I had an appointment at 8:30 I was a few minutes early and they had my truck outside and finished by 10:15 ! They also did a headliner replacement which turned out perfectly. Isaiah Lapierre: Amateur service at professional prices. We had just bought the vehicle two weeks ago so it was detailed by corwin already but we hired pride to do a deep clean to make it feel new.They did a very poor job for almost $400. My wife had picked up the vehicle in a hurry and didn't take time to actually look at it. The radio was completely jacked up, the check engine light was on, it looked like they did nothing more than rinse off the outside and didn't touch the wheels, they missed several obvious things on the inside and after all that they were completely unprofessional and showed no concern for customer service. They offered for me to stop back by, saying that it wouldn't take them 5 minutes to finish what was missed but even for professionals that would take much longer than that which only highlighted their mentality of not taking pride in their work.

Floki Vilgerðarson: They first quoted me a price of about $200 to detail the inside and outside of my car. After picking up the car, they called and said they could only do the inside for $200 because it was dirty inside. All it had was the regular every day type of dirty on the floor boards. The detail they did do was mostly decent. They missed a few spots and only did a quick vacuum of the back of the vehicle. Over all, it could have been worse, could have been better. Not worth $200, but at that point I didn't really have a choice. At least they were very friendly.

beth larsen: Like another commenter, I was quoted 200 and when I picked up my car they charged me 300 since they removed my two seats to clean under them. I was so disappointed.I had to go back because they left something unplugged which caused my seatbelt alert to never go off. They also found a necklace in my car they forgot to put with my things.The biggest disappointment was my rear window tint started bubbling days after I left and when I called them they said my tint was probably old. My car was 7 years old and they said that’s about the time it will start peeling. It honestly looked like someone had taken a paint brush, dipped it in nearly a decade’s worth of dirt, grease, and bad decisions and then just went. To. Town. If you think this car was stinky, you’re right but you’re not picturing ENOUGH stinkiness.Aside from the gross neglect of the car’s hygiene, it was in perfect running condition, so I wanted to do everything I could to salvage it. Pride Auto handled this car’s transformation with phenomenal care. They were professional, upfront about cost, and even picked it up from my home because my work schedule and their hours of operation didn’t mesh well.Please keep in mind, this car was well beyond a normal auto-detail because of its neglect. Mold had been discovered growing under the seats and in the carpet, so the entire cabin had to be disassembled, scrubbed clean, and put back together. The extra labor and PPE that had to be involved raised the cost from their standard prices significantly. However, they were upfront from the get-go about the cost so that no surprises happened.They managed to transform this car from a Jackson Polluck-inspired stinky mess into a fresh-off-the-lot car in only 3 days! It was an amazing turnaround time. If they can do THIS for a car in a nightmare situation, imagine what they can do for a car that has actually been taken care of and just needs a refresh. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough. Alysan Gray: I just want to preface this by saying that the detail itself was awesome. They cleaned my engine bay, the exterior, and the interior. My car looks great and smells amazing. Had they been professional I'd definitely rate them higher. HOWEVER, when my windshield was cleaned off I noticed a chip. I brought it up and the attendant called Desmond and said he'd call me in the morning after he reviewed the tapes. No big deal, I went home. The next day, no call in the morning. I called in the afternoon and I get hung up on. I called again and they let me go to voicemail. It took my FATHER calling up there to have Desmond do what he said he would do the day prior. His excuse was that he can't drop everything and review tapes, yet he did so at my father's request, not mine. It is completely unprofessional to disregard your true customer, but to then jump into action when a random man calls. Desmond did not know if that man was really my father or not, but he listened to him and not me. And he defended his actions, saying I should be "grateful" I have family willing to stick up for me. Sir, no. That's not the point. The point is that you should respect your CUSTOMERS enough to call THEM back when you say you will, not wait until other people have to get involved.
