Ravyn Cheyenne: Got a call today about me owing a debt from almost 3 years ago that I had no idea I owed and when I tried to explain that Sue I got cut off and belittled and threatened and harassedI do not appreciate it
CHRISTOPHER SAPIEN: Called to help come to a resolution for a debt that should not be mine. Sue was EXTREMELY rude, cut me off while I was talking then ends the call with “we’ll just take you to court”*click. Apparently Sue was never taught how to talk to another human being. If anyone that works at this company would like to discuss this debt (anyone but rude Sue) feel free to reach out.REPLY TO OWNER: this is the 2nd negative review you have gotten for the same employee. Myself and the review below had the same exact experience, but okay lol. Again, if anyone would like to discuss this debt and come to a resolution my line is open. If I do not answer please feel free to leave a message and I’ll call you right back.
Kate: I called to submit payment of my collection, and Sue was extremely pushy and rude by interrupting me mid-sentence more than once. Terrible customer service.Edit: Thank you for your elaborate response in defending your employee, but I can assure you this customer service was nowhere near adequate. I work in customer service myself, and I deemed this review necessary due to the lack of proper customer service I know all too well. I would recommend recording your calls if your not already and actually listening to them.

Sophie Champagne: it is very interesting that this collection agency will send EMAIL to your SPAM folder to ask you to pay but only send confirmation MAIL when you are PAID. Sorry, I did not get this and I own just 70 dollar on my collection record. SHAME ON YOU

Matthew Jackson: I had a debt that was sent to them, the medical office I owed money too agreed to lower the amt and consider the debt paid. Had a 3 way call with them and the medical office. Paid the amount and received a letter stating paid. They’re still reporting to the credit bureau the balance is unpaid and I owe the rest of the amount and the supervisor says the debt is still there and unpaid. This place is a joke and doesn’t even understand how to report to credit bureaus correctly.

My insurance company has me on hold trying to contact this company and they keep hanging up on both of us. How professional right? Berenice Mersch: They are aggressive as it gets. They will take your tax return and garnish your wages. Even when your on a payment plan and even though you don't have much money to even pay them. They don't care about your situation. They just want your money. Never ever get a military star card.

Jamie Lewis: Let’s start by saying if I could give them no stars I would! I had a Hospital Bill that went to them (which I was blindsided by) but that’s another story. However, to make a long story short I set up a payment plan with them informing of an amount I would pay monthly. They sent my bill to collections without proper notification that there was an issue even though I paid every month. I have had multiple conversations with representatives and supervisors due to system issues with the website or just unruly customer service. The recent conversation I had with William Morrow who was to look into my issue of not recovering anything saying they agreement defaulted( because it did not) and why they did not notify me it was hitting collection. They do not send mail or call. He has yet to call back even though he assured me he would. I called back to see what can I do. The representative was not knowledgeable about paying to delete or how to send me a correspondence of a paid in full to get it off my credit. They have not stopped reporting it to the credit agency even though there is a 0 dollar balance and did not send me document as of yet that it is paid so I can do so myself. This company is so u professional and treat people who actually want to settle a debt as if it doesn’t matter if we did or did not. I am reporting to BBB and more entities. A letter will be going to KMOV for bad business practices.
Eric Weiskopf: They sent us a notice of a billing for someone who doesn't live here. Turns out it is one of their own bill collectors. What is up with that? Process problems may need some real effort on their part. We are here, they're person of interest is not!

Jonathan Hollingsworth: They called me this morning asking for me to verify my name, date of birth, and Social Security number. Why in the world would I do that?! There's no way I would EVER give out my personal information over the phone to ANYONE. Their website doesn't work. ESPECIALLY the contact us tab, but every other tab I clicked on does nothing as well. When I try to send them an email using the contact link at the bottom of the page, the form says that my ENTIRE ADDRESS is required information. This isn't happening. It's a rather convenient way to prevent the same people who won't give out their information from contacting them via email. They are vultures profiting from poor people's misfortune, and they will be yelled at and cussed out every single time they call me. They might as well remove me from their caseload.
Jesse Johnston: It's like their main goal as a company isn't to even collect but just cause as much damage as possible to a person. Never got any information but found out I was turned in via my Credit Report. I never received a phone call, email or letter and it negatively efdected my account over... $66. We're in the middle of pandemic and I'm getting my credit ruined over $66... 😒 Seriously? I would be ashamed to even be a company that sent their collections to people like this. Pathetic.
Christopher Blackwell: I got a notice on my credit report that a derogatory account was added from this company for $255. I have never received anything by mail from them. I immediately called them to try and figure out what was going on and they would not disclose any information without me giving them my personal identifiable information such as date of birth and social security number. I had a notice on my credit monitoring software that the password to one of my email accounts was found on the dark web two months ago, so understandably I am not giving them any information. The fact that they never mailed me notice and did not give me the legally required 30 days to respond in writing says everything. Now I’ll probably have to get my attorney involved to resolve this.
Brady Krause: At first, I thought this company was a scam, but their just a debt collections agency. When I asked to verify they were not going to disclose any information for the call, all they said was it was for "personal business matters". They need to understand that people do not want to even disclose their name without verification. They need proper training since the companies website says they will tell the consumers of their state and federal rights. None of the 6 employees I spoke with could provide any information.

Eric Krugler: Received a phone call this evening at 8:17!!!!. I've never received a collection call before so it was confusing to me what the call was about. Very deceptive ,not clear and was rude when I was trying to clarify the issue. To say the least this collector didn't appear professional. I googled the company to figure out for myself what this company even is as they where trying to say they where the hospital and wanting my personal information to verify myself , Asked how come it was not a doctor calling and the answer they gave me was that to give you any more information we would need you to give us your information ... and Very disappointed with your business ethics.
