Marsha Williams: I have mixed emotions regarding my experience. I appreciate the time they put in to repair my vehicle that is still under warranty, i needed to have an engine replacement done and after all said and done, when my car was picked up - my car wouldn't even start. Now I have a loud clicking noise everytime i start my car. So not happy after the money that came out of my pocket (tow fees, diag fees, deductible, etc). On top of that, even though there was communication between the dealership and the shop, I received little to no communication on the additional repairs or any updates in general. When I did call i was told not to call everyday. My best suggestion is communication goes a long way especially in customer service.Services:Auto engine diagnostic,Engine repair,Oil change

When I asked about a price difference between the two they just told me they used what Ford recommends. So why even ask me what I wanted? Also cost $30 more than I used to pay. Summer Masterson: I had a flat tire in my Porsche Macan, totally flat at Starbucks. I pulled in and asked them if I could pay for someone to put on the spare because I was in a suit and dont know how to do that. Everett was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He got right on it, got the spare put on, put my tire and rim in the back for me to drive to the dealership, and best part - refused to charge a dime even when I insisted to pay for their time. What a wonderful place and exceptional service! I just had to tell the world how impressed I was with these folks.

But not 1 any better at all facets of your hot rod or lifted truck. Better to pay a lil more and get quality work that get a great deal on poor results. You wont regret using them from carb tuning to EFI tunes and eng builds or updates.

Gabriel Laub: They lied about my inspection. Clearly they though I didn't know my stuff. They said my bottem controll arm bushings were bad, when they were completely fine. So that was a complete lie. And then said my power steering pump was leaking. Even though there has never been and is still not a single drop coming from it. All in all. I would not recommend this one. They are not honest and go after people that don't know enough about vehicles

Offered to fix it for over $500.Sounded suspect, so I took it to a mechanic I trust in Webster County. The trusted mechanic checked my truck from bumper to bumper and didn't find a single thing wrong with it.J&S Automotive, as far as I can tell, abuses their inspection authority to try to fix things that aren't broken and run up an unnecessary bill.If I could leave a zero-star review, I would.Don't let these crooks do anything to your vehicle.

I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to tires but I always feel comfortable with their opinion and don't feel like they're trying to overcharge/look down on me. Nicest guys ever. I was initially nervous as I'm from out of town and had a bad experience with a car shop nearby quoting outrages prices to work on my vehicle. Bobs was nothing of the sort. They called me regularly to keep me updated on my vehicles progress and give price quotes as needed before attempting to complete any work. They explained everything in detail. They were thorough, fair, patient AND PROFESSIONAL. It's been about a month and I've had no further issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend Bob's Automotive for servicing your vehicle.

I had them work on the real problems, wheel bearing, transmission fluid change, filter changed, o2 sensor replacement. Then we looked at the heator/ac problem and they where able to take care if that. I'm very pleased with the work completed and in the short time frame. I highly recommend them.

Ryan Tracy: After experiencing several misdiagnoses and spending over $650+ on parts and labor, the issue I brought my vehicle in for remains unresolved. When I scheduled an appointment to have the vehicle inspected, it sat idle for several days without any attention, leaving me without transportation for an extended period.I genuinely wish to have the original issue addressed; however, I cannot afford to continue with guessing at repairs that end up costing me more. In 2022, when I previously had work done on my vehicle, I received it back with several error codes, some of which I managed to resolve. Unfortunately, the most recent code I had addressed has persisted as a problem since I retrieved the vehicle originally and continues to be an issue.I have decided to give a rating of 2 stars due to Reggie's friendliness and assistance.Service:General repairs maintenance
