Lizzy Bourg: Excellent company! Their communication was exceptional. After receiving a prompt quote with photos we sent approval and they quickly added us to their schedule. Within a week they were at our house and installing the lights display. Prior to arriving they sent reminders of the appointment and communicated very well. During the installation they were so nice and very considerate and the entire installation process only took a few hours. After they finished they sent notification and directions on how to work the lights when we were ready to turn them on for the season. The lights were so pretty and we really enjoyed our display! Absolutely no issues with the lights or breakers throughout the entire season, like we have had in the past with other companies, but if something had happened I’m confident they would have handled the issue immediately. We definitely recommend Bright Christmas Lights and cannot wait to book our lights display again next year! ✨
cory burke: Bright Christmas Lights did an incredible job decorating our house with lights this year. I would never go back to hanging lights myself after using them and seeing just how perfect of a job they really do. The timers worked perfectly and there was never a problem with bulbs going out. The lights were perfectly straight and level. It was alway a joy to pull up to the house at night to see their work. Their prices are very fair and we will be using them again.

Lori O'Dell: We have wanted lights on out house during Christmas for years, and never get around to doing it. This year we contacted Bright Christmas Lights, LLC and are so glad we did! They gave us three options to choose from (and were willing to work with us more if we wanted something different than they submitted). We chose an option, and they were prompt and so professional from first contact to the uninstall! We even had one light go out (possibly due to storm) and they were out in a flash to fix it. Canon Alsup: I’ve never had Christmas lights professionally installed, but I saw a sign in the road and thought, why not? After I called and began the quote process, I got to pick how I wanted the lights to look on my house, choose my bulbs (I went big!), and the guys from Bright Christmas Lights basically did the rest.The picture I took after the sunset of my house should give you an idea of how bright these LED lights are. Waaaay more impressive than anything I ever found in Walmart or Home Depot. I even turned off my house lights and can still see my Camaro!And in case you were wondering, this company even offers to replace bad bulbs if any goes bad, they store the lights for you during the year, and they do all the install/uninstall work. That right there was worth it to me.Maybe that’s typical. I don’t know (my first time getting professional Christmas lights). But as long as I’m in the Springfield area, this will be the only company I call for Christmas lights.Highly recommend!

Vinit T: I am sorry to write your first negative review. I have a business of my own so I know how frustrating it is for owners and managers to get negative review as you can not please everyone. But you folks definitely deserve this negative review. I had called this folks around on the 4th of December to get estimate on Christmas lights installation. To my surprise. This was the only company that even agreed to give me estimate, all other said it was too late to install lights as their suppliers were already sold out of materials. I agree, I was late in calling around for estimate..A fine lady, answer the phone at this company. Got my details and said someone would come by same day around 5 PM to give estimate. I asked if I needed to be there and she said no, they will drive by and will email me the estimate. Good enough.Day 2I called again to see if they had chance to come by for an estimate. She said No, but he will probably come by today. Great!Day 3Same thing, called her again and she said the guy that does the estimate had to leave early because he was sick.And today is 17th December. And I have not heard anything back regarding estimate.I know employees call in all the time and managers and owners get short staffed, but why not just tell me that, you won't be able to come by due to staff issue or due to what ever issue! They just kept me hanging dry promising to give estimate but never provided one.Now, I don't need an estimate so kindly do not bother calling me or emailing me.
