Steven Lammers: Drove by their business and saw their American flag outside. It was so worn and ripped I politely called and asked if they could replace it. Lady was very rude and told me it was none of my business on what it looked like and hung up on me. Very UN-American company.Response to the owner... my investment to the flag is I've had one on my shoulder for 31 years serving this country as a Marine and Soldier. Any owner of a good business would have said ..thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will go purchase a $20 flag and replace it and take pride in our flag and country.
Jennifer Henderson: Sadly I called and the receptionist sounded very bored and not interested in giving an estimate for an outdoor awning for our kitchen. She asked for me to supply a photo of what we wanted? I told her that we really needed direction and help with that and was hoping to discuss options during an estimate. She said they were extremely backed up and she just didn't know about helping us. I told her that that was okay, if they truly didn't want the business. She just sighed and said okay.??? I'm very confused with the phone call. Maybe they only deal with businesses and not home owner's?? We will obviously go a different route.

Cliff Mcginnis: When Lowe's puts cashier's back I will return. I do not do self checkout.
Chuck Collins: Bought a 29 cent bolt and had to be checked out by a store employee on their self-service register.
Ron Taylor: Got what I needed,huge selection. Not as busy as it use to be easy in and out.
Raymond Schaffer: Only went for a couple things and to have a key made. They had both items I went for, prompt and very polite service, and the key they made worked better than my original key. Great experience

Joe Sainz: I originally rated the pick up service a one star nine months ago. I decided to use them again because the prices are hard to beat with the 11% discount. I have to say they have stepped up their game and as a small business owner I will continue to use them for the great prices and service. Susie Rea: Bought a self propelled Troy Bulit mower from Menards and it was to slow for me. I am 6ft tall so I walk fast want a fast self propelled mower. Called and spoke to the manager at the Eastgate location and he informed me that once I put gas in it, it's mines no return or exchange for a faster one. Sold it at a loss and went to HOME DEPOT asked about their return policy on mowers and was told if it didn't work for me I could bring it back no problem. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM MENARDS. They do not stand behind the products they sell..

Checking the website/app is useless because half the stuff they say they have isn't on the shelf so you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and they tell you it's 'upstairs' and except you to know what that means (it's basically 'in the back' and they would have to go get it).
David Fraley: Do NOT buy anything that says SPECIAL ORDER! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you have to return it for any reason. LOWES and HOME DEPOT has never done that to me. I would give them zero stars if I could. And this after I spent over an hour completing the return process. Outrageous. Will not do business with them again!
