They took the case for a loved one currently in jail and not once have they gone to visit him or clue in either one of us whatever "plan" they have. Which is no plan at all except for letting the court doing whatever they want and him just shrugging and pushing back the court date. The staff is incredibly rude, doesn't return calls or emails, and even spent months putting off getting me some important paperwork. One star is too generous for them. However, he lacks communication, professionalism and he's not even trying to do what his client wants.He hasn't even bothered to meet with his client (claims it's due to COVID), nor tries to reach out to him other than to send a bill to an incarcerated person who's been asking for the lawyer to get him released to he could return back to work and makehis payment. Huffman has permission/access to speak with others who are trying to advocate for the client, but he and his office are dodging calls.I have called his office to get more information several times and others have called to make a payment, they will not call back, we leave voicemail or messages with the secretary and nothing ever comes of it.If you want to waste your time and money and not be heard hire Huffman. If you want him to tell you he's wasting his time when you ask specific questions as to why his is doing something, hire this man. If you want to pay for something a public defender could have done, hire Huffman.I wish I could give zero stars.

The defense always waives the preliminary hearing, I now know they do that because of a corrupt system that Saint joe has.But Brady told me dude we're not waiving the preliminary hearing, and even though the witnesses showed up and pointed me out, he did quite the job on his cross examination. He made them look silly.I was facing up to a life sentence in total years,and Brady got me a deal for 7.I never got to tell you this Brady, but thanks man. You truly are one of the good ones. M Monroe: I retained Mr Musgrave for a minor situation the didn't even require Council but I just wanted to be safe than sorry what's a retainer I put down as supposed to be charged a flat amount for appearing and then the rest we got an escrow account be billed accordingly then after 60 days whatever was remaining would be refunded to me however when I went to discuss the remaining balance. I was treated like I was delirious they never would have done that.
