Katherine Miles: Jeremiah does not allow you to have a personal visit with him prior to having your taxes done. When trying to call and relay personal information it always goes through his employees and they block clients from speaking to him personally. The Personnel is rude. The quality of work we received from Jeremiah Mee as been very poor. This year, our taxes he did in 2018 had to be completely redone by another CPA as he did not file proper paperwork for what was needed. When we finally called to raise a stink that our taxes were not done (in 2018) by the deadline he got them done in one day and brought us in on the next day (the last day) to be able to get them in on time, spoke to us rudely, and wanted to charge extra if the IRS had questions. Plus, we never did get to ask our questions or speak to him prior to our taxes being done when he brought us in to sign the paperwork. Don't waste your time here. Very disappointed and costly.

Katie A Lotsberg: Jerod is the most professional accountant I have ever had with all my business ventures. He has always taken the time to answer any and all questions I have. And he replies to emails during off business hours! I can't recommend him enough whether its personal or business needs!
Mya Rupert: I called to see if I could inquire about being a new customer. The person I spoke to immediately wanted me to schedule an appointment and only had time to do so. I asked if I could go over some of the things I am looking for as I was not prepared to just set an appointment. He told me he did not have time to talk to me as he had to be somewhere at 11:30. I got to have a 2 minute conversation and did not get any questions answered. I was excited about finding a new account/financial advisor for my small business. Now I am searching again because if you don't have 2 minutes to speak to me, I don't have time to call you back and hope you are free next time. It says right on the website that they are closed from 12-1pm for lunch. I hope this lets people know that you aren't the only one if you get treated this way!
