Philip Miramontes: Bob and Ryan both are upstanding guys and know their stuff. They've worked on my bike multiple times and I trust them whole heartedly. They make suggestions as to what it may need in the near future and what it definitely needs now. Safety is Paramount to them. Some parts are hard to come by right now so some guys just like to complain and blame the shops instead of knowing the market and economy. Young punks sometimes like to converse with attitude and act like they're offended when they get a little dished back at them. That just makes me respect this shop and these guys a little more. Pay no attention to the negative reviews folks. This place is legit and these are good guys. Prices are good, work is great and this is where I take my bike. I can vouch for them and their business 100%.

Allen Hall: This is my latest update, you can read the first 3 below. It is now 1pm on friday and they have completed both spyders as promised. There was a little miscommunication in their service dept at the beginning but they got that straightened out.Mark the manager, took ownership of it which i was happy to see. Steven worked til 10:30 pm one night to get us back on track. Ricky Lynn took time to go search for and find my lost wallet, thank you so much.All in all we are very happy with the outcome and if need be, we will make the 1000 mile round again for service or new purchases.Thanks to the entire staff including the techs who was very through.1st review.I made an appt months with the service department to bring both my Spyders in for work with the agreement that when we dropped them off Friday morning they would atleast put them on the computer to get an idea of what the issues are.Well it now Tuesday and they haven't got to them yet. It's a 1000 mile round trip for us to bring them here. Plus hotel bill while waiting.Update, an hour after the above review I recieved a call from Steve in service (after hours) he was staying to put both machines on the computer. At 8:30 pm he called me back with the info he had found. KUDDOS to Steve for working late and understanding the spot we were in being so far away from home.I'll update as it goes along.UPDATE: OK, it's Wednesday morning, just leaving the dealership, after speaking with Steve and Mark the manager, all is straightened out. We feel much better now that they are going to be able to complete our service and not have to make another 1000 mile trip.For years we've always had good experiences with Pittbull Powersports. I will continue to update.I want to give a shout out to the honest employees at the Springfield store, they recovered my lost wallet today.

Lol can am puts power down quicker outta the whole and it was very obvious the 850 outlander can am would walk my 2023 850 sportman! Even with 2k of upgrades. Clutch kit. Rjwc exhaust, custom rvs tune. Still won't pull a wheelie in high.

kima bekemeier: Everyone is awesome! Scott always remembers you and helps makes the best deals and the service department is great to work with when needed (only have needed oil changes and remake a key). My CanAm Spyder was bought there and has never had trouble.
Maurice Fillmore: They always take care of my issues and keep both of my Spyders in good shape! Their service is impeccable and you're always treated as one of the family! I ride 100 miles each way to their shop and have for approximately 10 years even though there are dealers closer to my home!

Robin Hubbard: If you like being ignored, this the place for you. I called to make a service appointment for my Spyder on January 20th and again on the 24th. I talked to a man each time who told me that Sarah needed to set the appointment and he would have her call me. I called again on January 26th and talked to Sarah. She told me the man she needed to talk to about my repair was tied up, and she would call me back in “a few minutes”. I have never received a call back from any of the 3 calls I made to them. There are other places to take your business.

Mike Renteria: Didn't even check my oil level when they worked on my bike. Asked them to make sure it turned on and that's all and only what they did. Put a battery and charge me for maintenance, said they cleaned my gas tank, but didn't even change the gas filter and when I got my bike back it had no gas but guy said they put an additive to clean the carb , but it had no gas . And now the additive had come into the storie because the didn't take the tank off like he said they did . Makes wonder ,

Worst of all he’s holding the machine hostage to get money for a machine they can’t even start to drive on the trailer.Mike claims he can fix or rebuild in 2 months, then suddenly parts are backordered, then he had to fire an employee, then the weather is bad, then internet is down etc. The excuses are ENDLESS. He only calls or texts to get more money out of you. RUN RUN RUN from this liar and totally unethical business.

Called Mike up and asked for help. He wasn’t even at work that day and he came in to the shop to help a guy out. Fixed the problem and saved the trip. This guy will take care of his customer and has proved that.

Aaron M: These folks have helped me out a lot. I have a Tracker Off Road 800 sx crew and a rzr 200.No one in the Springfield area(not even bass pro) would help me do modifications to the Tracker 800. Mike and his team helped install Thumper Fab lift kit and front A-Arms. With that we were able to get 30 inch tires on the Tracker. While doing that they found an oil leak on the rig that was over looked by Tracker's quality control group from the factory. They were able to fix that as well and haven't had any problems.Our rzr 200 was a bit slow for rock crawling. It just didn't have enough low end power to get over all the rocks at Cloud 9. They custom built a new clutch for the 200 and installed a new tuner. They also found an electrical issue that got past Polaris's quality control. It had a draw off the battery that would leave the battery dead in about 7-10 days. They fixed it and no problems since.They are great to work with and take the time to make sure you are happy with their work. I really like how they look over the sxs to make sure there is nothing else wrong with the machine. We are hard on them so the extra attention is MUCH appreciated.

Shon Emfng: I hate having to leave a bad review for anyone, but this very justified. I dropped an engine off 7/9/20 where Mike said turn around would likely be less than a month. He was very nice and professional. I felt comfortable with the quote and his confidence in getting it done. It all went down hill from there. He's got an excuse for anything. Here we are 2 years later. I haven't received one thing from him. He then sends the engine off to nflow power sports to have them build it. They have no problems finding parts, unlike what Mike has been telling me for months. Now they've had my engine complete for several months and Mike won't pay for it. He claims that he did an ACH money transfer to nflow, but I know it's a lie. This is the first time I've ever tried to get any engine work done at a shop, and I promise it'll be my last. Don't do business with sxs assassin's unless you want your machine to sit for years and end up having to spend time in court trying to get your money back.
michael thomas: I will be complaining to B.B..took my wheeler in cause of electrical problems.i had put a new battery in and ignition.what was done was change the oil and gas and solenoid.i had already done gas and oil.told them it was electrical.i get it home and it won't start,I took it back and he told me he would fix the starter for free.he got on computer and told me a new starter was almost 500 ,but being the kind of person he is,he quoted me a price of 270.starters are 50, solenoid 20.i got oil changed,gas changed and new solenoid for 600 .rip off

Chemaross: I have been holding off on writing this review, hoping the owner would give me a reason to change my mind. Ultimately, I believe they are too busy and/or too disorganized to provide a basic level of customer service. I would suppose that when a shop makes an error, correcting that error would be a priority. I, on the contrary, have felt very much to be a non-priority. In the end, I got the repair I needed, which seems to be good.
