We've lived in Springfield for 4 years and this is the first time we've ever hit a cash only business. Yes, there is an ATM, but paying a $3 service charge to buy a $5 sub is not a great customer experience. Would love to come back, but please consider getting something like Square. We'd be more than happy to be charged extra to cover transaction fees for the convenience of not having to carry cash for this one situation.

Christopher Eason: Yesterday was the first time I've ever eaten at a Jersey Mike's. I stopped in at the Glenstone location, I took some time reading the menu, and was greeted with a nice "Welcome to Jersey Mike's". The staff was very friendly and asked if they could answer any questions for me. The young man that made my sandwich was extremely professional and even recommended a few options. I got a giant club, grabbed a mountain dew, and some chips, and then went to pay. My card declined and I figured it was just my chip so I asked him to run it again. And again, it declined, I said well this can't be happening I know I have money in my account. Now the line is starting to build up, people are behind me waiting to pay and I check my phone and realized my truck payment had been Auto withdrawn so I didn't have as much money in my account as I thought. The staff was very generous, and understanding, they help me out and I got my sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed but even more so because of their professionalism and their kindness. I will now be a regular at Jersey Mike's. Not to mention the sandwich was REALLY GREAT, and I'm only sorry that I hadn't eaten at a Jersey Mike's, sooner in my life. Today I will be going back in not only to get a sandwich but to leave a very generous tip. With all the negativity going on in the world it was nice to see their professionalism and kindness. My two regular workers that are usually there, were not today 2-3 -23, waited amost 10 mins and all the order taker did was cut meat while customers waited to put they're orders in. And they had 6 to 7 employees working at the time. Left without placing order. Very disappointed and for that, 5 stars is now 1 star. This was the sub shop on Glenstone. Elizabeth Williams: We normally order curb side on the app for lunch on the weekends, we went in today to place an order and the option was gone. I called and David answered, said he'd help us to place the order and bring it out to us. When we got there he was prompt and explained that it was becoming a safety hazard in the evenings and ways we could still get our order.Thank you David for going the extra mile for us today, your customer service is top notch!

Tinker Bell: C'mon Jersey Mike's, step it up! You have too small of a menu, your staff doesn't ask if you'd like any more toppings like what's sitting RIGHT in front of you as if you've got a choice ( a very small choice at that ) before they wrap it up. I had to yell " Hello! " because me and 3 other customers had been waiting a good 5 minutes before anyone came out from back room AND you didn't carry The Ruben anymore. The only reason I went there to begin with.Should have just walked away instead of giving this place 20 bucks.Terrible
