Janice Black: My elderly parents have to drive 2 hours to get to Springfield. They were told to call first before coming to pick up their repaired clock. My mom called repeatedly for days, and no one answered or returned her calls. On the actual day she was to go to Springfield for a Dr. appt., the person finally called back . . . but wouldn't let her pick up the clock that day because she "hadn't made an appointment." Mom had to make a separate trip a few days later. This was for literally five minutes to pick up the clock! :( Then, after the (very expensive) repair, the clock no longer kept accurate time as it had before . . . and she was told that the supposed 1-year guarantee on the work didn't cover this! (What would it cover, then?!) These people would be out of business if there were literally any other clock repairman around.
