Vanha Davis: Dr. Norvel is amazing at what she does! She evaluated my test results and sent me home with 2 hearing aids to try out, so I could see the pros and cons of both of them. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about my test results. The price of the hearing aid was very reasonable and she didn’t try to sell me a pair of hearing aids, when I only needed one! I have referred family to her and they have been happy with their experiences as well!!

As a health care professional, I know what my expectations are for service and Dr. Norval nailed them. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Her in depth instructions for use, made my transition easy. I highly recommend Dr. Norval!

Jim Lindsay: FIRIST CLASS SERVICENeeded hearing aids for years. Believed too many false stories. Such as, high priced batteries, can’t hear behind you, cost $5000 to $8000, unreliable, etc. The truth- rechargeable, hearing is great behind you. My Aetna Premier Preferred hearing aid allotment paid for mine. Very reliable. Sheri will not up sale you. She gives you good choices. Gives a great trial period. Don’t delay like I did. Enjoy your much improved hearing. I did not know Dr. Shari Norval before doing business with her. Very trustworthy! One of the few I have met in my 80 years.
Susan Nisan: My father was fitted with hearing aids by Dr. Shari Norval for more than 20 years. She was always patient with him as she searched for the right devices to meet his needs. I recently stopped in at her new office and found that it is in an ideal location and look forward to visiting Dr. Norval soon.

Clarissa Moore: Sue Ekstrem, MS, CCA, is the best audiologist I have ever been tested by. I will never go anywhere else to be examined. Their office is small, calm and caring. The woman who runs the office, Tammy, is pleasant and professional. If you have insurance that pays toward hearing aids, call and make sure they are in your network. There was no pressure to buy a hearing aid, it was a free lengthy exam. They have tinnitus masking hearing aids, which not all companies carry. I scheduled because I recently developed tinnitus, which is often caused by hearing loss.
Carl Gerhardt: Tina was very helpful getting my 3 year old aids fixed and fitted and working better than when I bought them. And sold me a connector to my tv so I can listen without driving my wife nuts.
Nancy Olah: Excellent experience with Sue. The staff was courteous and polite. I would recommend Hearing Life as a high rating of 10 out of 10.

Shirley Hathcock: I took my 89-year-old mother in to get her hearing checked. She already had some very new hearing aids that she had gotten from somewhere else a couple years ago and repeatedly had them adjusted Without anything working well for her so she discontinued wearing them.So that’s why we tried a new place and couldn’t be more satisfied. They didn’t talk her into getting a new pair so that it would have been a huge cost to her. They cleaned them and adjusted them to work the best they could for my mom situation. Dr. Sue Ecstam was so thorough along with being so gentle and patient with my mom. My mom was impressed on all the tests that they ran because she never received any of it at the previous place or even before that. Sue had a student that helped her and she was as equally wonderful. My mom felt secure and confident. It is a place she said she will not feel like she is taken advantage of.

Pat C: Don't even bother! I went to Urgent Care for ear pain and was referred to the clinic. Was told to call that day for an appt because it might be 2-3 months. Well it was never because after 3 calls in one week, leaving 3 messages, no one has ever called me back and that was over a month ago. What is the point?

Heather K: They are amazing at this office! The audiologist Stacy Blackington was so patient with our son with Down syndrome. Dr. Jacob Smith was also very kind and knowledgeable and even had some extra testing done to see if there was anything additional they could do for our son. He said he didn't know why the testing wasn't done earlier (at the other hospital we had been to that is). Their office has been great to work with, definitely better than the experience at the other office. The other office also messed up insurance billing after they said our son's hearing aide was pre-authorized, but we still got a bill for over double what we were supposed to pay. Cox has been leaps and bounds ahead of the other ENT office. I know people have to go where insurance covers, but if you have a choice between the two, pick Cox.
Niki Adams: The ent doctor said my 3 month old had a ear pit and he wouldn't do anything until she 2 now she 1 and she has to go into surgery BC it got worse and has a cyst in it she may lose her earlobe BC they didn't want to do there job I'm one mad mommy right now
