Let me just give some insite to why I say this. Let the record show this is all first hand information from multiple sources so it is reliable. The first thing being how poor employees are treated. This mistreat stems from TONS of special treatment. If you are not the “in” crowd you are basically punished and must take on more work so those that are in the “in crowd” have less to do with shorter loads and shorter days. Don’t like it and speak up? You might as well just get laughed at in the face. Expect to give this company 110% hard work and in return receive the worst pay compared to all the other competitive distributors. You will probably have to get a second job just to pay your bills. This company looks at their dedicated drivers as dirt. However if you are a salesman the universe mind as revolve around you, but if you are a driver your in even more luck!!! The driver’s boss that is supposed to have the Driver’s back worships all the salesman! Do not expect to receive any recognition for dedicating your wellbeing to this company. This company is the MOST disorganized and inefficient distributor there is. Don’t worry this hardship allows the company to gross millions of dollars! Just remember at least you get a yearly raise. They have it worked out to were you will actually receive less money on your paycheck than before. Isn’t that great? It is no wonder Wilficher is a revolving door of their core employees, the drivers. So even after this warning and you still would like to apply just be sure you’re a female so you can sleep with the boss and also be included in the special treatment club. I hope this opens their mind To make some much needed changes now that this information is put out to the public (and will be on various other public/social platforms) Because the countless times the employees have It has been ignored.

Jacob Stephens: There’s not many things I think this company could do better! Connor and Brad have taken care of our local neighborhood bar better than I could have ever wanted. They both have stayed in touch with us through all the struggles of covid and they were always willing to offer solutions and help. They even came in on our opening day and brought Scott and craft with them who live in the area and they both were willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you. As opening a new business is stressful they eased the growing pain with help and support. We’re thankful for these group of guys who have not only been partners with us in the process but are now considered friends. The store is relatively small with a little bit of a cramped feeling but they have a better selection than a lot of larger stores.

Also paid for gas there so a two in one, which was very helpful as it made it to where we didn't have to search for a gas station.

One of my absolute favorite place in Springfield.

It was rather quiet inside and not your typical lively bar/brew pub. Appears to be the local’s favorite spot for a glass of beer after work. It’s a clean place and so cool that they sell everything you could need to brew your own beer at home. Or they have classes where you can brew your own at their facility. I recommend checking this place out if you are a craft beer fan!
