Corey Richardson: They were great right from the start only had one minor issue and they were quick to get it fixed to our satisfaction. They were upfront honest punctual and I have to say I had some bad experiences with other security salesmen but I went with Alert 360 because my salesman’s upfront honesty from the initial phone call too the installation process. Corey our installer was great quick and made my wife feel very comfortable throughout the installation process! A+ Customer Service they earned it I will definitely be referring

This allows our agents to have 24/7 access to the office with a simple app on their phone. We have the flexibility to remotely control and track access for everyone. joseph Hefflin: The installer did a good job. However when I agree to the service I told the representative that the components were old and some should be replaced. He assured me for the price that everything would be covered. However he did not mention when they fail I would be charged $25 for each service call. If I would have new equipment it would not be failing.
