David Pease: Food is USUALLY pretty good. The help? ATROCIOUS!! Showed up 10 minutes before closing to get sweet and sour (easy prep!) and when I was almost to the door the guy RAN and locked the door! I live close by and usually ordering atleast once a week! This isn't the first bad experience I've had with employees. There's plenty other Chinese food places in town and may need to rethink eating here again....

We had a roll wrapped in lettuce... summertime something roll? 👍And a baked salmon roll... very good! 👍 👍The cashew chicken was great as well as both the egg rolls and the Crab rangoon.The place was very clean and staff very friendly. Richard Dickerson: The best Chinese in town. Free all-you-can-eat soup with dine in. All the entrée seem to range from $7-9 for the regular and $10-12 for the large. Good egg rolls and crab Rangoon. Had the house lo mein, happy family, general chicken so far and all were made fresh and hand very nice portions. The soup isn't the best I've ever had but it isn't the worst either. You can eat good food reasonably priced and served fast and hot.

Meagan Neal: This is my favorite place to get Chinese, hands down. It's always hot and fresh, and the flavor is pretty amazing too. (That's a hard combination to come across with this type of food!) And now, as if you'd need another reason to eat here (I didn't), Skiler is working nights and he's the best! I went in to pick up my food and we started chatting, by the time I left it felt like we knew each other for much longer than five minutes. Super friendly, and that's much appreciated. If I could give this place more than five stars, I definitely would. Already looking forward to eating there again!

Tiffany Brandell: We are happier and happier with this place! The food is delicious and good quality, for the most part. Their sushi is pretty good, but not the best in town. It is good for the price, though. I love the Thai sweet tea, and their appetizers are all really good! We all enjoy their Springfield-style cashew chicken, and the other entrees are equally as good.

Michael Soles: Before I made an order, I called this store and asked if they used MSG in their food and was told no. I am highly allergic to MSG. When I got my food, it was wonderful however, I got really sick afterwards. So I called the store today and asked if they use the Ramen noodle seasoning package that comes in the Roman noodles. The lady told me yes which means they add MSG into their food. Do not eat here. If you have an allergy, they lie to you.
Arthur Chen: I loved it. The atmosphere here in this restaurant is really nice and cozy. The staff were very nice and the food was on point. I ordered the hot plate bibimbap with spicy shrimp and bulgogi. I was recommended here by a fellow Korean co-worker who said the food was good and authentic and that I should try it. I was not disappointed. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a cozy experience.
Rob Hulstra: Fast, friendly and their selections are delicious. The Beef Bulgogi and Spicy Chicken lunch boxes are my usual choices. Want to try their Bibimbap. It's a rice bowl topped with all sorts of seasoned sautéed vegetables, marinated meat (usually beef), a fried egg sunny side up, finished with a sprinkle of sesame and generous dollop of a sweet-spicy-savoury Bibimbap sauce. It not only looks great, it's fun to say.

Presentation of food is excellent. All the ladies in there were suuper nice and patient ! It took us a little bit to figure out what we all wanted. Will definitely be back to try different things. _aliased: The bulgogi bowl was massive, but it wasn't tender. On the plus side you can see your meal prepped similar to Chipotle. Also, good value for the meal.However, starting to think Americanized bulgogi doesn't understand how to cook the beef properly...

Ash Espayos: I ordered an Xtra spicy Kung pao beef combo for my husband and a regular orange chicken combo for me. They gave me spicy orange chicken! So spicy I couldn't eat it. They also didn't tell us what was in the Kung pao beef and there were vegetables that my husband was allergic too in there. The rice tasted really bland. Won't be eating here again.

REDICO: Visited New Oriental almost weekly while working in the area. Food quality and quantity is very consistent. Employees are attentive and practice good housekeeping and food handling. Good value for your money.It is not the largest of dining rooms (@ 50 customers max.) Quite often customers in adjacent booths and tables will interact throughout their meal due to the intimacy and casual nature of the dining room.

I literally had to dig in to find some chicken…even though the sauce tasted good it would not trump quality and quantity of meat. Also, this is the only place that gives you one box of rice for two people. Very disappointing first experience.

RipVanAllan 1983: I was told about how this place served authentic Chinese food and I wanted to check them out. I ordered the Chef Special Bourbon Steak with Fried rice, Pork Intestines with Onions and the Pot Stickers. I loved all of it, there is some spice to the Bourbon Steak from the pepper in the dish and the Pork Intestines had red pepper in it. Overall I liked both dishes, and I loved the Pot Stickers, they were my favorite of the three. I will be back to try more authentic Chinese dishes.

I got the large for my wife and I to go. There was about a cup and 1/4 or 1/2 of fried rice and 2 crab Rangoon included. Jennifer Shelton: I got Kung Pao Beef and Ginger Chicken and they were both amazing! Their sauces really seem less oily, salty and sweet than a lot of places around here. I definitely appreciate loads of flavor and seemingly more healthy at the same time. The fresh pineapple in the Kung pao beef was such a nice touch! Great portions for the price.

Savannah Skinner: Made an order for sesame chicken and fried rice. They gave me chicken that was so overcooked and tough it bent my fork. The rice was sticky rice with some egg thrown into it, not fried at all. And the broccoli that came on top was old and brown. Would never waste another dollar here.

I had to ask for a menu. And for the second time despite sitting inside, and asking for a menu, they packed my ish up to go without asking; legit got like 2 pieces of broc. To say my version looked depressing by comparison is an understatement. It's a great stop if you're downtown near the square, and a mandatory place to have in the mix if you eat Cashew Chicken on the regular. The chicken here is extra crispy, cut large, and has a bit of a country-fried flavor to me. Unlike some spots, ordering other chicken dishes here isn't a mistake; everything is good, and they are consistent with the quality. It's a family-run business, too. Years ago, I remember that somebody downtown smashed their front window in, and it was heart-breaking.

The new owners are the nicest people I’ve ever met! One day I came in to pick up my food and there was a blind man getting his food in front of me. The woman who was behind the register swiped the man’s card then a prompt for a tip came up. This could have been an opportunity for the woman to give herself a good tip without mentioning it to the man, instead she clicked no tip, and handed the man his food and told him to have a wonderful day. 10/10 I would recommend this place to any food lover!

William Walker: Sweet and sour shrimp was ok. The sesame chicken was aweful, tasted like a bad teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The cashew chicken was awful as well. That tasted like chicken in a beef gravy. The chicken in both dishes was over cooked. The pot stickers were ok. California roll rice was plain with no seasonings. It should be seasoned with rice vinegar and sugar. The crab Rangoon had no crab but wasn't terrible. If this was voted one of the best in Springfield I am afraid to try some of others.
