, I had a great experience with the entire Ozarks Dermatology Specialists staff. From the ladies at the front desk, to the ladies in billing, to the nurses, to my surgeon, all were kind and caring. Job well done to Dr. Naugle and Ozarks Dermatology Specialists staff!

Dylan Ijames: I’m in the military and new to the area, they said they wouldn’t take me because they were “only taking referrals from other offices”. How in the world are you not going to take an appointment for someone who’s serving your country, keeping all of you working here safe. This office is a joke to all military members everywhere.

liv chrastina: Dr. Armstrong is the worst dermatologist I’ve ever been to. He never asked me any questions about my acne and what I eat or what face wash I use or anything. He just looked at my face and prescribed me medication, he never told me what the pills were actually for, just said they would help clear my acne and that was it. One medication he gave me was if you have PCOS which he never asked about or tested me for. I had no idea that’s what it was even for. Everytime I went I was there for no more than 15 min.

keith koenig: Simply the best! I’ve been seeing him for 20 years now. He has literally removed hundreds of skin cancers off me over the years. Most of my scars are barely visible. After I moved away from Springfield I tried some other MOHS surgeons. They were nothing like the care and professionalism I got with Dr Naugle so I Drive 9 hours round trip to see him. He is outstanding!

Diane Bilyeu: Staff was very nice, Dr was also nice and have lots of patience, he took his time explaining everything to me.
Kimberly Livingston: His negligence in not identifying stitches cutting off circulation to tissue resulted in a large open wound. (Tissue decayed splitting open the area) His apparent lack of knowledge and misguidance in healing wounds resulted in an unnoticed (by him) and untreated staph infection in the wound. He then acted very unprofessionally, yelling at us when we sought outside recommendations after 5+ weeks of him being unable to heal the wound and then made the comment that the treatments of said wound were a “waste of his time.” They completely botched what should have been a standard procedure, causing a large open wound and were too incompetent to heal the wound (Verified by the physician we are now seeing who quickly found the infection and are trying to fix what this office messed up). Furthermore they refuse to accept accountability or credit anything off the bill for their errors. Do NOT go to this clinic. Do not let anyone you care about go to this clinic.

Jennifer Mccullough: I had mohs surgery on a squamous cell carcinoma on my face near my eye yesterday. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. Kim the RN, Dr. Naugle and Stacy the PA were all patient, kind, gentle and answered all my questions. Today I got to remove my dressing and see their handy work. Minimal swelling and the sutures look fabulous. No pain today just soreness. I highly recommend this office! Thank you so very much!
