breanna melugin: Was very sad went threw drive threw first time ever eating their ordered for a family of 6 was rudely interrupted several times by lady taking order then was pulled out of line for fresh fresh that took 45 min and when the man came out he didn't have half the order another 20 min later got rest of it got home it was nasty and the chicken was ordered no spice it was hot kids and I could only eat the slaw out of almost $100 dinner will not be back

Gary Wright: Service at the South Campbell Ave location has suffered greatly since the start of the pandemic. Food quality has also suffered, because food preparation is very inconsistent. Sometimes, everything is great, at other times the chicken is overcooked, or undercooked. The South Glenstone Ave location has remained much more consistent with food quality, but their wait times can be exceedingly long.All of that said, sometimes I just gotta have my Popeye's fix, so I'm going to suffer some inconvenience to get it.

Janice Howdeshell: Terrible service, front person had no idea what she was doing, had to repeat order, tried to order from the picture thing end of counter and was told it was "all lies", her words. Told her it was to go and she put it on a tray, then boxed order up. "Oh I thought I was doing something wrong", again her words. Terrible experience just for chicken. Have not been there for a while and will not be going back to that one.

Jessica: I don't recommend going here. Especially if you are going through the drive thru. The order taker will have you wait for ten minutes. Then ask you again to wait another five minutes. Then when they are ready to take your order and you ask for spicy chicken. Then they tell you it's gonna be a ten minutes wait on spicy chicken. 😒 It honestly shouldn't take 15 mins to take someone's order.

Hunter Atteberry: First the inside dine has been closed for weeks! Then when I finally get threw to place my order I’m sitting at the intercom for almost 10 minutes after I say hello after 5 minutes of waiting the lady rudely said I will be with you in a minute then I get to the window get my food and would you imagine that… they messed it up and forgot one of my tender meals. I will never be coming back and I will be sharing my experience widely!!!!

Susan Rankin: S. Campbell location is Pathetic. So, I drove to the S. Glenstone location, after I called and confirmed food items availability. I got lucky, because there reviews are not great. So, I have been to the S. Campbell location a few times, always hoping it gets better. However, they are always out of main sides, mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. Always waiting a very long time in drive thru, say 20 min. Just to order. Dining room closed. Only cooking to order, thus the long wait in drive thru. I am not sure how they stay open. The car in front of me left when ordering and so did I, because they are always out of food. This was about 7:30p Sunday night. I drove to the Glenstone location. Staff was great. Whoever was working was doing a great job. Dining room open and all the food available and very good.

I was sitting there for 4 minutes without a word said to me so I asked “hello?” and got a rude “I’ll be with you in a minute”. Proceeded to wait 40 minutes for a five piece nugget, fries and two drinks. I understand short staffed but this is something else.

After watching a guy drop tongs on the ground, pick them up and handle food with it….. we just walked out. They asked if we would wait for the blackened chicken. I said no thank you. No telling where the tongs have been. Didn’t feel well the rest of the night. This is the last Popeyes for me period……
