Brad Medlock: I brought my boat in a week ago still waiting
Marcella Gardner: Horrible experience!! Don't bother taking your boat there. They lied to us over and over. Said they ordered the parts or else they overnighted them. Finally they said we could pick it up on a Thursday and that was another lie. The sad thing is I think they are so used to lying it's not a big deal to them. We waited 4 months, for minor repairs. Never would have gotten it if I hadn't showed up there, I'm sure it would have been months later. I think they get their pros and buddies in first. Really wish we had taken it somewhere else, horrible service, way overpriced and bad customer service. Wish I could give it a zero.

Jordan Langley: We dropped our boat off at the beginning of September. Was given multiple dates that out boat would be done by they would come and go and nothing from them. Call up there goes straight to voicemail or you get somebody hateful that tells you they will call you when it’s done. It’s now almost December and still no call or they won’t answer your calls. If you want a fast repair or to have any updates on your boat I don’t recommend this place.Service:General repairs maintenance

GREGORY WILKINS: Great staff very helpful. Only downside was all the boats are for display. The boat I wanted would take 8 to 12 weeks to come in. Not their fault but a few in inventory for sale would be nice.

Terry Wolf: I bought a Humminbird 360 at BPS during a promotion because they would install it free. I made an appointment. It was 10:45. I got there on time and dropped the boat off. I was told it would take two hours. I went to lunch and drove past the business at 12:05. The boat had not been moved. I went to BPS for awhile.Nearly four hours later i was told it would be another hour. I had them bring the boat out of the shop and left. I will now pay a competent business to finish the job.Service:General installation

Brent Hale: Bought my tracker boat here new in 21. Received a recall letter about my bearings on my boat trailer. No big deal except I’ve called 3 times to schedule a service on it and my boat itself. I get transferred to the shop down the road, someone answers there I say I want to schedule a service get transferred again to Rick or Ron I don’t remember the name but he doesn’t answer the phone ever and I leave a message which he either does not check or ignores. I’m not sure where else I can take it to make sure warranty stays good but these guys apparently don’t care about customer after care at ALL. (Update, Rick with the boat shop did call me and set up appointment. Was very nice and worked with my schedule to get me in). Rating adjusted

Chris Jensen: Dressed down intentionally, Went in to buy 2 surf boards to use at the lake. Asked for help sizing boards, was shown the sizing chart (in cm) then asked how long a board was because I did not see anything on the tag that showed centimeters and person working got hateful and said that the board I picked up was 3.9 ft, so I guess it’s the customers responsibility to know the conversion between feet and centimeters or is the customers responsibility to look it up, very unhelpful and disappointed because this was the first time in the store! Will be sure to tell all of our friends not the shop here!
