Ricky Mann: We were at the Oasis for the VFW State Convention. We were treated to dinner by the outgoing post Commander. I ordered the veal and Liquid Oasis. The drink was amazing! Bryan Sexton: THE TRUTH ABOUT FIRE AND ICE!I would like to say that I have been coming to this place for roughly 15 years. When I first started dining at fire & ice I was mind blown. It was amazing the food was delectable and the service was out of this world. Sadly the only thing that has stayed the same was the service! The food has seriously suffered, it lacks consistent quality! Depending on which night or day you come, the drinks may be weak or strong, and the food might be decent or bad. As I said the consistency is absolutely terrible. My honest opinion is that nothing on the fire menu is worth the cost. Stick to the spark and the flare, also don't order cocktails wine or beer is your best bet!Please train your cooks ( 10 years ago I would have said chefs ) better I have faith that you can turn your food around.

Ameto Galu: Took my wife on the date yesterday, our first time there and it was amazing. Made a reservation and we got there early and got seated right away. Cocktails were amazing, started with the fried calamari, the garlic sweet tai sauce that comes with it was very delicious. I had the ribeye very tasteful, my wife had I think the tequila chicken, very spicy but she loves it. Our server, I think her name was JoLana, she said everyone calls her Jo. She did an awesome job, very attentive and patient. We had a great time, highly recommended to anyone, definitely going back soon. Thanks for the experience.
Kristy Winter: We went there for dinner Saturday night. The hostess and our waitress were pleasant. I had the Tequila Lime Chicken Pasta and my significant other had the Flat Iron Steak. Both meals were barely luke warm. The "thin cut" chicken was tough and his potatoes were still crunchy. We told the waitress about the potatoes and the kitchen sent out a bowl of luke warm, plain, mashed potatoes. We won't be back.

Heather Leverich: I was annoyed that my husband made a reservation for my birthday dinner but they gave us a tiny table when plenty of booths were available. We asked to move though, and they quickly accomodated.Our server was very friendly and attentive and helpful.I absolutely loved the tuna tenderloin and wok veggies and they let me have double veggies with no rice with no upcharge. The seasonings on the veggies was amazing and the texture was perfectly tender crisp. I added a couple of $7 large scallops to my meal and wouldn't do that again because the scallops were good, but a bit underwhelming for the price.The Mac n cheese appetizer with burnt ends was scrumptious. The ceviche was pretty good. I'd order something else next time, but I'd definitely be willing to eat the ceviche again. I liked the scallops.I'm not a burger person but my husband's burger and fries were some of the best I ever tried. Probably the best burger and fries in Springfield. The sweet oniony sauces was so tasty.We tried the orange marmalade butter cake for dessert. The cake was really good. The marmalade tasted like it was from a Smuckers jar. The server was so nice to warm up the cake and didn't charge us for my birthday 🎈The drinks were pretty good.The pool view is fun. But a lot of the bar has a really casual sports bar vibe.
