J S: While this may have some value, the business that I worked for who contracted with People Centric openly considered the service a waste of many thousands of dollars. The owners have no education in business development (they're both engineers) and their staff is sent out with obvious training and experience deficiencies. The impression that was made is that this company offers a great razzle dazzle, but very little substance (most of their "strategy" process is common sense business practices that any halfway competent manager should already be doing).

Casey Mericle: I called Dave up and asked him with help putting some preliminary plans together. We discussed the specifics and he said he’d put something together. Two weeks went by and I called for an update. Dave said he be working on it over the weekend but should have something soon. Two more weeks went by and I emailed then called twice before getting ahold of him. At that time he told me he couldn’t do the project.It’s understandable that projects might be stacked up upon one another. My hope is that in the future he would tell his clients upfront if there was going to be a delay or Pinnacle was going to drop the project altogether. I was pretty disappointed in how I was treated.
