Leatherneck Shooters, LLC: Had to have them paint my vehicle twice as the first painting was unacceptable. The paint chips where not fixed just pained over. When replacing the wheels they installed a damaged rim as if I would accept it instead of ordering another new one and then installing the good one. Replaced a mirror and never checked to see if it retracted like it is suppose to. Replaced bumper and never checked to see if the fog lights worked. Didn’t put door panel back on correctly and tried to put a broken piece of trim on hoping it would not be noticed. I was called three times that vehicle was ready and had to leave it there to fix items that should have been fix and checked prior to saying it was ready. Interior was clean when turned in and when picked up it was nasty with dust. I would have thought the interior would have least been wiped down if not detailed before being returned. DAZZ The Patriot: I could not be happier with the service we received from Maaco. I hit a deer and my car was messed up. From the time I contacted them for service until I got my car back they did a great job. Samantha tracked our car throughout the process and kept us informed as to what was going on with our vehicle and what to expect next which reduced the level of stress my wife and I had to deal with. They got it done quickly, and when I picked up our car you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. What more could you possibly want from an auto body shop? If I ever need auto body work done again, I will be going back here. Highly recommend!

They went out of their way for us even though we had such a small job, did an AWESOME job in a timely fashion, for much cheaper that the 2 other shops who'd given estimates. George Clover: Run fast and far! I had a brand new stock front bumper, a lip, and two side skirts painted and installed at Springfield south. Was told it would take a week. It was over three weeks. It is a weekend car not driven much. Only three hundred miles since work was done. The side skirts that were installed without all the screws and with cheap mounting tape or its application was sub par. Not sure which. It failed on the passenger side of the vehicle and is flapping/ sagging. The brackets underneath still seem secure. I stopped by just to ask about the missing screws and maybe having new tape applied. What I got was it was my fault for buying cheap parts. Which they are not. The driver side skirt is still attached so far. I didn't provide the tape. I was also told. "You want screws in there well put them in there." I then left and did what I thought I pay a "professional" to do. After easily pulling the old tape. Which if you have ever tried to remove 3M body molding attachment tape. You know that doesn't happen. I purchased actual 3M automotive attachment tape. I do not feel satisfied with the outcome overall after spending what I have spent to have the car where it is. Didn't even bother with talking about to them about the poor paint match or both broken sidemarker clips. I will never let another Maaco touch anything of mine. And will tell anyone to run. Also as people ask me about the work I gladly tell them where it was done. I hope you are proud of the craftsmanship and customer service provided. The first pics are of when I picked it up. The second side close up is when I noticed it starting to separate. You can see the mounting tape and it only got worse.
Min Choi: Ok honestly had my doubts at first. But they exceeded my expectations. All the employees are super great, especially the consultant Sam. And they were willing to work with my budget unlike other body shops who gave me ungodly estimates and told me “sorry” when I said I couldn’t afford it. Highly recommended if you are on survival mode.

Matt Crates: I came to Maaco to have some paint correction done on my 2011 Chevy Silverado which Involved repainting the roof of the truck, the front bumper, And some touch up on some rock chips and things like that. When I came to pick the truck up I reviewed the work and noticed that there was an imperfection on the roof which they tried to fix but it’s still very visible. They also left the inside of my truck with white dirty dusty handprints near the grab handles, and paint dust on the steering column and floor mats. I picked my truck up after the place was closed so I didn’t get a chance to talk with them about it on the same day. I returned the next morning, and explained that this isn’t how my truck was dropped off and it was unacceptable and unprofessional. The lady working proceeded to grab a wet paper towel and came out to try to wipe stuff down which is still visible and now I’m going to have my truck cleaned professionally. Based on this experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service:Painting

Rose couldn't afford to claim it or fix it, so she had to wait for her tax return, a year later. Hence rust...It took Maaco 2 days. I couldn't tell which fender was smashed & I guessed the wrong end! AND... they were reaonably priced! Awesome job Maaco!!!

G G: We have used Ben's twice and they did a great job. We would've used them a third time but there was a bit of insurance confusion through NO fault of theirs. They were so very helpful in getting the insurance "stuff" squared away. Very honest and helpful company. I hope I never have another need for their service but if I do I will surely use them.

Alicia Loper: I was already dealing with the stress of a difficult move over the holidays when I hooked my bumper on a badly placed sprinkler, put car in reverse foot off gas and the 15 yo clips just snapped pulling my bumper off. With 20 things to do and exhausted from moving in that moment it was about the worse thing that could happen. I called a couple friends from work and they all said that Ben was close and a really good shop and a good guy. That was an understatement. I was still in the emotions when I called Ben who was very kind, listened, honest, and reassuring. Just from the description on our call he gave me an incredibly fair estimate and said should only take a few hours. My car was done in a few hours and the final cost was even better than the incredibly fair estimate.
