Dynamic DNA Labs: what do users think?
Kimba T: Appt was easy to get. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we may have had. We will definitely return for any future testing.
James Ritter: Got the nutrition for me and my 3 family members and the fitness also for myself. It was just a bunch of vague guess and a lot of it seemed inaccurate. Every statement was like "You have a slight increased risk of developing a gluten allergy in your lifetime. You may be at an increased risk of having an elevated LDL. Your body may respond normally to exercise". If you want to know what is going on with your body, go to your doctor, an allergist, or dietitian. If you want vague, inaccurate, guesses go to a fortune teller -they're cheaper.
Monique Carriger: AJ was very professional and the lab tech explained the process and what I can expect to receive upon completion. The visit was simple, informative, and fast.
Alan Rosen: Wonderful experience dealing with this business. The people were friendly and patient with me and my questions. Informative, reliable, and extremely efficient testing for our daughter’s Covid exposure (negative fortunately). I highly recommend Dynamic DNA for testing needs.
Samantha Maser: Very fast and knowledgeable results! Highly recommend!
Paul Byrne: Very detailed and insightful information
Eric S: The information provided will help me achieve my fitness and nutrition goals much faster. Who doesn't want to learn they can keep carbs in their diet and are better off cutting fat?
suzshiny: I was amazed at the amount of information, in so many different areas, in my report. The information is most definitely helpful and will help me craft a healthy lifestyle based on my results. Absolutely worth the money!
Pamela Wirth: love this experience, just received my results. very detailed and more extensive than i expected.
Orsi: Amazing customer service! Not just my skin DNA test results came faster than promised but also I am so happy with the value I received. It's very detailed and informative and it pointed out a few things that I have been struggling with and had no idea what was the root of the issue. They pointed out simple lifestyle changes that will help me have a healthier skin on the long term. I already ordered their other tests as well and eventually I'm sure I will try to get most of them done. I'm particularly interested in the fitness/nutrition one, the ancestry, and personalized medicine tests. It's amazing that they have so many options.
John Ray: I really thought the process was made easy and the results were presented in a clear and easy to read manor. However, I felt that some of the results, especially with regards to cholesterol were not accurate. Other than that it was a great process and think just getting people interested in bettering their health is good.
Whitney Rapp: I recently visited Dynamic DNA Labs with a field trip group. The scientists were very informative and relayed useful, real-world information to the students. They also have an amazing array of tests they offer to the public.
Jason Foster: I recently took a group of high school students to Dynamic DNA Labs. I was impressed by the sleek and modern design of the facility. I was even more impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. The students had a great time learning about DNA analysis! Many of us on the trip, including myself, are interested in getting our DNA tested and may pursue this in the future with Dynamic DNA Labs.
durie micheal: Fitness DNA testing panel was fantastic and really helped learn more about nutrition, diet, and how I could maximize my workouts!!
Tiffany Mims: We had Dynamic DNA perform this test on my son to help with medication issues we were having and they give such a detailed report that is easy to understand. They also offered to go over it with us and to answer any questions we had about the report. They were so caring and concerned that we were satisfied with their work, which we were very happy! I highly recommend using them! Thank you to everyone at Dynamic DNA Laboratories we appreciate your hard work and very awesome customer service you provided!
Anna Wright: I was adopted from South East Asia and I have always had several unanswered questions about my area of origin. I am so grateful for DNA Dynamics to providing both the opportunity and education to learn a little more about myself with the help of DNA Dynamics.Austin and Lindsey were a pleasure to work with; they were very understanding and willing to answer questions, excellent communicators and stellar customer service. Thanks so much, would absolutely point others in your direction!
DynamicBody LLC: Check out their health and fitness lifestyle panel that tells you what foods your body processes easily or works hard at digesting, good info to know! Also the PGX test lets you know what pharmaceutical drugs you can process easily or which ones to be cautious of. All great info! It’s so easy to do, swab your check with a qtip like swab and voila...dna results
Stacey O'Reilly: Our community is very lucky to have Dynamic DNA. A simple test can provide invaluable information concerning medications that work and don't work, which diet is best and which exercise routine is best. Anyone who is proactive about health should contact them today. Definitely check out the website.
John Abraham: Springfield is very fortunate to have a facility like Dynamic DNA in the community. Being a physician in the area I can truly appreciate that Austin and his staff have made cutting edge medical diagnostics available to us. The quality and amount of information provided is priceless in the management of a patient’s health. If you ever have the opportunity to visit the lab, I suggest you do so. Everyone there is so eager to educate, you won’t be disappointed!
Alan Lockhart: It is pretty cool everything that Dynamic DNA can do with a simple mouth swab. I now know what medications work for me and what dosages I should be taking, my ancestry background, fitness recommendation and nutritional guides.
David O'Reilly: Amazing information about your individual characteristic and traits....especially the Medicine Panel, which tells you which medicines work for you and which don't, as well as dosages for your DNA type. Tons of interesting and useful info in the Fitness panel. Look st their website and order your kit....it's totally simple!! Very service minded lab and easy to do....plus it's permanent information.

QPS Study Campus: what do users think?
Allen Blevins: Very unprofessional. I finally qualified for a study, had a confirmed appointment. Then 2 days before the client changed dates so again I was rescheduled. Then the very next morning the were shifting the study 20 days out, left me a voicemail. I called back to accept it in 1.5 hours and they had filled all slots. Didn’t honor the time and effort to update all my medical info and jumping through their hoops to set it up. Not worth my time 😥😥😥
Crystal Kirk: The staff are amazing they truly know what they are doing and do a amazing job i just wish they would have more smoking studies
Desrae Gray: I enjoy doing studies, but due to certain people. It has been restricted. I was told after 60days there would be no restrictions on my participation.... Which was a lie. Ive completed 2 other studies without issue and am continued to be punished like a dog.... Its simply not fair to continue to punish a faithfull participant who doesn't study hop like most do........most of the employees care, and this place used to be fun...... It is what it is....Scott Gray
Dat Guy: This facility is highly unorganized and unprofessional. The facility is dirty and the staff have no care in the world for cross contamination or preservation of the health and safety of the participants. They draw blood on multiple participants and not once change their gloves. They have people laying on the meal tables to do ecg procedures. They tell you that you will get paid on a certain day and then turn around and change the pay date at their discretion and do not have a solid pay date in their ICF.The food is hit and miss and some days you will get food that is not even cooked completely. The staff will be aware of the issue and still choose to serve the food to participants. All and all this is the worst place I have ever been to and participated in a medical research study at and I have been to over 15 different facilities.I would not recommend going to this place at all unless you have very low standards.
Jamaul Decarlo: It ain't to bad could deff be upgraded and the shower is way to small deff should use a curtain instead also more activities the fact can't watch sports unless bring ur own stuff to watch completely sucks to me and also need a new catering company hyvie is a joke always forgetting stuff and serving raw food!!!!!! When telling the stuff it was a oh sorry nothing we can do which I get it wasn't their doings and the portions could deff be better but overall not bad the staff are amazing and pretty helpful when u need them
Thogretor: Great staff at the reception center. They are unable to work with a person's schedule. You are given a particular time and date to give them a call to see if there is room in that study. Not meant for a working professional.
Amberel MacDermant: Terrible
Emberlea Wonderling: This place is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My husband signed up for a smoking study a couple of months ago. They did a phone interview and gave him a time to come for a screening, which turned out to be the wrong time. So he got there two hours early. After the screening, they told him they would be choosing participants based on "competitive call-backs" instead of choosing participants based on best criteria. However, when he called back at the specified time, he was told he needed to come back for more testing (we live 3 hours away, btw) but couldn't confirm he had actually been accepted into the study. So we drove back but when we got there, no one was there and the door was locked. We had to wait for someone to randomly show up, and found out he was given the wrong time, again. They went ahead and did the testing but the next day they called to tell him the assistant had written his information down wrong, so he would have to come back and redo the tests but that once that was done, he would be accepted into the study.Fast-forward to yesterday, they called to tell him he would need to be there to start the study at 6 o'clock this morning. So my husband packed his things and left in the middle of a thunderstorm at 2 in the morning to be there at 6. They gave him breakfast which he had to finish every bite of, not taking into consideration that this is varying drastically from his normal diet, and then told him he was being booted out of the study because he took pain killers for a headache a week ago. How are you supposed to avoid medications if you don't even know when you're supposed to be there? After all this, he's being compensated for only the screening. We've spent at least twice that much on gas. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. They are absolutely ridiculous.
Sage Sellers: Joey is great!!
Bridgette Macander: Max and Joey are the best people who work there.
Jena: Great staff, plenty of entertainment, and the studies are pretty easy. Joey is the best.
Larry Hurt: Great staff and efficient process.
Sam Nichols: I did 1 full study at QPS Biokinetic in 2018 and part of a study in 2021. The first study I was blown away by the disorganization and unprofessionalism of employees, but it was in a way that didn't directly affect my completing the first study. I more just felt bad for the companies paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to QPS Biokinetic for doing obviously poor work. The 2nd study I had to exit early because the product was having a negative physical affect on my body. Upon exiting the study, I was asked to do a 90-120 minute exit screening and was told I'd be compensated for my time. I agreed to do the exit screening solely because I was told I'd be compensated. I typically charge quite a bit for my time, so wasting it unpaid was not something I was willing to do. Several weeks later I've had multiple calls with QPS staff to see if my payment is coming for the last screening, and they're giving me the runaround, claiming I was never told I'd be compensated, and now they're saying I absolutely won't be compensated because their rules in the packet they give you don't specify that I would upon exiting the study. The packet doesn't address what happens when someone gives extra time from their schedule to complete a final screening; it only covers what happens if you simply quit the study. That's not quite what happened with me, and I was told and expected I'd be paid for a final screening. Just keep in mind that staff here are unprofessional, often rude, and they might tell you things that aren't true to get more data out of you, even promising payment when they have no intention of providing it. I will not be doing another study with them again, and I'd urge others to be careful before considering doing a study with them.
Silas John: I self-released from a nicotine pouch study today (Study #33620) 7-16-21. I'm giving 1 star out of a total of 5. *Update at the bottom* 3 out of 5The following bit should be a consideration for any future participants. The following instance occurred on 7-15-21. Staff members openly harassed 2 participants into leaving. 1 member of the staff, an 18 year old girl, attempted to stand up to the harassing parties and was quickly bullied and condescended to until she left with tears streaming down her face. The offending parties, a man and woman staff members, teamed up against the other participants, and thwarted attempts to report the harassment to a higher up. Things quickly escalated into a near-physical confrontation. Much to the outrage of everyone involved. What started as a group of 16 participants was cut to a small group of 6 people in less than 1 week. While much of the staff were kind and courteous. It only served to highlight the indignity, and downright inhumane, treatment of study participants.I will update my review once I have a chance to speak with the other members of staff and study, but as it stands I highly encourage everyone to reconsider joining any future studies held at this location.*Edit* The recruiter was very courteous and polite. The reply assuring me that action is being taken. I feel confident raising my initial score, and reassured this was a fluke incident. Thank you very much.
Makayla Collins: Amazing service!!

Kirsten Oller: Super happy with their service! Will be coming back sometime soon!
Emma Bise: 10/10 best experience! The employees are super nice & will help and answers any questions you have! Will definitely be coming back!
Skeptic Eevee: I was in the middle of a study, and got kicked out because drugs were found in my system. Now unlike every medical facility in the country including clinical study facilities QPS does NOT do a simple retest. Why do I mention this? because on my way to being kicked out, they redid a Urine test, blood draw, ECG, blood pressure. but noooo UNWILLING to do a retest for drugs because mercy/QPS can never be wrong its not like people's MONEY is on the line or anything NOOOOOOOOOoh and they close at NOON on friday, so its not like I can call and complain to someone. To put simply save your time and go to Kansas City instead.Did I forget to say I got a drug test not 30 minutes after leaving there at TOMO and came up NEGATIVE?!?!?!
Christopher Jordan: They receive false positives for drug testing often and will refuse to recheck or retest. If you research every other clinical studies in the united states rechecks are standard practice
Ray Garza: Have a great day
