Springfield / Route 66 KOA Holiday: what do users think?
Michelle: I’d give a zero rating if I could. They will not let you stay unless you have an RV. This sure makes seeing America little harder.
Randy Hentz: Nearby activities: Great people!!! Super helpful and just plain niceSafety: Well kept groundsWalkability: Great short trip to showers and they deliver pizza and chicken nuggets. After a long day on the road it was nice!!!Noteworthy details: The overall experience was great!!
Sean H: One of my favorite places to stay. I don't know if the employees can be any nicerRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Fred Hunter: Stayed 2 nites in mh. No cable, but everything else was pleasant.
Sheri Oakes: KOA does not disappoint. Great staff. Wonderful campsite. Close enough to everything yet far enough to feel safe and a vacation escape.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
J Bartlett: I was after closing time getting there after a 12hr drive (I had emailed ahead). They were still up front, had a map ready. Fred had me follow his cart to the site so I knew where to park (tent camping.) Clean, and deliciously calm on a holiday weekend night when I just needed to crash. Fantastic :)
Sheila Robinson: Had a fabulous two week stay here. Hosts are friendly and helpful. SFBN railroad is alive and well. Bring your white noise machine and you won’t notice the whistle.
Beth Cline: What a great KOA except for location. The campgrounds and staff were great, very clean bathrooms, individual showers with privacy a huge plus, shady, nice pool, very clean campground. However, the only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because of the proximity to planes, trains and automobiles. Planes flying low and landing nearby, the train track adjacent to campground and train horns during the night and the cars on the highway. If you take earplugs you’ll be just fine!
Stan Summers: Well maintained and easy to get to from the interstate. Sites with shade trees and sites with few or no trees. 2nd time we’ve stayed here.
Likes To travel: Very clean campground... close to I-44... pizza and wings delivered to your site.... staff was awesome. Will be backNearby activities: Close to Bass Pro Shop and downtown Springfield
Frank Smith: It feels like it's under an port flight path and right next to a railroad track with the trains and horns every hour or two store wasn't stocked very well for what we neededRooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Asteroidpilot: This place is amazing. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and sites. It is a really good place with space. The ONLY thing that was rough on sleeping is the trains. The schedule was one at 11 pm midnight, then 1am. I couldn't do it. The day was fine here and there, but at night, it was rough. The main issue was that there aren't any guards at the crossing right next to the KOA, so as the train approaches and the lights flash, the horn starts blaring. We had to leave a day early cause we just couldn't another night. I won't be staying here again unless I really have to buy highly doubt it. No fault of the people or their service.
Lynn Duderstadt: This place is a 5-star campground. The only reason I did not rate it as such is the train. Just about every night the train came by six times blowing the horn each time/ multiple times. I was in town for training and the days were long. Add study time and then sleep- the train! Add crossing arms and quit blowing the horn!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kevin Shelly: Very nice koa. Clean and staff is super nice.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Stacey Bolin: It was our first time RVing here. I have no complaints!! And there was a train that you can see and hear, that was very relaxing. Rest rooms, and the property emaculate!!!! Highly highly recommended as for the train sounds. Felt like when I was a kid. Loved everything about this place. 😍 We got our kicks on route 66!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Cook's RV Motor Park: what do users think?
Teresa Parton: Super clean campground! Has one of the nicest shower houses I’ve ever seen (clean, modern, large and handicapped accessible). Also had a large grassy field with a walking path swathed so you could walk your dogs a little bit or a lot. The host were extremely nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
Karen Langston: 45 ft Class A with tow, fast park wifi, AT&T and Tmobile worked well.Buckle up and get ready for a relaxing adventure at this incredible park! After 1 mile, look left, you'll pass a field and look just ahead for the second entrance just beyond E Cook Hill Ln, nestled on the left. Roger B.: Stopped on a very cold night, well below freezing and had a bad water pump. Couldnt winterize the lines. Host brought an air compressor to our site so we could blow the lines clear. GREAT customer service.
Sheri Oakes: Adorable small park with friendly staff. My mistake for not reading the pet policy. Dog owners be aware, your pets cannot be outside your rig UNLESS on a leash to the dog designed area. Needles to say, we left after losing the one night fee. For non pet people this is a great choice.Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Kathy South: We had an emergency with our camper with no lights. We made a phone call late at night and they were very gracious and let us come in and park for the night absolutely amazing place amazing people thank you. So very much.Location: 5/5 …More

Road Trip: Great hospitality! The hosts go above and beyond for you!The Family-owned park is small but well maintained, bathrooms are clean, laundry has reasonable prices and is also very clean. Despite being located near the road, it was not noisy at night. If you‘re in the area, you can not get a better experience!Thank you again for your heartwarming hospitality! We‘ll be back for sure. Best park on our roadtrip.
Joyce Jonkman: When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and taken care of. Bathroom, showers and laundry were very clean. The owner went out of his way to help us and loaned us tools when our trailer broke. You couldn’t find nicer staff anywhere. The owners wife took the time to tell us about a bike trail when she saw our bikes. We definitely will return if camping in Springfield.
Derick “Deedle-D” Caramella: Good looking, nice, friendly place. Showers + plug-in 🙂
Shannon Ennis: Small RV park but a good location to see the nearby sights. Most sites are back-ins, so your backend is up against another Rv rear. No views but quiet. Gravel sites with grass next to each site. Lovely open field next to RV park for Fido to run. We'd come here again.
David Zimmer: Best customer service at a campground ever. Thanks to Jennifer, Donny and of course David for a wonderful stay. Cool park with full hookups and nice little shower house/laundry. Easy access to Rt. 44. We’ll be back in a few months. Love it.

Bass Pro Shops Angler's Lodge: what do users think?
Mary: En mi experiencia muy bonito y limpio
Linda Dilley: We got a room for 1 night. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our bed was a little too soft for us but this is a great place to stay.Rooms: Very clean
Jami Kruse: The staff was super friendly. Not very fancy but very comfortable. I wish there was more places to plug things in next to the bed. Also the fridge did not have a freezer so we could not keep our ice pack frozen.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michael Dilley: Room was very nice and staff was very friendly.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Robert Loftis: Clean and comfortable really great stayRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Christy McClain: Nice touch to give you gummy worms! The rooms we clean and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
john pangle: I went to this place that was associated with the aquarium across the street the place is absolutely dirty and does not smell good they also charged me $240 by mistake on their computer which I've never been charged back yet the pool is awful at best it is ice cold and is in a very strange spot the only bright spot about this place is the breakfast it was fairly magnificent they seem to take pride in it but if you're going to spend the money to go to that aquarium you're a fool to stay at that hotel because you're wasting your money if you're looking for a premium experience because the last thing that place is is premium
todd scarborough: We have not been in our room, it's 340pm because they have just recently changed the check in times from 3 to 4 because, the girl in counter says the cleaning staff can't keep pace to get everyone in by 3. Really? So we are outside with a line of people at the counter getting the same answers. So instead of hiring more people to clean rooms you take more time out of my stay to accommodate your needs, not mine as a guest? We have dinner at 6 with friends and it's now 350.
Linda Jirka: Handicap room still had a bathtub with grab bars to climb in. Only one straight back chair. No USB plugs. No electric plug at desk for computer. Good breakfast. Will stay elsewhere next time.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
An'G Bautista: Staff and environment friendly. Loved the rustic style, the view of the aquarium across the way. Conveniently close to shopping center and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay. It's a beautiful scene.Nearby activities: Aquarium is literally across the street.Walkability: You can walk to the aquarium, restaurants, shopping center.
Bre B: Rustic lodge in a great location. The staff were friendly and the room was well prepared for our stay.Nearby activities: Across the road from The World of Wonder Museum and Aquarium.Walkability: Several restaurants within walking distance.
Diane Loewen: We booked this Inn for a one night stay 5/4-5/5/23 on a trip across the country.Arriving, we were impressed with the way this Inn is decorated and themed. No detail is overlooked to make this place look like a rustic lodge; from the antler chandeliers to the wood branch luggage carts, this place is a visual treat inside. Likewise, the rooms are well appointed with soft beds, generous pillows, quality rustic- looking furniture, and good coffee. Likewise, the breakfast tasted very fresh and flavorful with lots of good options: Eggs. Bacon. Sausage links. Sausage pattys. Biscuits & gravy. Pancakes. Syrup options. I noticed that even the Oatmeal was whole grain, - not the cheap instant stuff - with all natural non-GMO ingredients. It was delicious. We would give this five stars instead of four, except for two things:1. When my husband went to the indoor pool, there were no towels at the pool. He was told that this was because of the high theft rate of towels. (They had gone from 250 towels to 50) Heads up: you need to get your pool towel from the front desk.2. The rooms are on the smaller side, so a bit cramped, but they do their best to make the most of a small space. That said, this was a good place to stay, the staff friendly and the price was affordable.
Eliza Dub: This is an old hotel from the 70’s that was refurbished. It is not new nor does it feel new. If you are looking for a new hotel, pass this one by.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jamie Kirby: Room was small. Very clean. Would stay again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
