I missed setting that on my schedule and I tried to call your Main office, even left a message to make things right whatever that means, to pay a cancel fee or missed appt fee but no one called me back. For that again, I am sorry.My 1 Star is for how your tech spoke with me on the phone and berated me for my mistake and how huffy he got when I couldn't step away from work to run him a key to get in our place. We all make mistakes but even after I asked how I could make it right he raised his voice at me and told me to call the office.For this reason ONLY I will now, NOT pay a single cent to your company for how I was treated. There is a proper way to handle things and this was not it. That was humiliating and disrespectful to be treated this way and I will never recommend anyone to do business with you or call upon you again. (Which I'm sure at this point you don't care )

Darren Rook: Would have given Jasen 4 to 5 stars as the initial experience went smooth and respectable. Only had them set up my recently purchased table and it was done well so we were satisfied.....EXCEPT the care of moving the table was little to none. There was a tight corner to move the table frame to and instead of figuring that out and taking the frame apart before badly damaging the door frame and trim the owner and his mover just kept ramming the trim as if it were padded. When I later addressed this with Jasen he blew it off saying the table was supposed to be moved beforehand and he was only doing me a favor to move it in the first place. Let's be clear here, before the apt was set up to move the table the situation of where the table was as completely divulged. Setting up the table was much appreciated though using my doorway as a test lab for how not to fit a pool table frame into a tight spot then refusing responsibility showed the company's true colors.

Cody's Cabins: I cannot say enough good things about Janana and Jason and this business. In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art--they go over and above what could be expected! At first, when reading reviews-I chose to use their competitor for a purchase I needed to make. However, that experience proved to be a huge disappointment, and I decided to call Goodall's. That was the best decision I made that day! Before I even knew I might buy a game table from them, Janana researched her contacts for me to try to find a repair person for the table I already had. She was not making penny from me at that time! When that didn't work out, and I called to buy a table from them, Jason told me I could order a great table from Amazon cheaper than he could sell it and then he would come install it!! Can you believe it!! I'm thinking--these people cannot be real! But when I got the table delivered, Jason was there as agreed and installed the new table for a more than reasonable charge! Their competitor in Springfield may have several glowing reviews but if you want to be treated as a valued customer- forget them and go to Goodalls!

The two men that completed the setup were efficient but did not hurry the process. There was NO mess to clean up when they were done. Regarding the table setup, I was impressed with how careful they were to get the slate level, and they made the joints disappear before the felt went on. Glad we bought from Kinney's.

WillyWorld: If you’re looking for a fun place near Missouri U, then you gotta check this place out. It’s on the corner with a small parking lot in front and a decent sized patio with a couple corn hole games. It actually looks like a small building from the outside but once inside it’s pretty huge. It’s multi level and multi room with many good quality pool tables. The bar probably seats 10-12 and the cool thing is the kitchen grill and fryers are directly in front of you as you’re sitting at the bar. So you see exactly what the chef is cooking and you’re able to interact with him. The food was good and so was the crowd the evening I was there. The owner is super present and hands on. I like that because you know he cares. I would say don’t judge it by the outside appearance and take a walk inside. I know you’ll be impressed as I was.
