Customer Service: Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Amateur.No one wants to hear how busy you are, or that you have a man out, or that your job will be done next week...when it was not. Too many excuses.Poor communication.I eventually pulled the job after numerous attempts to get a straight answer and went to a company who treated me with professionalism and respect.
Rhonda Hoover: If I could give 10 stars I would. I spoke with Ethan and gave him a rough idea of the project I had in mind...a sign with the name of our new homestead with the date established and paw prints on the sides. He told me to send a draft to an email address which I did. Ethan replied to be certain he understood that the "S" was truly a "Z" which I confirmed to be correct. In a few days Ethan sent me what they had drawn up and 2 choices of sizes and prices. I replied my selection and engaged their services. Upon completion Ethan notified me it was ready for pick up. To say I was pleased would be a gross understatement. It was perfect! It was much heavier and more substantial than I anticipated but the icing on the cake is they used tiny paw prints in the date! I was beyond excited! Thank you to Ethan and the team at C&R Metalworks!
