TTEC Springfield: what do users think?
Troy Jett: Good vide and atmosphere
Russell Jones: I have worked here for 12 years now. Need I say more?
Lisa Kralicek: I have been here seven years and as long as you go to work, do your job properly and respect everyone then it's a great place to work. I love my job, I love the company I work for and management definitely has your back. They are human also, just this year I have had multiple deaths in my family, they've been there for whatever I needed. Went through an extremely hard time in 2015 and they found me a counselor and covered my first few visits. My oldest child was getting into a lot of trouble, they covered his first 5 counseling visits. They've got your back as long as you are honest and do your job. (2021ish)Leaving the above so people can see the changes, leadership has changed, TLs have less compassion and are just blatantly rude now, entitled and think they have the right to talk down to you, they are not the same as the ones who used to be there. Also, you have your work load plus whatever extra they think you should be doing. September would have been ten years but I left a week ago because I couldn't deal with it anymore. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend (February 2023)
Shark Linn Media: Not a great place to work, unless you like being lied to constantly and never have holidays off.
Patrice Mendoza: Run! Don't walk, run away!! From the beginning of "training" it was an absolute poopshow. They tell you you have 2 weeks to learn and study for your insurance exam, but really it's more like 5-7 days depending on when you get scheduled to take your exam. Sure they provide you with all the materials, but they offer absolutely no guidance on the material nor do they answer any questions you might have regarding any of the insurance material. I was lucky, I've been through the exam process before for life and health so I understood the information a little better. But even I was not immune from the overwhelming stress, I had one of the worst panic attacks I have ever had in my life. I should have quit right then and there, but I stuck it out. The pay is not worth the amount of stress and pressure they put on you. The training is an absolute joke and if you make it through training and figure things out on your own, it's not so bad. The job itself is not the problem, it's TTEC. Over worked Team Leads, No direct contact HR dept, the schedules are bunk. I could list other problems, but it's not like they care. I put a lot of time, effort, emotional and mental energy in trying to be a good employee for a company that is not bringing people in for more pay than what I was hired at.
Leslie T: The job is easy enough. The TLs are over worked and everyone is under paid. I left when they gave everyone a raise to the same amount they were hiring new people at. I was working 2 departments at the same rate which made it time to go. I'm not looking back either. Found a similar job with more pay and better benefits. If you call in the system doesn't record it right. The last TL I had would tell me he couldn't do something but other managers could.
keri: I have worked with the company for almost 5 years I love my job the managers are great and will go above and beyond to help you.
Tyler Messier: From the recruiter that couldn't get the name correct on who she was calling. She also gave false info about the job. Said it was permanent from home but was not. The worst part of the experience was the lack of professionalism from the trainer KEVIN from union town. He had none.. it was like setting at a 9th grade girl lunch table for the entire training. He was late almost every single day. Most days we didn't do anything for the first few hours because the trainer was so focused on his life drama that he had to go into story time. He constantly talked bad about other ttec employees current and past ones in almost always a negative light. Talked bad about people in the training class that he had the opportunity to fire, like he enjoyed it. Several students complained about not having time for learning. We did surveys and everyone was honest on the first one, but then we realized he could see them and he read them back to us to intimidate so that nobody would be honest. If your looking to become the most unprofessional, immature ttec employee..oh and dont forget learn absolutely nothing unless it has to do with what he is making for next weeks meal. He is ur guy ( no really.. if you get him as a trainer do yourself the favor and dont)
Brie Streitmatter: I am currently working here, I would like to say that it is incredibly hard to get ahold of anybody that is above me. For 3 days straight now I have had issues with my computer and now today when I call the at home service desk number that I have been provided and I go through the menu options it hangs up on me. I get told to make sure I make contact with a TL if I am having issues, I made contact for Sunday that of which I missed the entire day and I left a TL a voicemail. They decided to never call me back on the issue, and I got counted as a no call, no show. I spoke with that same TL and he says it was because I never left a phone number in the voice mail. Which I did, it’s still the fact that they never called me back that same day when knowing I made contact to get in touch with someone about my issue. I didn’t get to start work yesterday until 2pm. Now this morning, I am having the same issues and my specific TL, I was told they work today and I have called them and have sent emails and I have got no response from them. This is absolutely ridiculous, I deal with high anxiety and I shouldn’t be in actual tears over this issue. If you have a job to do, then actually do it.
Nick Weinkauf: Job: Answer phones for client members to assist with their insurance needs. No sales pushing or requirements. however the client has specific rules that if they are not adhered to, you will be fired. 12 weeks of Training is sufficient, but obviously could be improved. Turnover is high due to lack of instruction. On the job training is constant, which is good but you have no time to keep up with the changes in rules. So you make mistakes unknowingly - and then you lose your job.
dRONICIDE: Deplorable treatment of current employees. Absolutely vile when trying to get any post employment actions taken. Well known in this community for high turnover rate. Refusal to assist former employees. Do yourself a favor and apply for the first party company. Once you begin using benefits will be held against you even after jumping through ever hoop they put in front of you or refuse to let you take advantage of. Corporate gas lighting is their game if you need any assistance.
Jazzymen Williams: Just started employment with the this company so far so good seems like I'm really going to like the work environment.
Shannon Crothers: They are a great company to work for.
Kathleen Tucker: Is where husband works!
Cody Matthews: Great experience
Chelsey Prost: Great work environment. Good pay and good job overall.
Roxy Lawrence: Great place to work
marty w: Horrible experience.read the post regarding bed bugs and yes thus place is full of bullies!
Corey Key: Best call center in America
Sarah P: A few years ago, I would have said that it was a great place to work. However over the last few years, things have gradually gotten worse and if I could I would give this place a 0-star review I would. The bedbug situation three years ago was terrible. I had to seek medical attention due to the fact that I had an allergic reaction to whatever they had sprayed to try to control it and they stated that they had used the most hypoallergenic product available and that it was impossible that I could have reacted to it. I tried filing a claim three times and it was denied all three times. In terms of cases of workplace bullying, nothing is done. Chairs at assigned seats would go missing before the person assigned to it would arrive and I was chased away from my locker on my break by a team lead at the behest of another employee. It got to the point that I was afraid to take my breaks for months without a manager present. Multiple reports yielded no results and I have witnessed people getting yelled at by coworkers for daring to give someone a compliment. They CLAIM to offer assistance with mental health and counseling, but when asked for the information it was not provided and when W-2 forms do not arrive in the mail but are reported to management they do not provide another copy nor do they give the information how to retrieve it in a timely fashion. As for how they have handled the pandemic, it has been utterly laughable. First a notice went out in late March, early April stating that they would begin taking temperatures at the door, and it took them until the start of June to begin doing so. They have also placed a policy of unless you are at your desk or eating, you have to wear a mask in the building but this rule is in no way enforced, just today I saw a team lead wearing a mask as a chin guard with neither the nose nor mouth covered. I also saw someone wearing a camisole as a mask, not made from the camisole, but the actual top hanging from their ears over their face and people wandering the building with no masks whatsoever. How they have handled scheduling has been utterly ridiculous in this time as well. At the end of April they started closing the site on weekends and shifted schedules of those who worked weekends to work the days off they previously had during the week to make up for Saturdays and Sundays, but nothing was ever reflected in the scheduling systems and those who felt the impact of this have lost out on their performance pay due to the fact that it is given ONLY if the reliability is high enough. We also have not been able to schedule those days as paid time off because the system says something to the effect of "paid time off can not be used to extend the schedule." When a team lead was approached about this matter the response was "I will put in a ticket and you will be able to request them off if the schedule is changed." It has been three months and NOTHING has been changed.I urge anyone considering working for this company to try elsewhere because the stress and abuse is in no way worth it.
Blaine Easley: Good place to work

TeleChoice, L.L.C.: what do users think?
Kory: I heard the manager yells in the employees faces. Scary stuff.
Frederick “Jay” Johnson: Just happen to be in the area for work, but the people there seemed to be friendly.
Katrina VanMatre: Nice hours
Lanie Thompson: Went in for an interview this morning and turns out the guy was not prepared for my interview at all. The hiring manager was also late for the interview and kept asking me repeating questions. Do yourselves a favor and do not apply for this company because they will try to scam you.
Percy Rat: Called in for an interview only for the guy to tell me I have no outbound experience and can't be hired. Which is understandable, but why call someone in for an interview only to tell them that? You're wasting your time and mine.
jennifer baker: Wasn't a bad job Except for loud coworkers horsing around all the time. I received no coaching or help after about 4 hours of training. One day the boss said "do your best and you will always have a job here". The next day he pulls me aside and tells me I'm not making enough sales and it's just not working out. Fired. Upsetting.
Toni Woods: This was an amazing job! Full time, weekly pay. Special incentives. The people were great, the management was great. All around it was my ideal job.
Brittany George-Vandeweerd: I love this job! It’s great for single parents! We are off on holidays including the 4th of July so it works well with the hours of the daycare my kids attend! The best part is that we have an AMAZING boss who is full of humor and understanding! I am extremely happy I was hired at Telechoice!!!
J S: This was an alright job, albeit a somewhat underwhelming one. This place does well for someone with a limited skill set to be able to start earning a survivable wage quickly. Or someone in a tight spot needing a quick job. And they have a very lax employment policy for persons with a criminal history. However, the internal structure is relaxed/disorganized to a fault. Employees are not trained, they’re expected to “sink or swim” in the position and are let go if they don’t have the process down in 1-2 weeks. There is also an expectation of the position (from the owners) that is unrealistic, which is why the employee turnover is SO high. The biggest concern I would have going in is that they hire new people every Monday, whether or not they are needed, and almost every week since September 2017 there haven’t been enough hours, so employees are only working 3-4 days a week at $10 hourly. Also: no benefits, no overtime.I was here for 8+ months and the job did what I needed it to do and now I’m happy to move on. I’m not suggesting nobody work here because it’s fine for what it is. Just understand going in that this isn’t a career and you are a dollar sign, use it as the stepping stone it is.***Also, to those that this sort of thing matters to, in 2014 this company under a different name (Datalink) but the same proprietorship were raided by the FBI and plead guilty to “dubious sales tactics and mail fraud.” Google ‘datalink fbi Springfield MO’ and you’ll find it.***
Jeff Sneed: Great place to work, relaxed environment, great management.
Dominique Russell: Awesome place to work. As long as you do your job the bosses are very understanding and fair. Half days on Fridays are a huge plus.
Adiyah Malkah: It's an easy job if u are 5 and need part time work. Boss is a jerk, environment has a lot left to be desired. Not a place for someone with any kind of education to work.

Communication Solutions: what do users think?
Khali Cornett: I’ve worked there for 2 years and it was my very first job. Since I was still in school they worked very well with my schedule. This job pays well and if you put in the work anybody can do great. I loved all my bosses. There are so many campaigns and positions you can reach to. This is a very good experience for anybody who likes to put in the work! (PS just left the job to do my dream job)
Rhea Titan: I'm so tired of watching people have to go to someone for help because of this place that they seek trauma assistance. And watch my review will be deleted because this company wants to hire but they can't be honestThe company uses your hrs against you so you don't get paid. As minimum wages goes up your attendance bonus goes up but your basic pay doesn't. This way they can legally pay you below minimum wage. The IRS was called twice due to the company not paying agents out the full overtime they worked in a five year span.I wish I could give this place a negative review. Not only do you have to worry about bribery, but they threaten your everyday job. If you don't walk there line in sales your told to do better even when your a top seller. And God forbid you follow the script. Agents will be encouraged to cause fraud, use false information to get sales until suddenly its there fault and they could lose there job. Higher ups are so full of themselves that instead of taking the blame for there own faults they will blame the agents they told to do such a thing. Many agents who work for years in the company will be passed over time and time again for positions they have worked hard to get only for someone who just showed up from training two days in to be stepped up. They will force you to work overtime you don't agree too and threaten your job if you have health issues. Many agents were required to reschedule appointments because a campaign was down hours and the senior supervisor demanded those agents to cancel appointments during the week and reschedule those appoints on the agents free time or weekend. When many of those agents worked during business hrs and had no free time except the weekend when doctors typically don't take people in.There is so much more this company has done. I can't fill it all in here.
TJ Sanchez: Got a job here!
Sarah Owens: I worked here when they started I'm so proud of them I would come to work for you all again. All these years I always wanted to come back didn't have guts to ask. I would love to talk to you all here's my email and my phone number.Sarah Ladd AKA Owens you
Mercedes Christensen: Awesome place to work!! $$$$
Karen H: Great place to work.
Robert Guillory: I enjoy working here. Definitely good management and there are opportunities for overtime and bonuses to increase your pay.**Update** I am still employed here and I work from home. I absolutely enjoy everything about working here and even turned down other jobs that pay a bit more. Just remember you get out of it what you put into it. I put in my all.
JoJo: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueTerrible! They scam you they don't pay you full amount! And they lie to you!
Cheyanne Herrera: I worked here for a bit over a year. It definitely is not the best place to work, but it is most definitely not the worst. I never worked sales, so I have no experience with other complaints in the reviews, but they are definitely correct. I worked closely to those in sales, and often heard of issues with commission. I will say that the friendships that I have made are incredible, and I appreciated my time there. However, if you are not one of your manager's friends, you will be definitely bullied into a hostile work environment. They also do not drug test, which in my opinion, is an iffy choice. There are many on the floor who are in active addiction, and it definitely makes an "interesting" experience to take calls as someone is actively tweaking next to you. I don't recommend working here if you have other choices, but it's definitely a good starting job to get somewhere else in the call center world in town or out of town for references. The insurance is horrible, and the PTO options are horrible as well. If you have the choice, don't work here. If you're needing something to help you pull through, it is a great fallback.
cheap dale (Moose): Not a bad place to work.
D Bebber: They have a bit of a communication issue.
Ehren McBane: I have worked for Communication Solutions for 3 years now and it is definitely my favorite place I've ever worked at. You meet amazing people, make good money and have fun while working! If you are a dedicated hard worker there is always room for advancement and they are excellent at recognizing accomplishments and wins! Every job has its ups and downs, but this is the only place I've been where you want to wake up and come into work every day! There's always something new and exciting happening like spirit week or really nice prizes you can win.. and they regularly buy lunch for everyone. Love it here!!!💕💕💗
Mary Standish: Everything started out great, and I was told I was one of the best agents on the floor as far as stats go by more than one supervisor. Never even got a write up. However, after barely a month, I was fired for doing what my direct supervisor told me to do. The first time, it was "offer to have the calls pulled, this is how you do it" and the second time it was "same thing as last time, have the calls pulled," then the third time I did it on my own and the fourth time a different supervisor told me to do the same thing, "have the call pulled, this is how." Over a week later, I was pulled from taking calls while they reviewed. The next day, I was told we could no longer do that and coached on it. A day after that I was told I was being pulled from the phones again for the same reason and told it was okay for me to have a smoke to calm down. As soon as I came back in, I was pulled into a conference room and told I was terminated for doing things incorrectly, even though I was told to do so. I tried to explain and defend myself, at which time I was told it didn't matter and they were taking my badge anyway. When you can be fired for following instructions, any and all looking for employment should definitely just look elsewhere.Edit: My boyfriend also worked with me, and was my ride home after being wrongfully terminated. He obtained permission to go on break and take me home, but then upon his return was told it was an "abuse of company time" and also fired. People, I beg of you, go elsewhere.
Kingdom Appliance: Awesome place to work! Put down Christina Hembree as your reference on your application to get hired on the spot! See you there!
Josh D: Good place to work. Can sometimes be stressful but it's easy money.
obey Mj1: Critical:Professionalism,Quality
Angela Korte: Put lots of time energy and effort even after being relocated an extra 20 minutes away from home when it was already 25 away. They just decide to move WHOLE departments off shore and then the employees have to hope there is room elsewhere or get moved(see) to other buildings or change up your clientele drastically. Talking to personal account holders to business class, with completely outdated software and such restrictions you cannot perform your job in a timely manner as to avoid getting chewed out for time spent on a call with a customer. And after all that if you happen to miss a minute over 2 hours for your 2 week pay period you will forfeit any commission you managed to hit quotas for to even get it, and they chop about a dollar and a half off you hourly, regardless of how much time and effort you put in constantly. Some of management is actually really great! But the ones who bring the hammer, it's to understand how they got there on honorable deeds. If you get fired they'll put in whatever they want to avoid repercussions on their end.... leads to problems if you file unemployment because now your info differs. So the one star is for the very few awesome managers. Miss them but wouldn't wish this brutal life on anyone, even for the nice check you will have no life family social or otherwise. This would be where you spend 90% of ALL your time just to keep money you ALREADY EARNED.
Megan Hill: I work here. It has it's moments, a little competitive. But if you keep the right mind set, you'll see success
Artemis Alexandria: Critical:Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Benjamin Crosser: Great place to work. Friendly bosses and great coworkers. They also pay really well.
Deric Snider: Great Place to Work and I make Great money too
