Anthony Patton: Service center is a joke. Ordered tires online for store pickup said 4 were shipped but only shipped 3 and it took an hour just to get those when I saw them tags by the door.

Jerry Parks: Shopping at WM is becoming less and less people friendly. Self-service lanes, associates loading and aggressively pushing oversized carts for pickup without regard for customers in the aisles, non-friendly or helpful associates. We shop in several different WMs in the area and experience the same "customer service." I don't know if the management staff or coaches can address these issues... something should be done.Thank you.

Nathaniel May: Your shift starts when you want to shop and ends when you have paid Walmart and then gtfo. This is my regular wal mart and suppose it's as good as any other.. tonight the greeter asked to see my receipt when I left the store, this is only the second time in my 40 year life that has happened ( I refuse to shop at sam's club. ) If it ever happens again I will not be back.Edit: a month later this is still happening I will not spend any more mony at this location.
L H: A butch looking woman with a hairy chin and a hand tattoo that works in the deli.. has a terrible attitude and was yelling at PAYING customers over chicken. Maybe she should be working away from people.

Gerald Ashford: The receipt police are strong in this store. Be prepared to have your privacy invaded upon entering.
Brandon Lauthern: It's Walmart. You're just as likely to find a grown woman with no pants and a chicken hat muttering to herself about the politics of sausage dishes as you are to get in and out unscathed. They have comparatively decent prices and they employ over 7% of the American workforce. The store is fairly clean and it's never a dull moment. Employees are scarce these days. I wonder if we would notice if they stopped manning their stores altogether?

Gary Allman: The grocery pickup is not recommended. Veggies on their last legs, we had to throw some away as soon as we got them home. Charged for three items, only one provided. Asked the 'Team member' to take our old bags for recycling (we told them were several bags filled ready to go). They said "Sure," and joked about it. And promptly left them all in the trunk.Every pickup we have tried has had similar problems. Missing items, poorly selected veggies.Stay away.
Debbie G: Our go 2 place even though I've threatened to quit going there. No service. On the floor or cashiers you have to mingle in literally body of traffic with everyone in a hurry. It's really an unpleasant shopping experience. Just Convenient to all you may need. But now they're selling in bulk like Sam's. And we are just two people. Don't shop in bulk. So, that's another minus. We need more department stores other than Walmart and target. Which they're way to high for the same service, have never shopped target even when I worked as over night stocker there. Because of their over pricing.

N M: It *is* a Walmart Supercenter, but also a clean one with friendly staff. But I hate having to check myself out. Walmart makes enough money that they don't have to screw over their customers. They are well stocked. Love the PJs.

He is a great addition to your deli team and a friendly person. I was very happy with the service he provided!

Christi Owen: I went to this Walmart 6 minutes before close (I only had 2 things to grab).After I came running to the register with 3 minutes to spare, I got the wrong kind so I asked the worker (Leslie) to run back real quick and grab a different one- being so kind they let me run and grab one. After I rang both of them up I was short 49 cents and no time to spare of getting more change before close. Leslie ran and couldn’t find change but they found their card and put it in immediately and said no problem! This worker was AMAZING - WALMART you need more workers like Leslie! It was Sunday at 10:54! Leslie if you read this thank you SO much your wonderful and so kind ❤️❤️

Same response from them. Sad thing is, this is one of the “nicer” Walmarts in town, I guess I will be driving across town to the one on Independence.

SIMPLY Jus Chass: I had a issue with a delivery.. guy left my groceries , that was supposed to be signed for at different address.. called the guy .. and he ended up blocking me! Very unprofessional and not helpful at all!! Well long story short...I go to Walmart and get Manager Josh n Associate Rebecca. They both were VERY helpful. The delivery driver ended up bringing my groceries back to the store and the team at Walmart helped replace ice cream and anything else that needed replaced due to heat. The manager was so nice && patient!!! I shop here at least 3x a week a never been let down if I ever needed help. I'm just so happy everything ended up working out in a timely manner. On another note... Def need better delivery driver lol-
