Stortz Wellness Intentional Living: Loves the place and the story behind it. Happen to pick up a small bar at the Laura Ingalls museum and loved it so decided to stop in. You can try samples of all the chocolate which is wonderful. Definitely some unique pairing and the gentleman helping us was so kind and appreciate that he told us which ones were his favorites!

Rich Feit: I've been buying Askinosie chocolate for years, from local stores and through mail-order. It's my favorite of all the many varied brands I've tried. Two of my favorite bars are the "70% San Jose Del Tambo, Ecuador Dark Chocolate Nibble" and the "Dark Milk Chocolate + Black Licorice". My family loves the "Coconut Milk Chocolate" bar and the white chocolate bar too (with and without cocoa nibs). The latter is made with goat milk, so it's different from white chocolate you might have had before, but delicious nonetheless. Highly recommended.

Richard Johnson: From 5 stars to 1 star I have had an issue in the past with ordering the C-Ration and the number of different origin bars in it. They currently have some with all 4 origins but they won't guarantee I will get one of those even if I call in to place my order. Customer service used to be great. Now it is a zero. Will use the gift cards I currently have and then never order from here again.

I’m by the entrance inside and was watching to see if my kids wanted to come inside. They did not so I step out and this chick is staring me and by boys down. So I looked back at her rude a$$ and said “hello” she slyly repeated “hello” as she continued to stare and talk to the other Caucasian woman that was by her. Rude indeed and the look on her face. Woman, you have the right one today

Skateboarding 101: Definitely should come to the candy shop here at the mall and give it a try the candy there is amazing and the customer service is even better especially when I was there the employee who helped me is angel she is super kind and so caring when you come in she gives you a warm welcome so come on and give lolli and pops a try it is the best place to get candy in Springfield mo in my opinion and make sure to say hello to angel she is amazing help.

Matthew Hanson: I ordered 3 deliveries over 2 days. All 3 deliveries were incorrect and the delivery driver called me several times because she had a difficult time delivering all 3 orders. At least the store workers were accommodating after I let them know they made an error, just frustrating that every order had an issue.
Mandy Mackey: Mother’s Day Fail!My daughter ordered a platter a week ago for a pick up today. Went in at the time she was given for pick up. Was told to come back in 45 minutes it would be ready by then. she drove around springfield for 45 minutes. Went back. The platter is done but to come back in 20 minutes it needs to freeze. Sure, it’s Mother’s Day lady looks frazzled so gave her an hour just incase. Sent my husband to pick up. Still not done. Store full of people that they didn’t have orders for. Got a refund and left.

Shanteal Wicklund: We stopped in just to look. Got a free sample, was super good. So we bought a 6 box… thought $40 was a little expensive but decided it would be worth it since the sample was. We thought the 6 in the box would be like the samples (different flavors) but instead they were all just chocolate covered. We didn’t find this out till after we got home. As such, we couldn’t take them back… then I tried 2 of them, they were soggy and gross like the strawberries were old.Honestly, not worth the money, try/check them before you leave, and make sure what you are ordering is what you want.

Guy in customers service says I have to order something to get my reward. Um NO..rip off and not worth the time.

This was a grandmother buying it for her granddaughter and we will never ever use this edible arrangement again.
Chris Myers: Very disappointed! I wanted to give my wife a special surprise and in the end had to cancel the order unless I pay a ridiculous $5 fee to reschedule delivery because they messed up the delivery in the first place. This was on top of ordering from the website and being called the day of to say that they didn't have that arrangement and had to change to a different arrangement. I was fine with that...then being told that they were very busy and could not guarantee delivery before 5pm. Also, fine with that except that their delivery driver calls and tells me that he made a mistake regarding it being Residential vs a business and didn't deliver it. This was on Thursday and the business is not open on Friday. So, called to fix the problem and move it to deliver on Monday when the business was open. No problem...got a call back 10 minutes later saying I had to pay a $5 fee to move it to Monday. Makes no sense...not the way you should run your business.

christian kendrix: They delivered my fiance dead roses, but after calling an getting sent to about 9 different people they replaced the roses with chocolate covered strawberries or I could have got my money back.
Amanda Leigh: My husband had this delivered as an early Valentines Day. We received the wrong order and had a balloon attached that said Happy Anniversary, which it isn't ours. Also some of our chocolate covered strawberries were moldy. I am pregnant so now we can't even enjoy them. Sad this happened as I always saw such good reviews in the past.
