Nathan “ECTO7” Bonner: Facility is ran as good as possible for a place built in 1956, that means truckers need to respect that the place isn't a truck stop for 120+ trucks at once.Receiving hours vary by weekday or weekend schedule, and are typically 7PM-3AM SUN-THURS and 9PM-3AM on SATURDAYS. However delays can be expected, as appointments are a ETA due to limitations of the 1956 built facility, limited lumpers and the priority of clearing outbound loads before opening. Receiving can be delayed to 8PM if the facility is Behind on shipments going out, can't unload if there is no dock available to unload! Common logic!Facility gets a abundance of arrogant drivers not reading rules of the facility, especially on SIGNS and papers. With drivers with 1AM appointments trying to cut in line or thinking they can "beat" other drivers with 8PM-11PM appointments, drivers trying to go backwards in ONE WAY traffic or obstructing others.Facility can only stage 30+ trucks max in a hour. You're not to check in more then a HOUR before your appointment, but drivers attempt to try using the place as a truck stop.Drivers are to line up on the SHOULDER of the highway/Division street and into the Right TURN LANE, but over 50% of the drivers can't figure that out, blocking other drivers on the shoulder. Individuals keep trying to block the intersection entrance and crosswalk from inbound cars and AWG personal, instead of stopping before the STOP sign waiting in the Right TURN LANE before safely entering.Drivers keep trying to harass security personal and others. You're on Private Property under Cameras at ALL times, don't like their rules then leave, it's the law. See a driver harassing someone? Report them so personal can ban them for their behavior if necessary.

Christopher Langley: The receiving hours at this location have changed from 6 pm to 3 am. You can show up at least 1 hour before your appointment time. But the gate doesn't open for receiving before 6 pm.

Helen: First of all I stop at Costco every week and I love their products. Today was my first time visiting the optical department which I was really excited about. I was waiting at the counter for a while till the cashier her name Heidi was helping a customer. When it came to be my turn she flat out ignores me, doesn't even look my direction, doesn't bother to ask me what I need help with and she takes her papers and leaves like she didn't even see I was there waiting for 10 mins. So rude wow. Never have I experienced this kind of customer service. I was really surprised :(

He said he was wrong and had found one and even held it for me till I could come get it. I forgot to get his name but that was above and beyond. (southside ElCamino Alto location) Thanks again. The gas station, on the other hand, is frustrating. I waited in line for half an hour as I watched half the pumps remain unused as they were for vehicles with passenger-side gas doors. You can only use those pumps if your gas door is on that side. Silly. The amount of money that I would have saved getting gas at Sam's club was eaten up while my truck idled in line for so long. Maybe I was just there at a bad time..

Alex: I mostly just go to Sam's pharmacy on (EL Camino Alto.And they are literally just the most amazing most caring and helpful pharmacist's and technicians and techs and just 110 % all around service I love how they have taken time to actually get know me and just well everyrhing they do for me has blown me away .unlike all the other pharmacy that jjst dont say anything or wvsn say high at other places here at sams they are so sweet and caring ppl and they are well aware that some of my medication I really really worried about especially due to the medication shortage because I'm epileptic and my seizure meds are extremely important I mean majorly majorly important and they have just blown me out of the water by letting me know personally that I have nothing to ever worry about that they will always make sure that I am very well taken care of when it comes to any of my medications because they know that I'm trying xiety type of person when it comes to medications that keep me from going into grand mal seizures and they're just amazing amazing wonderful tight little pharmacy at Sam's Club on El Camino and hands down I give them infinite amount of Stars if there is a medication something confusing that came in or whatever they get right on it and they call me and let me know right awayand call me and they fix it and make me not to have that worry or anyting they are amazing amazing loving caring people actually care about their customers and patience is I would call
