Charles Schrankel: Can’t say enough good things about these guys. My Ultrexx pedal locked up Friday while pre fishing for a weekend tournament at Pomme. Called these folks around 0830. They said they could repair my TM, but we’re booked solid. 15 minutes later, they called me back, said they had a cancellation. If I could get it down there by 11, they could fix me up. Dropped boat off at 11, and picked it up at 2, good as new. Back on the water and fished all weekend. Top. notch service, and went out of their way to take care of me. Thank you.

Ron Melby: My hummingbird ulterra stowed wrong and I couldn't get it to deploy or move, only would show a error. When on Norfork lake, I called Scott and he walked me through the process of how to reset the the problem. We were on the phone for 10-15 minutes of trial and error (just because of me not following or understanding his directions). finally got it to work and he made me cycle the stow and deploy operation to make sure it was right before we hung up the phone. Its very rare to fix a electrical problem over the phone ,but he has the knowledge and communication skills to do it. Many thanks for staying with me, and not just blowing me off and say you'll have to bring it in to fix it. 👍

No big deal except I’ve called 3 times to schedule a service on it and my boat itself. I get transferred to the shop down the road, someone answers there I say I want to schedule a service get transferred again to Rick or Ron I don’t remember the name but he doesn’t answer the phone ever and I leave a message which he either does not check or ignores. I’m not sure where else I can take it to make sure warranty stays good but these guys apparently don’t care about customer after care at ALL. (Update, Rick with the boat shop did call me and set up appointment. Was very nice and worked with my schedule to get me in). Rating adjusted

Chris Jensen: Dressed down intentionally, Went in to buy 2 surf boards to use at the lake. Asked for help sizing boards, was shown the sizing chart (in cm) then asked how long a board was because I did not see anything on the tag that showed centimeters and person working got hateful and said that the board I picked up was 3.9 ft, so I guess it’s the customers responsibility to know the conversion between feet and centimeters or is the customers responsibility to look it up, very unhelpful and disappointed because this was the first time in the store! Will be sure to tell all of our friends not the shop here!

I called many times left messages sent a email left messages on customer service number a the retail number . No return calls or emails . I can see why the dealer didn’t want to bother with them . Never again would I buy there products. Joke

Brian Kenning: Do not return phone calls or emails. Not sales and marketing friendly. Some sliders grossly over-priced. I am in receipt of your response today. I can assure you several messages were left for Amy including emails. No return call. Also say it was impossible to reach the company a few months ago. Several vendors indicated Springfield was difficult to deal with as well. It is just not sales, marketing or information friendly, it was not a pleasant experience.... just being candid. Manufacturer or not, quality customer service is critical on every metric these days and an area not well implemented at Springfield. I do not have an issue with the quality of your posts or the Workhorse/ Mariner slide and swivel. They are good. I own one. However, Springfield's pricing is now so ridiculous/ absurdly high for this part. I was trying to match the other one hoping to get a scratch and dent one or at least a fair price. Springfield doubled the price and that's just not fair leaving me in a rough spot. We did build this boat. Thank You.

Randy Hudson: Good luck getting Springfield to service any product you buy. I purchased flip back seats sourced from Springfield. The vinyl on the seats is very nice but does not match the remaining original seats. I inquired very nicely if they could either tell me the brand, vendor, or SKU of the vinyl. The first response I got was "we don't sell vinyl". I explained I wasn't looking to buy vinyl from them, I merely wanted to know where I could get matching vinyl to recover the remainder of my seats. The second response was just as inane as the first one. The person responding said "we buy the seats with the vinyl already on them" and "we don't sell ANY vinyl"......which leaves me guessing as to the product manufacturer, color, SKU. I like the seats I got from Springfield, I merely asked the question so I could make all the seats match. I guess since they already had my money and stood to make no more they didn't care. So, I'm sure they don't care but I will never again buy a product sourced from Springfield.

Brin66 itm (Intensional Foul): One of the most unique stores in the US. Just to look around can take hours, and the free archery and gun museum is outstanding. Would rate a 5 , but service at times is hard to get.

Well Tracker doesn't seem to care, neither does Bass Pro. They got their money. This boat has been a disaster from day 1. NEVER again will I shop at Bass Pro, or recommend anyone to buy a Tracker.
