I also love how caring the staff is with everyone, not just the kiddo.Dr. Anne Colvin is a great psychologist that works hard to help kids. She is very knowledgeable and works hard for each child to help them with their unique difficulties in life. I highly recommend her!

Mom42many: This office is terrible. I've waited since October, 2016 for an appointment for my son. He hasn't been seen since July 2016. His appointment for March 2nd was cancelled today, because the Dr will be unavailable on the scheduled day (again). The next available appointment is July. The lack of care provided to a child on several antipsychotic medications is tantamount to malpractice. Mercy should be ashamed.

Leah Leah: *My son was referred to med management for his ADHD medication by his pediatrician. After reading reviews we chose Phych Associates. Our insurance didn't cover any of it. We knew this, but felt our son getting the right medication to help him focus in the soon approaching school year, was worth the money. Soon Heather Buck contacted us and we did Zoom calls with her. She didn't really listen to my husband and I on our medication concerns. We chose to listen to her because she was the professional.Our son immediately had issues on the medication and we had no real way to contact her besides through some payment portal or having the receptionist relay messages.We spent a lot of money out of pocket in a month's time. We chose to get our son genetic testing to see what meds might be best for him.This also cost hundreds of dollars. My son was having a bad reaction to a drug Heather prescribed, she referred us to my son's pediatrician to have a wellness check done. The pediatrician was puzzled because Heather was the one doing med management. The pediatrician said he thought it was the medication causing the issues and not anything else. I called the office to relay the information to Heather Buck and I was told she no longer worked there. Whaaa? The receptionist told me it kind of happened over night. So we were out about $800 total from *(a contracted 3rd party) with Psych Associates in a little over a month and nothing or no one had helped my son. We got back the genetic testing and no one went over the results with us. A new lady was assigned to us, and called us. She answered some basic questions and we never heard from Psych Associates again. We got smarter and decided to find help else where and save our money.*Update - last apt was in 10/21After writing a review, Dr. Cline reached out to me.He seems very passionate about trying to help people and guiding them to the best care. Phych Associates contracts the med management side, I was previously unaware of that. The company they are using is a poor reflection on Phych Associates, unfortunately that respersentation left me skeptical and out a lot of money. Dr. Cline offered me a few options to currently try and help my son. He took the time to discuss our experience, I believe he sincerely would like to make things right. He and his office staff are very friendly and care about patient's well-being.After talking with him, I will not count them out in the future, but for now we will continue the path we have waited on with another provider.

abigail storm: I’ve been seeing LPC Ian for about two years now, and he’s the best in the business. I have a wide array of mental disorders and Ian and Dr. Cline both have helped me so much. More recently, I was having a particularly rough week, and needed to see someone sooner than my scheduled appointment. Robin the secretary went above and beyond to get me in sooner, and Dr. Cline made sure I felt comfortable and safe. Everyone here is amazing and you can really tell they care about their patients. I would highly recommend Psych Associates to anyone needing help regarding their mental health.

Mindy Caldwell: Yea I was fooled too, I thought he was very professional and compassionate when I was evaluated by Dr. Bradford. But he didn't fax my results to CPS until almost 6 months later and I was never shown the results until moths after that. He showed up at my court hearing saying that I had PTSD from domestic abuse and that I "may" have a hard time taking care of myself let alone my children. Everything he said were just "maybes" and "could best" and he would say things like "some times people could" he wasn't referring to me spacificaly just "some" people with my condition " might" or "might not" do certain things. Well his vagueness and generalization, caused me to loose my three wonderful children who I had taken good care of up untill then. I had PTSD from them taking my babies it was traumatizing and I was in shock. He evaluated me but since then I have found out that at the time of my evaluation I had a TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY!!!!!! From being a domestic abuse survivor. My children were taken from me and they did nothing to help protect me my family needed protection, not separation. Now my children are going to have emotional and psychological problems growing up. My rights were terminated based on his theoretical imaginary land and he never even considered a brain injury with his evaluation, that could be effecting my behavior and my memory and my vocabulary. Thanks DR BRADFORD you helped ruin my life and my children's lives. I didn't even know I had a brain injury I was wondering why I couldn't do things like before. I didn't even know it was a possibility, you are the expert and you failed misserably. Maybe instead of do an ok job at so many different things you should have been more invested in one career and make sure you know every aspect for every individual situation and not just throw people in piles and cluster them together, ruining lives in the process. Not everyone is behaving a certain way because that just want to or because of emotional trauma sometimes it's a physical trauma to the brain that they can do nothing about with out the proper treatment. I will not be recommending him to any of my friends but I highly recommend he get evaluated himself.

Abby Taylor: Having worked with Dr. Bradford in a professional setting over a period of time, I can say that he is professional, compassionate, and considerate of the needs of his patients as well as to those of us who send him referrals. He is prompt in accepting the referrals, sometimes on an emergency basis. Dr. Bradford takes the time to connect and to work through the psychological assessment process with each unique client, sometimes taking over 7 hours. I have seen him buy lunch for clients on days that the assessments take a long time, and do whatever he can to accomodate to the specific needs of each client and referral source. His patience and experience is evident, and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone either seeking a psychiatric assessment or in need of a psychologist for referrals for clients. It is understandable that at times, some people may become agitated or unruly during these assessments, due to mental health or current substance abuse, and I have witnessed him handle these situations with respect and care. Thank you to Dr. Bradford for all that you do for our community.
