Paige Norris: There is almost never a wait when I go here, which is great. I usually try to order online before I go in, just so I make it in and out as quickly as possible. I have a real problem with getting anywhere on time so I’m always there right at close, but the budtenders keep their positive attitude regardless of my tardiness. They have a great selection, although I usually only get edibles here…the Gron (Pronounced grooon) sour watermelon pearls are probably my favorite of the 4 brands I have tried, and at $20 or $25 for 100 mg? Yes please! They give medical patients a couple of perks:1: Sunday through Wednesday, med patients get to jump to the front of the line past those pesky “adult use/ recreational “ users for what they call Happy Hour,2:Your first visit gets you a 25% discount, 2nd visit is 20% off and 3rd visit is 15% off. All of which adds up to great incentive to lock in your loyalty to this dispensary.I also like the vibe in the actual sale room…it’s really cozy—lower that the usual ambient lighting instead of the awful fluorescent tubes, I think the floors are carpet, if not I just get so relaxed when I’m in there, I just don’t pay attention to what’s going on down around my feet. 🤣 When I’m finished with my purchase, not just the person that helped me says “goodbye” “ have a good night” “see ya next time” or whatever, but all of them that aren’t with other patients speak. It’s just a great experience all around. I wish they would expand their hours like most of the rest of the Springfield dispensaries, but hopefully someday they’ll realize that 7pm is reeeeeally early to close for the night. I wish Missouri would take a page out of Oklahoma’s book: most of the dispensaries I visited there were open til 12a-3am. That would be awesome.Keep up the good word, Farmers Wife!

The security guard who checked me in today, I walked up and said "Hello" and he stared blankly at me, not "Hi, how are you" or even "Hello", it was like he was straight up mad. S.B. Phillips: Been there maybe six times as medical user for surgical pain. Half the time website has product I need in stock, but out of it when I get there. Hard to confirm before making a trip as I've only been able to get them on the phone once. Waited two weeks for a product to go on special after a budtender recommended it. Couldn't confirm availability by phone again but it was in stock on website, so I took a chance and made the trip. Maybe I had poor RBF that day because reception/security just stared at me when I walked in, then said "you're welcome" when he returned my ID. Budtender couldn't find me or my purchase history in the system but offered me discount that day (thanks). Still wouldn't you know it, the item I came in for again was not available. Such a shame-- too many problems, too many hoops, too many competitors. Good luck guys!

Woodpecker Peckswood: Illicit vape carts are trash. complete trash literally leaked out $80 worth of oil and the cart appeared as if it wasn't even put together before it was filled. over 8 years experience vaping and I've tried CA and CO and MO all brands, and this is by far the worst cart ever purchased in all my years. I would of went back to the location to complain but I don't like confrontation causes major anxiety for me so I was left disappointed, broke, and vapeless for an entire week as my anxiety reared its ugly head. just wanted to share my experience with this particular brand. they are actually pricing themselves as a luxury product like ROVE for example.. dont be fooled this is no comparison to luxury vape products.

Micheal England: I was recently sold an Ooze battery by Greenlight to replace an old battery. I started experiencing issues with my Vibe live rosin carts not working with the battery. I went back asking if there were other reported issues or if there was something wrong with the battery cart combo. The first time they just replaced the cart thinking that was the issue. The second time I was told it was user error and they wouldn’t replace it. I couldn’t get an answer from Greenlight as to what voltage I needed. The front desk explained that “it’s still federally illegal so it’s like buying drugs, you can’t return or exchange drugs” even with a medical card.I reached out to Vibe explaining my issues. They let me know their carts needed a 1.5 to 2.6v battery. The minimum on the battery sold by Greenlight was 3.5v. The lowest setting was frying the carts. Vibe then tried to contact Greenlight to provide replacement carts. Greenlight never responded. Vibe was able to get replacement sent to a different dispensary and Vibe shipped out a couple batteries, shirt, hat, and pins for the issue.The new batteries work great and haven’t had issues since.I recently stopped back in and found a note added to my receipt “Customer tries returning “broken” carts. Don’t return.If you have product issues reach out to the manufacturer for any real answers or resolution.Take your medicinal business elsewhere if you want customer service.Bloom Medicinal has wider selection and better medical patient deals that I never knew about until this incident.Two stars instead of one because I’ve always had nice staff until this experience.

The prices remain the lowest in springfield, without sacrificing quality! Also, I have weighed the flower bags, so far they have all been about .5g over! Not much over, but the consistency is awesome. Also I've noticed Flora Farms had the biggest selection of flower.

I had a coupon for a certain brand, and when I got to the drive thru, they basically said the coupon is wrong, and they don’t have to honor it, even though it’s clearly advertised and I adhered to the requirements for it. So I was basically stuck paying twice as much, and there wasn’t anything I could do about it.

John Vodicka: This location is easily accessible off the interstate. The cashier was ok, he acted more like a robot. Very fast and and efficient, but made me feel like hey just pay real fast and get out of the way. As I had my 2 granddaughters with me. 2 yr Olds can be a hand full. Kayla Colvin: The guy running the business was very pushy. He wouldn't let us see the products. He told us he was sellling actual thc but ended up selling us delta 8. I give this establishment less than a 1 star review.

Colby Cowan: This place spreads misinformation and takes advantage of people that don’t know any better. If you ask what the difference between their product and a recreational dispensaries product, they’ll talk you in circles to make a sale. They do NOT have a recreational liscense, this is the equivalent of one fruit stand selling Mangos, and the other selling mango flavored syrup. Technically they’re both mango, but they’re not the same thing. Swin Dispensaries is the artificial mango. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but people have a right to know what they’re putting in their body and info dumping on customers until they believe they’re buying recreational marijuana when it’s a totally different thing- its; unprofessional, greedy, and unethical. This product gives me a headache and affects my mood in a negative way, and despite explaining that, the associate still tried to convince me it was regular ole’ pot. Do not go here for recreational marijuana. It is not what you’d find in Colorado. Using big words to justify misleading people looking for relief isn’t cool!
