My daughter asked what the return policy was before purchasing 3 dresses when she couldn't decide between them and was told she had "14 days to return or exchange" no mention that it was only for store credit. Now they are refusing to help. Citing " that's policy and we cant do anything"

Jeans are over priced also your workers are very annoying when they feels like they are following you around and just walk up to you expecting you to take a sample of their perfume if I wanted to smell the perfume I would simply spray it or ask myself

Anna Epps: Are the employees getting paid extra to be rude? The entire time both employees were incredibly rude and dismissive. I practically had to chase an employee down to ask if they had other sizes of a shirt, and they wouldn’t even answer the question when I was able to find someone. Waited 10 minutes for someone to check me out, and when someone arrived, she was incredibly rude when I didn’t want to provide my phone number. Not coming back.

Alyssa Forbes: I had the BEST experience at Normans today! I went into my bridal appointment not knowing what I was looking for. My consultant, Katie, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect style. She pulled a great selection of dresses and immediately knew what else to pull once she saw what styles I was liking. I narrowed it down to 2 dresses and decided to think it over for a bit, so we went to three more bridal shops just to see what they had to offer. Absolutely NONE of the other bridal shops around compared to Normans. The consultants at the other shops were inexperienced, inattentive, and not great at fitting the dresses on you so you could get a good idea of what it would actually look like. Feeling defeated after a looooong day, we decided one hour before closing time to see if we could go check out those 2 favorites from Normans again. Within ten minutes, I was back in Normans and saying yes to the dress! Katie is the best, and I can’t stress it enough how big the difference was in the overall experience from starting at Normans and then visiting other local boutiques. You will not be disappointed with Normans!

makenna davis: I went shopping for a wedding dress on March 23, 2023. I got paired with Emily G. as my stylist and I could not have asked for anyone better. Emily made me feel so comfortable in everything I was trying on and even when I thought I wouldn’t fit the dress over my butt she helped shimmy it up. She was able to help me find a dress I really liked but I wasn’t quite ready to say yes. She never once pushed me or made me feel like this was my only option. On April 22, 2023 I went back to try on the dress I liked and requested Emily as my stylist. She pulled a lot of amazing dresses to cover all bases that we might have missed the first time which lead me to finding THE dress. I can’t thank Emily enough for how great she made me feel especially as a plus sized bride and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a dress.

Richard Rodriguez: Workers need to make sure they take off all security tags. When they don't, it holds up the line and makes people think that you're stealing something. Wasn't a very pleasant visit with my grandpa. As he almost got to the car the guy came out and said for him to come back in so he could take the security device off. So I took the stuff in for grandpa since he's hunched over and can barely walk.
