Matt Bauer: My battery in my Harley died and I was stranded in Springfield. After calling 8-10 different places for help I called this Interstate Battery Location and talked to Jennifer. She was extremely helpful! They had the correct battery but I couldn't find anybody to install. They loaned me the tools to install the battery and were extremely helpful. I can't say enough about the customer service Jennifer gave. Daniel and Jerry were also extremely helpful with figuring out what I needed to remove the batter and working with me. IT was a 4 hour process and I am extremely thankful for these 3. You have 3 dedicated employees that are assets to your business. Thank you!

Norman Knaak: My interstate car battery purchased from this dealer was only halfway through its warranty and failed. Upon trying to return it, Tyler stated that I would need to take my car somewhere and have my complete charging system analyzed. I chose US Automotive, and they determined that the battery was indeed bad. I returned and presented Tyler with all the results, but he stated that I would need to leave the battery for a few days to be checked out. A few days later, I returned, butTyler stated that I must leave it a few more days. Tired of waiting I asked to be given the faulty battery back. I still have it. My advice to everyone is to buy your Interstate batteries at Costco where you will be given great service and not just the runaround.

Victor Hudson: My wife and I bought a Honda and it has a fobb that was taped together and we have had bad luck with those in the past and it was just a bad situation and inconvenient to say the least so we knew we needed to get a key made asap .we called Honda and set up appointment and it was 300 bucks .a friend of ours told us about batteries plus we was skeptical but called and we got one key with the unlock and alarm buttons on it and one key just for starting it for 150 really glad we found out about this before we had to pay dealership bs prices ty guys for making it more affordable for the average guy

Courageous Voyagers: Hayden at the Kansas Expressway Springfield, MO location went above and beyond by making sure we were able to get the battery we needed. The battery was at a different location in Springfield, and he took the time to call the store to get the battery on hold and called me back to confirm everything was ready.I was at work but my wife was able to drive into the store and have the battery installed for free, which was a huge blessing for me. She was very happy with the service provided, and I was very happy with the overall communication the associates provided. This experience was to rated for sure.

They have a sign on the wall ( their promise), and they live up to it. They do business just like the old days - like when I grew up here 65 years ago.Now these guys are really earning their five stars. A couple of weeks after the key fob, I couldn't start my car. Auto Club came and gave me a jump. I drove to Battey Outfitters, they checked my battery (replace battery), put in a new one, and had me on the road in no time.A week later, my watch battery died. Again - 3 minutes - fixed - on the house.I love you guys.

Bill Johnston: WARNING ! DO NOT BUY a "Big Larry" flashlight made by NEBO at this store or anywhere else. Neither the Store Manager nor the unresponsive Manufacturer will honor their advertised "Lifetime Warranty" on this $30+ flashlight that is cause by use of NEBO-brand batteries installed at time of sale. The cheap batteries corrode and leak inside the flashlight and ruin it. Stay away from both. If the store refuses to honor a warranty on a product they sell to consumers and expects the consumer to deal with a horrible Company like NEBO it's a good sign to go elsewhere to spend your hard-earned money.

Susie Rea: Picture this Christmas eve afternoon with windchill and snow on the ground and I go to jump in my trusty car and the battery is dead.... got it jumped and headed to Springfield hoping to get to Wal-Mart to get new battery. Their automotive dept.. was closed. Called Wesley at Battery Plus and he had the battery I needed and installed it for me in 15 minutes. Very nice young man and helpful. He deserves a raise.

Thomas driver: Waited 2 hours with only one other vehicle getting tires ( a full hour longer than their estimate) walked by the bay window a couple times to see how it was going to find it half done and no one working on it. Finally finished and new tires weren't aired up to spec or even equally
