Jake Estes: Used this company a couple years ago and ordered new cabinets. Had several issues with the cabinet quality. Once installed we didn’t have the doors to some of the cabinets for months and they usually wouldn’t respond when I tried to contact them. I left a somewhat negative review on another site, which I had planned to alter if the problems were corrected. Once the doors to the cabinets came in I went to the shop to pick them up along, with the handles, and the owner “confronted” me regarding the review. He said I hadn’t tried to get ahold of him and asked when the times I did. After providing the dates and my number to him, he checked his messages and saw multiple communications from me and then dropped the subject. Also fun fact he advised they didn’t have the correct size door and the company they used to get them no longer provided what would be the matching size door. So there’s a large gap that can’t be closed. WOULD NTO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.Service:Cabinet design

Jeff Dietzel: Update 10/11/2022: After reading some of the other reviews on here, I felt I needed to provide another update because the same thing seems to keep happening to others. After my last update in which I seemed to fall for their continued excuses, I was promised a full refund (despite that being against their own policy) because my piece was still not finished with no expected completion date. But, I have never seen the refund. This seller has zero accountability. I have since commissioned a new piece from a local builder. If I ever see my refund, I will be sure to let you all know, otherwise all I can say is buyer beware. - Back to 1 star.Update 5/17/2022: I was able to work with Heather over the last couple weeks to resolve our order and my frustrations. I truly got the feeling she was making an honest effort to catch up on their backlog and reach out to their customers which was appreciated. I hope they are starting to do better keeping up with their work load and are able to stay healthy.Update 3/16/2022: I did finally hear from these guys after making my initial review. I ended up not seeking a refund through my credit card and will hope to get this item in the near future, but so far no estimate on a completion date. I will update my review again once the product is received.Unfortunately I have been forced to leave this entirely negative review. We worked with Heather and Brittany to design a custom cabinet piece last fall and all seemed great. However, since our order was placed and invoice paid in November 2021, we have not heard from them. We attempted to contact them around the expected completion date but the ability to get a response became impossible. We have called many times since, all unanswered and no voicemails returned; emails seem to be ignored with the exception of one reply which had excuses for the delay and a promise to have it done within the week - that was a month and a half ago without any further communication. I cannot recommend someone who would completely ghost their customer. I have begun the process of seeking a refund through my credit card company.I want to be clear that my grievance is not with the delay, things happen; not with the quality of work, haven't seen it yet; but rather with the complete lack of communication and feeling that we have been scammed because they went silent after receiving our money.Service:Custom furniture

Spfd Citizen: Business owner contacted my business regarding some help they needed. The person who called wanted someone to come out today to help them. We were unable to get them scheduled for today and before we even had a chance to continue the conversation they hung up on us mid sentence.Absolutely no courtesy or respect.If a business owner can treat another business like that, I cant imagine how they would treat their customers. I'll make sure to never do business with them.
